Jill McCarty has been in the business of entertainment and fashion for over 20 years. Many years as a singer, band leader, emcee, DJ and KJ, she witnessed most every event happen from the inside out. While performing at numerous weddings, receptions and events, she realized that many times there was a great frustration behind the scenes. Generally, those with the most to celebrate are the ones stressed to the max and worried about the details. While planning her own wedding, she knew she had a knack for making beautiful things happen. Friends and family saw her passion and attention to detail, and quickly began asking for assistance. Many wedding and events later, she decided to follow her passion. She studied Wedding and Event Planning through QC Event Career School and received her diploma and an Award of Merit for outstanding creative ability.

Jill also has many years of experience in the fashion industry as a buyer for a major American-branded company. She prides herself in staying current with the trends and she always listens to what the customer wants. She has an outstanding record of customer service, and is anxious to bring that enthusiasm to each and every client, family and vendor she works with. In 2018, Jill co-founded the New Braunfels Wedding Chamber and the Hill Country Wedding Show. To say she is passionate about the wedding industry, Hill Country couples and industry professionals, would be an understatement. In 2019, she also became an ordained minister to give her clients the option of being married by someone who knows their event like no other. Jill can literally guide you through and customize every aspect of your special day- from set up to send-off. Niki Vanhowten is the general manager and senior coordinator at Couture Events. For a year, she worked as Jill's coordinating assistant while honing her skills and studying at The New York School of Art and Design. Niki came to Couture Events with a passion for customer service, stage design and a keen eye for detail and decor.

Niki's wedding and event planning journey began as she planned and coordinated large events for family and friends. Volunteering time at her church creating special events and seasonal stage design, she fell in love with designing spaces. She finds joy in the journey of taking each client's vision and pulling together beautiful events. She loves seeing the endless possibilities in designing the perfect day for the client.

Niki is married to Allen, an Army veteran, and together they have three adorable little boys, Kade, Kian and Kellan.

Brooklyn is a skilled wedding planner/coordinator who has been honing her skills with Couture Events since 2020. She has a eye for detail and runs every event with precision. When Brooklyn works with a client, the client receives a friend and an advocate.

Before joining the Couture Events team, Brooklyn graduated Saint Mary's University with a dgree in public relations. She also developed a knack for patience through her years of experience as a nanny. She has a bigger than life personailty, and her laugh is contagious. Brooklyn loves her family and spending time with her friends.
