I cannot praise Javette enough for the absolute magic she performed on my wedding day, it was by far the most beautiful wedding I could have imagined for myself.
Couture Events floral and design team were even better than I had ever envisioned, they took my ideas and created exactly what we were looking for and more.

Javetta and her team are truly amazing. Javetta traveled an hour from were we where and made sure that everything was how we wanted and more. Couture Events & Rentals provided great service! Javetta really worked with me on what I wanted and kept it right in my price range. She and her crew were so friendly and I everything they did for my special day. On time, professional, and I could always get a hold of her when I had questions. She has immaculate taste on what will look the best and she knows what will work. I would recommend her to anyone and I plan on using her for all of my special events in the future!

I contacted Javetta in December 2016 in reference to a baby shower scheduled for 4-2-2017. In the very beginning, I explained to Javetta have never worked with a vendor/party planner before. Therefore, I was relying on her expertise to guide me through this process. I asked for her prices and what all was included in the packages. I told her I was expecting 100 people. She quoted a price that was within my budget and I liked the packages that she offered because it included a treat table with treats. I paid in full as she requested. As time progressed, communication started breaking down. Javetta did not return my text messages in a timely fashion and I had to constantly call or text her. As a result of lack of communication, I did not get several things that she stated was included in the package (as she quoted and I paid for) such as a treat table with treats. I did not get the correct seating count for my guest (initially stated 8 to a table the day of the event she placed 9 to a table), only 9 tables were covered and not 12 as requested (she failed to order enough décor to cover 12 tables) . I did not get the banner she stated I would receive with the package (I received a poster.) She did not have enough tiers/risers to accommodate the treats for the treat table (I had to use more resources to obtain enough risers for the treats). I did not ask for any extras outside of what she stated I would receive and what I paid for. After politely expressing my disappointment in her services. She was very rude and unprofessional with her responses . If you are seeking an "Event Planner" THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE YOU NEED. SHE IS NOT A PLANNER, she is a "Décor Specialist !!!" In conclusion, I was misled, she did what she wanted to do and not what the customer asked/paid her to do. I paid her to plan the event for me, but I did most of the leg work. The end result was beautiful, but secondary to the stress leading up to the shower, I wasn't able to thoroughly enjoy it.
