Creations by Tiffeny is owned by Tiffeny J. L Wilson, Portsmouth Va. She got her start with planning and carrying out military ceremonies and catering small events. From there she branched out into weddings, birthday parties for all ages and event rentals. "You name it and I can plan it!"
Tiffeny has studied Wedding & Event Planning at PennFoster College and Certified through Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute. Because of the ever changing trends in the Wedding and Event industry, Tiffeny stays ontop of her education, to ensure she give her clients the BEST!
