Katrina helped me, my now husband, and my family plan our September 2012 wedding, and she is simply amazing. She's creative, full of fresh ideas, incredibly professional and organized, gives great attention to little details, and very well-connected with vendors - everything you could hope for in a wedding planner. But more importantly, she's a genuinely fun person to be around, which made the entire process of wedding planning all the more fun. She made my entire wedding planning experience feel like I was dreaming up my big day with a close friend. That's an unbeatable combination. You won't go wrong with Katrina. I could not have enjoyed working alongside her more!

Katrina is amazing! She has such an eye for design, great taste, and intricate knowledge of vendor services. I knew nothing of the Charlotte wedding "scene," so we really relied on her expertise around everything from which vendors to consider to how the entire day should flow. I literally feel guilty taking compliments on our wedding after all that she did! Our family and friends comment all the time on how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue looked, how crazy good the band was, etc. She has the perfect demeanor for a wedding planner as well - patient, helpful, good listener and rapt attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I cannot put it to words how thankful I am for Katrina at Come Together Events. We had a distinct vision for our wedding but really wanted to enjoy our engagement and every bit of our wedding weekend. That being said, I needed someone who I could trust implicitly. From her vendor recommendations to the detail on every last place setting, Katrina was spot on. She created a series of "design boards" until we found the one that matched exactly what we had in mind for our wedding. Her attention to detail and creativity yielded something I could have never come up with on my own. My husband and I, along with our guests, were completely in awe on our wedding day. While we were prepared for Katrina's assistance with the fundamental aspects of vendor selection and reviewing different options etc., we were so thankful for her expertise in the overall theme and design of our wedding. From the invitations, to lighting, dinnerware, table dressings etc, Katrina's design expertise made our wedding memorable in so many ways. My wife an I are aren't the most detail oriented and having Katrina lead us through all the options and variations of color and style was such an added benefit.

Katrina alleviated so much strain by being the point person for each of our vendors before and during our wedding. It took me attending other weddings and watching bride and groom getting pulled in multiple directions by vendors to truly understand the importance of having someone like Katrina leading.

I couldn't have been more impressed with Katrina's professionalism and overall competency throughout the wedding planning process. What I found equally as impressive was after our wedding we had so many family members as friends complimenting on how helpful and masterfully in control Katrina was for throughout our day.

We hands down, could not have made our wedding dreams (and so much more) come true without the most incredible Come+Together Events. The smartest and best decision we made was to hire Katrina Hutchins and her team. Katrina was there from day one in our planning (just a year before), until weeks after our wedding. She was there to answer all of my questions (hence the 1,563 emails); Katrina kept us on point; introduced us to only the best vendors; put out fires and always had a backup plan to offer; she reassured, and supported us; and crafted the most unbelievable design and feel for our fall wedding and reception in Charlotte, NC.

We were unfocused in the design for our wedding, and Katrina worked her magic to really take the time to get to know us as a couple. She completely understood the “feeling” we kept trying to explain and in the end, Katrina worked with our vendors to deliver the most luxurious custom linens for a 24-person table that I could have never configured; ceremony draping that was so soft and intimate with warm backlighting; a sitting area almost identical to our living room at home; a variety of florals in modern, staggered heights; even draping she called in last minute to cover a wall we didn’t think needed covering… Come+Together Events absolutely went above and beyond in all areas of our planning, day-of execution and well after we said “I do.”

Katrina also received my wedding dress delivery from NYC – something I was so nervous about, she personally handled; she came to the rescue with generators when our 11-piece band blew the power in the building; her team physically picked up 150 Happy Meals from McDonald’s on our wedding night, and she inspired my husband‘s wedding gift to me – a live artist painting the scene at our wedding reception. We love Katrina and Come+Together Events more than words can say, and are so excited for all of the couples who get the incredible opportunity to be one her bride and grooms.

Katrina is fabulous! I knew after our very first meeting that she totally got my vision and would do everything possible to make my day perfect for me. Hiring Katrina was definitely one of my best decisions, it is worth every penny and I would do it all over again! Katrina did an absolutely incredible job as my wedding planner. She has an impeccable eye for design and created a look for my wedding I could have never imagined. She goes above and beyond (helping make custom table runners) to execute a beautiful and creative wedding for her brides. The day of the wedding I was completely stress free and was able to enjoy which is what the couple is suppose to do :)
