Nothing but great things to say about Hoopla media. The one piece of advice everyone gave me during wedding planning was to be sure to get a videographer. I have some friends that didnt to save money and they ended up really regretting it.

I'm very glad I listened. We are so happy with our video. We researched several other companies but this was definitely the best quality and most affordable price. They were very professional and respectful the day of - did a good job of capturing all the important moments but also staying behind the scenes.

Sam was absolutely great to work with! Super professional and so fun! He helped keep us calm on our big day (despite the rainy weather) and keep us laughing with smiles on our faces. I wondered if it would be awkward having someone follow us around all day with a camera, but I barely even noticed Sam and his team around! They fit in so well it was like 2 old friends hanging out with us. If I could go back and relive my wedding day over again, I would definitely make him part of it the second time around. We received our video a few months after our wedding and it is absolutely incredible! I'm so happy I have this to rewatch over and over and always remember our special day!

Sam is wonderful at telling love stories through wedding films. He takes his job very seriously from emailing ahead of time to check in about a few things to showing up early. He was even willing to compromise regarding the video length we were looking for--he really is all about the customer needs and is very flexible. About halfway through our evening we realized we wanted Sam to stay for an hour or two longer, and when we asked him he told us he was planning to stay, whether we paid him or not, because he wanted to film the sparkler exit. He is incredibly heartfelt and passionate--this isn't just a job to him but something he cares deeply about. He took great care to include music and clips we wanted in the final edit, and allowed me to make as many edits as I wanted. He used a drone that got AMAZING shots of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the video is breathtaking.

On a personal note, Sam has a heart of gold. My dad unexpectedly went into a coma the day after our wedding, and Sam quickly created a video of us dancing that I could play for him while he was in the hospital.

Working with Sam wasn't like working with another vendor--we feel we have made a friend. We are obsessed with our video and will treasure it for the rest of our lives.
