I am thrilled with how our wedding cake turned out, we received so many compliments on the flavor, and the look was beautiful. Nafi is really an artist. We knew immediately after our tasting that she was going to be our choice. She was very friendly and easy to work with, even making changes to the contract we requested. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to order a cake again.

I had the pleasure to have Nafi make my wedding cake and cupcakes. We met and discussed my image and ideas. She was so pleasant and helpful. She had samples of cake and frosting. It was such a hard decision because they were all so tasty. I went with a vanilla cake with a layer of lemon curd and cream cheese frosting. I told her I wanted a simple rustic style cake with 80 cupcakes. Each cupcake had beautiful fondant flowers. She hand delivered the dessert on the big day and set up the table. It was perfect and just what I pictured. I would definitely work with Nafi again!

Nafi did an outstanding job with our cake! We got two different kinds of cakes and both were a hit! Our guests commented on how delicious our cake was for days after our wedding, something we did not consider would be such a staple but when your cake is that good, it will leave a lasting impression!

Nafiseh is the best of the best; she made my dream wedding cake. It was a 5 tier sugar flowers fondant cake. The flavor I picked was banana cake with chocolate ganache and hazelnut cream. It tasted amazing and looked amazing. Her prices are reasonable for the quality of work she offers. She is very flexible and would work with any budget. I really recommande her for any bride looking for a tasty and gorgeous cake in the DMV area or for any other occasion.

Let me start by saying that Nafiseh is the most kind hearted person I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I contacted her only a couple weeks before my wedding in a bit of a panic because the person we hired originally to do our wedding cake did not work out. I gave Nafi our budget and told her exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond to accommodate us with a cake tasting, and added extra details to our cake table! I wasn’t able to meet Nafi until the day of our wedding because of my busy schedule and living in another state, but she assured me not to worry about anything. She was right, because we were in really good hands. My husband did the cake tasting and picked out the cake flavors. Not only did our cake look beautiful, but it tasted just as good. The flavors are light, fluffy, and decadent. Just the right amount of sweet without overdoing it. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Cakes by Nafi. She’s truly talented and gives every cake she makes special attention. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does because it shows in her work. Thank you again Nafi for everything, I can’t wait to work with you again for future events!

I can't say enough positive things about Nafi. Patient, friendly, cheerful, professional and an incredible attention to detail. She truly listens to what you want and goes overboard to capture your vision. Most of all, the cake was delicious! It's one thing to create a cake that looks good, but coming up with a cake that tastes great is a whole other deal, haha! Her prices are more than fair, as is the turnaround time for coming up with the cake. We could not have been happier with her; she did nothing but add good things to our wedding and helped make it a tremendous success. We are so appreciative

I couldn’t have asked for better service or a more beautiful cake. Nafi did a fantastic job. I spoke with her by phone a week ahead to make everything was ready to go, and she was prepared with every detail.
