CocoBeni Confections is a Gourmet Cupcake Shop located in Northboro Ma. We offer a variety of high end specialty cupcakes daily and create specialty cakes and mini cupcakes to order.

What began as a one-day pastry class, to spend time with her mother and sisters, quickly became Mary Beth Benison’s quest for excellence in confectionary creation.

That class, taught by Master Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes, sparked the passion that led to a whole new career. Undaunted by a two-hour roundtrip commute, after long days in her 9-5 life, Mary Beth began an intensive course of study with Gomes, leading to her certification as pastry chef.

She learned hundreds of things along the way, from the fact that only the highest quality ingredients can lead to high quality results, to creating wonderful rich flavors and letting your passion inspire you. More importantly, though, she learned that those long days at the oven left her not depleted, but energized and excited and wanting to do more.

Life has thrown up some interesting roadblocks, including a rare type of brain tumor and breast cancer, but Mary Beth survived them both with her compassion, her sense of humor, and her commitment to living each day to the fullest. After regaining her health, Mary Beth, decided it was more important than ever to pursue her passion.
