Countryside BBQ provided very tasty food for our wedding reception at Old Salem in Winston-Salem, NC, in November of 2015. We served chopped pork BBQ, smoked chicken, baked beans, slaw, and (my favorite) their delicious potato salad. They traveled and setup (also provided the equipment to setup) and it was very affordable and they were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!

Countryside BBQ is a wonderful family business that was easy to work with and provided EXCELLENT food! They were super flexible with all the planning, allowing us to give a final head count just a couple days before the wedding, were willing to change anything right up until the last minute, and did not require a monstrous deposit -- no deposit, in fact. When I tried to give them some sort of deposit anyway, the owner insisted that they've done business that way for 26 years and never had a problem. Our event was ~15-20 miles from their location and we had 2 buffet servers with full service (set up, service, take down) - there was no additional charge for delivery or service! They were very gracious, catering staff was professional, and food was delicious.
Just amazing!!! Would highly recommend them for any size group - their website even says they cater for 10 to 10,000! Some caterers shy away from small groups - we had only 37 people and they were happy to have our business - thank you, Countryside!!!
