Where to even begin? We have continually had GREAT experiences at Collins. We worked with Chelsea to create my engagement ring and she is the absolute sweetest! Not to mention she's incredibly patient and easy to communicate with. She worked with us to create the perfect setting and offered honest advice as a professional in a way that I really respected and appreciated. And we cannot even begin to thank her and the entire Collins team for working hard to make sure my ring was ready on time for a trip where my now-husband planned to propose. We went back to Collins for our wedding bands and Chelsea worked with us to make a few tweaks to my engagement ring like it was no big deal. Not to mention our wedding bands are similarly amazing! We love the family aspect to Collins so much and how they treat their customers is second to none. We will be continue to come back for many years for any and all jewelry needs. Chelsea at Collins provided just the personal service you would hope for from a family business. She guided my fiancé in the design of my engagement ring and even made his deadline for our surprise proposal. She per us design our wedding rings and even helped with my wedding day Jewellery too!

Collins resized my grandmothers wedding for my fiancée to use as the engagement ring and came out wonderfully. This ring had survived WWII and was very delicate and they treated it with care and precision. We then bought our wedding rings there 6 months later. We ordered them to be picked up by my mom in San Diego as we had moved out of state but the wedding was in SD. They kept communication with us when the rings arrived, and also to let us know that my mom had went in to pick them up. Every diamond ring there also comes with a jewelers appraisal for insurance purpose. They also ha e a jeweler there every Wednesday to appraise jewelry brought in for a nominal fee. I like this because most places send it out and you get something back in 3-5 days. This whole process is done on site, and you receive the paperwork in under an hour with 2 copies so that you can still maintain a copy along with the insurance company. Store has been there for years, and is locally family owned and the family works inside the store and very educated with the items they sell and their cost. Our sales jeweler was able to help us find a ring that match my engagement ring and within a $1200 budget and even came in a lot up box! We also ordered my husbands cobolt ring on the same trip and he found exactly what he wanted!

I was originally referred to Collins Family Jewelers by some coworkers. My fiance and I knew we wanted to customize a ring using heirlooms from both sides of our families. Brianna at Collins was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process! My favorite part about working with them is their quick turnaround and the "Cad Cam" software. We were able to see exactly how my ring would turn out prior to the finished product. Plus, if there are any changes or corrections you'd like made before the actual ring is produced, they are more than happy to fix anything through the Cad Cam imaging to ensure 100% satisfaction. You cannot ask for better service! The Collins family treated us like family and my rings are PERFECT. Both rings were custom made and are seriously beyond what I ever could have hoped for. We originally had my engagement ring designed by a jeweler locally in Sacramento. After going through countless issues with them, we finally threw in the towel. After a recommendation from my brother's girlfriend, we visited Collins. Briana and Chelsea - the owners daughters - worked with me directly. They immediately took pictures of my current engagement ring, and after examining its flaws, confessed it was pretty much unfixable. I appreciated their honesty, and they laid out exactly how they would make the ring (and bands) of my dreams. Then they gave me the time and space to decide what to do next. No sales pressure. I live 700 miles away, and Briana gave me her email address to converse.

I decided to pull the trigger (mind you 2 months before the wedding at this point). She was a diligent middle (wo)man between the Simon G designer and my non-jeweler terminology as we hashed out the design via a computer rendering. I kept telling her to tell me if my ideas were impossible or crazy - and she took each nitty-picky change in stride. The ultimate result stunned us all. When I finally got to pick it up the week before the wedding (it had arrived a week earlier! - custom ring design to finished product in 6 weeks!!) she admitted two things - 1) She had been showing it off all week to show what Simon G can do in their custom work, and 2) They were all waiting for me to come try it on since my fingers were much smaller than any of theirs.

They had done the appraisal and had it ready in a binder to submit to the insurance provider. They took my old engagement ring and found a beautiful london blue topaz to replace the diamond.

There's another chapter to this story - on Tuesday (3 days after I took the ring home) - my fiance noticed one of the pave diamonds had fallen out. I called right away and they had it fixed in a day.

I will go to Collins for all of my jewelry needs as I move forward. Everything they do is customer-centered!

Collin's Family Jewelers has been my families jeweler of choice for a long time but this was the first time I had the pleasure of working with them. My fiance and I went into their store with an idea in mind and although we couldn't find a ring pre-made, they custom made my engagement and wedding rings to our exact specifications. I have the prettiest ring ever and their 5 star customer service helped me to get it without paying too much money. I can't say enough about their service - I feel lucky to have worked with them.

I walked into the Collin Family Jeweler's with a citrine stone and a bunch of scrap gold intending on having a ring custom made. I had no idea what I wanted but Chelsea was there and willing to do whatever she could to help. She showed me a bunch of pictures to better understand my style and directed me after she narrowed it down. We finally found what I wanted and then we were set for production. We turned in our scrap gold and they gave us a credit to use which covered 1/3 the cost of my ring.
It took 3 weeks to make the ring from start to finish and it was so worth it. I got exactly the ring I wanted and it is just absolutely amazing. Everyone loves it.
Chelsea made the experience so great. I was so lost in the beginning but she held my hand and in the end made me a happy and loyal customer.

Collins Family Jewelers created a gorgeous custom engagement and wedding band for my fiance. They listened to all of his suggestions and incorporated them into a beautiful ring. They were so helpful and they also helped us keep both the wedding bands a surprise for each other which was wonderful!

My husband got his band from Collins Family Jewelers. We "shopped" around by calling different jewelers and placed a lot of trust in ordering over the phone! It was ready in two weeks. We wanted a simple palladium ring with millgrain on the outer rim. They offered the BEST value by far of the 5 places I called. We were surprised by how quickly the palldium scratched but after three months love the way it looks. Just the first show of "love" looked off but not after more time. Highly recommend!
