Cody was amazing! We hired him to do our wedding & an engagement shoot. Throughout the whole process he was always quick with responses, easy to communicate with, detailed & organized. On the wedding day he was the perfect combination of laid back, but assertive when needed with organizing our families, and helping us be where we needed to be! The two of us wanted to take photos around our neighborhood in Portland; we were able to spend time taking photos at a ton of different places that were meaningful to us, and he suggested places he thought would work well for photos. The result was perfect... The guests had nothing but great things to say about him and the photos. I've had multiple people ask for his contact info after meeting him at our wedding and seeing our photos. Would highly recommend!

When we started researching vendors for our wedding, all other photographers began to blend together but Cody’s photos stood out. We reached out and Cody was always responsive and professional. Leading up to the wedding, he came to our house to see the venue and gave us advice. Our wedding day was the hottest day in Maine since 1991. We had no air conditioning and everyone was sweating profusely so the entire bridal party ended up in our cellar. I was absolutely mortified, but Cody was so calming and positive. During our family photos, he helped organize unruly groomsmen and late family members. Throughout the entire day and night, he was helpful creating group shots and finding candids. After the wedding, he promptly emailed out a preview. I cannot express how well these photos came out. His eye for finding beauty in the moment and talent for telling stories is truly incredible. He truly understood our vision for our wedding and took the time to understand our personalities which really shined in our photos.
