We hired Cloud 9 for our wedding weekend in Ojai, California. Jason, Joy and team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and amazing. When shopping for a videographer for our wedding we were quite picky since we had a very specific vision in mind for our wedding photos and photography, Jason and Joy patiently listened to all our requests and made it happen on the weekend of! (We had two completely different vibes and themes for Friday and Saturday wedding events but they perfectly captured both!)

The night of our wedding we ended up going a bit over the discussed time, but the cloud 9 team was super understanding and with no hesitation at all, stayed longer to capture the dancing and cake cutting.

We also needed our wedding video back really really quickly for our wedding part 2 in another country, and they really prioritized us and made it happen. We were so happy with them, the quality of work, and their smiles throughout the entire weekend! Hiring them was an amazing decision. Thank you so much cloud 9 team!!

This team is so wonderful. Joy was so incredible during this whole process and Jason + Solomon were absolutely the best on the day of. They were very polite, came on time. We really appreciated everyone on this team. We had some hiccups with other vendors and our photographer and videographer really up'd the mood. We are so incredibly thankful for everyone. Shout out to one of the team members of Cloud9 who gave us helpful tips when we were assembling our arch. Their sneak peak video was so great-- can't wait for our mini movie!

I can't say enough good things about Jason, Joy, and their team from Cloud 9! My husband and I chose them as our wedding videographer and they were worth every penny and more. We had a chance to video call with Jason and Joy a few times before our big day to go over expectations and our wishes, and both of them were very friendly and attentive to our desires.

On the day of our wedding, we could clearly see that Jason (especially) and his team truly put in 110% effort to capture every special moment of our wedding. Jason himself worked so hard following us everywhere with his camera throughout our wedding day without being intrusive. He was able to coordinate perfectly with our photographer to capture many beautiful shots.

After our wedding, we were so happy to receive a sneak peak video within days. The 3-month wait for our final video was long but definitely worth it. Cloud 9 delivered everything they promised and more. They went out of their way to provide us with the edited footage from our entire ceremony and reception. At my husband's special request, they also captured guest interviews/comments from our wedding day that meant so much to us. I would choose Cloud 9 again every time and would not hesitate to recommend them to any bride with the highest praise.

My wife and I loveeeed working with Jason and Joy from Cloud9. Super professional and really thorough in explaining their services. Turn around time was great as well, we were so surprised to get a 1 minute sneak peak just days after the wedding. Their creative style is just what we were looking for, cinematic to say the least!

We had the BEST experience working with the Cloud 9 team. As soon as we booked them, I was grateful to find that they were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and also very detailed and organized (which was very important to us!). Now for the day of the wedding, they were friendly, hard working and didn't miss any details. I absolutely LOVED working with them. After the wedding, one of my favorite things was getting updates via email each time they were done editing a section. It gave details about what they were doing and how long it would take and what stage of the process they were in. This made it so I never had to 'wonder' how long it was going to take to get the final product. Now, for the finished product...our video is absolutely incredible. We have cried happy tears many times watching it (along with our friends and parents). We got so many compliments of people saying "it was like watching a movie." We are so glad to have made the decision to book a videographer, and more specifically, Cloud 9. They are so talented and we are so grateful they captured our big day. Cloud 9 was amazing. First, I booked videography with them and I also was referred to Asa Yeom Photography and their services were great!
They were punctual and were very friendly. They were working the whole day in capturing the best shots. I am so grateful that my husband and I booked them to meet our needs. Two weeks after the wedding - I have received a preview video and some sample shots. We have so many compliments and are so happy with the work they have done. They truly captured all the beauty of our wedding day.

First, Cloud 9 is very kind. They are not pushy, and they respect your timeline. Because they are very personable while maintaining their professionalism, I am inclined to recommend them to anyone who asks for professional videography in and near the OC and LA areas.

My husband and I hired Cloud 9 to do our wedding videography. Due to our busy schedules and long-distance livelihood at the time, we could not meet Cloud 9 directors in person, so they were kind enough to set up a video call with me to go over wedding details and our expectations.

On our wedding day, they arrived on time and were present the entire afternoon and night. I would forget that they were working, because they respected candidity. Only once they asked to "bother us" for a moment to get a walking and kissing shot. The rest, they filmed without directing us to do anything. Very nice of them to allow us to be in the moment!

Amazing filmmakers! Drone footage, Save the Date, Love Story, video collage, etc. Very professional and flexible. Worth every penny!

Cloud 9 was one of the best vendor we had at our wedding in May 2017. Our SDE video was over the top and everyone loved it.
