Hello! My name is Courtney and I'm the owner of Courtney Lynn Photography LLC. I've been a professional photographer for 12 years and my passion is making real moments turn into cherished memories. I love that being a photographer allows me to meet so many amazing people!
I completed my photography education at Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2009 and received my Associates in Business Entrepreneurship from Manchester Community College in 2020.
My work has been featured in the Boston Globe, New Britain Herald and on Channel 3 News. I am a board member and official photographer of the East Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
When I'm not working on my dream, you can find me at home with my husband and our adorable canine and feline companions. I love true crime and 90 Day Fiance. (my guilty pleasure!) I also love exploring new places, trying new restaurants and cuisines, cooking and reading. I love living the simple life in my small home in Broad Brook, CT. I'd love to get to know you!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we hired Courtney as our photographer. We also opted to hire a second photographer, Josh, for four hours to help capture my husband's getting ready photos, the ceremony, and candids after the ceremony while Courtney took the portraits. Both our engagement and wedding photos were so beautiful. My husband and I can feel pretty awkward getting our pictures taken but Courtney made us feel really comfortable. We really appreciated her easy-going approach and down-to-earth attitude on such a stressful day. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, and made sure to capture all the shots we requested. Looking at the photos she took of my grandma and me, how my father is smiling at me during the father-daughter dance, and the portraits with my husband and me, just brings tears to my eyes, they’re so beautiful. She was truly wonderful and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Courtney is a true professional and amazing at what she does. We loved our wedding photos so much and she truly has the best personality to help ease your mind on your wedding day. Our good friends loved our photos so much they used her for their wedding after ours. Courtney now does our family photos we are lucky to have found someone who truly loves what they do!

Courtney is so sweet and a pleasure when we got our engagement pictures done. We were bummed when we found out she wouldn’t be able to photograph our wedding with her due date so close, but she immediately let us know all our options and had back up alternative plans that worked out great while still having Courtney run the behind-the-scenes timeline & edit the pictures how we liked. Jessica Parsons with her associate Shauna were amazing day of! They made sure everything was sticking to the schedule and gave us just the right amount of direction. Our pictures came out stunning and we are so grateful to have these memories captured!

The best photographer!
Courtney is such a talented photographer (and also an incredibly nice person)! She did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Every photo came out great, from the staged formal pics to the candids. She was so organized and professional throughout the entire process, even when we had to change our date once and our venue twice! I can’t recommend Courtney enough, and look forward to using her services for all of our family photos in the future.

Amazing photos!
Courtney is amazing to work with. She helped with the timeline in advance so everyone knew when to arrive for photos, she’s flexible, and got all the photos we asked for and more. We had a small wedding of 25 and I am SO happy she suggested taking a group shot and coordinated with the DJ to get everyone in the most perfect picture. She really captured our day and our personalities in the photos and I didn’t feel like we were posing for pictures all day long, we just got to enjoy it! I love how bright and beautiful her photos are. Highly recommend!

Great to work with
Courtney is super laid back and willing to go above and beyond. Our wedding venue changed less than 24 before our wedding. Courtney was able to adapt to the limited space to take pictures. She was able to get us some pictures on social media in less than a week after the wedding. Her pricing is super fair. I can't wait to work with Courtney in the future for mini sessions.

Amazing all around!
Courtney was AMAZING to work with. She was so responsive, flexible, and helpful. She captured amazing memories and got us our photo preview so quick. She was able to come to multiple locations in order to get all of the best shots and she was very helpful when directing people for certain pictures. I would highly recommend Courtney for any photo needs (not just weddings). It was a pleasure to work with her and to have her be part of our special day.
