This team is so wonderful. Joy was so incredible during this whole process and Jason + Solomon were absolutely the best on the day of. They were very polite, came on time. We really appreciated everyone on this team. We had some hiccups with other vendors and our photographer and videographer really up'd the mood. We are so incredibly thankful for everyone. Shout out to one of the team members of Cloud9 who gave us helpful tips when we were assembling our arch. Their sneak peak video was so great-- can't wait for our mini movie!THANK YOU CLOUD9!!

Amazing work!
Cloud 9 was amazing. First, I booked videography with them and I also was referred to Asa Yeom Photography and their services were great!
They were punctual and were very friendly. They were working the whole day in capturing the best shots. I am so grateful that my husband and I booked them to meet our needs. Two weeks after the wedding - I have received a preview video and some sample shots. We have so many compliments and are so happy with the work they have done. They truly captured all the beauty of our wedding day.Cloud 9 was amazing. First, I booked videography with them and I also was referred to Asa Yeom Photography and their services were great!

Outstanding Wedding Videographer
I can't say enough good things about Jason, Joy, and their team from Cloud 9! My husband and I chose them as our wedding videographer and they were worth every penny and more. We had a chance to video call with Jason and Joy a few times before our big day to go over expectations and our wishes, and both of them were very friendly and attentive to our desires.
On the day of our wedding, we could clearly see that Jason (especially) and his team truly put in 110% effort to capture every special moment of our wedding. Jason himself worked so hard following us everywhere with his camera throughout our wedding day without being intrusive. He was able to coordinate perfectly with our photographer to capture many beautiful shots.
After our wedding, we were so happy to receive a sneak peak video within days. The 3-month wait for our final video was long but definitely worth it. Cloud 9 delivered everything they promised and more. They went out of their way to provide us with the edited footage from our entire ceremony and reception. At my husband's special request, they also captured guest interviews/comments from our wedding day that meant so much to us. Amazing!!!! We loved them!
We hired Cloud 9 for our wedding weekend in Ojai, California. Jason, Joy and team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and amazing. When shopping for a videographer for our wedding we were quite picky since we had a very specific vision in mind for our wedding photos and photography, Jason and Joy patiently listened to all our requests and made it happen on the weekend of! (We had two completely different vibes and themes for Friday and Saturday wedding events but they perfectly captured both!)
The night of our wedding we ended up going a bit over the discussed time, but the cloud 9 team was super understanding and with no hesitation at all, stayed longer to capture the dancing and cake cutting.
We also needed our wedding video back really really quickly for our wedding part 2 in another country, and they really prioritized us and made it happen. We were so happy with them, the quality of work, and their smiles throughout the entire weekend! Hiring them was an amazing decision. We had the BEST experience working with the Cloud 9 team. As soon as we booked them, I was grateful to find that they were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and also very detailed and organized (which was very important to us!). Now for the day of the wedding, they were friendly, hard working and didn't miss any details. I absolutely LOVED working with them. After the wedding, one of my favorite things was getting updates via email each time they were done editing a section. It gave details about what they were doing and how long it would take and what stage of the process they were in. This made it so I never had to 'wonder' how long it was going to take to get the final product. Now, for the finished product...our video is absolutely incredible. We have cried happy tears many times watching it (along with our friends and parents). We got so many compliments of people saying "it was like watching a movie." We are so glad to have made the decision to book a videographer, and more specifically, Cloud 9. They are so talented and we are so grateful they captured our big day. First, Cloud 9 is very kind. They are not pushy, and they respect your timeline. Because they are very personable while maintaining their professionalism, I am inclined to recommend them to anyone who asks for professional videography in and near the OC and LA areas.
My husband and I hired Cloud 9 to do our wedding videography. Due to our busy schedules and long-distance livelihood at the time, we could not meet Cloud 9 directors in person, so they were kind enough to set up a video call with me to go over wedding details and our expectations.
On our wedding day, they arrived on time and were present the entire afternoon and night. I would forget that they were working, because they respected candidity. Only once they asked to "bother us" for a moment to get a walking and kissing shot. The rest, they filmed without directing us to do anything. Very nice of them to allow us to be in the moment!

We knew right away that we wanted to choose them. A month before the wedding, they made sure to take notes of all our preferences and take the time to get to know us to deliver the best product. On our actual wedding day, they arrived early and began shooting immediately. T

They are professional from communication, their service, to their film products and they are extremely patient with us although we are picky. Joy does an excellent job at answering every question every email I sent within a few hours, and if not the very next day. She is very organized with keeping up with our timeline, changes, and always reaches out to us with updates. Jason and Joy are so kind and passionate. You can just tell they love what they do and they are happy doing it. They met up with us to get to know us in person. Also through the questionnaire we submitted and being there witnessing our wedding, Cloud 9 learned more about our love story to edit and create a beautiful film full of love and emotions of our big day. Each film has a different story and is uniquely made for each couple.
Having a wedding film is priceless and having Cloud 9 filmed it is even more priceless and such a privilege. We LOVE our film and everybody that saw it loved it so much. It's very rare for me to watch a stranger's wedding video, and be touched by it. However, Cloud 9 Cinematography is the only one who could make me feel all the emotions of the bride and groom, even though they're strangers. Cloud 9 doesn't do wedding videography, but wedding cinematograpy, and there's a reason why. They don't deliver a video with random clips from the wedding, but they deliver a short film, composed with a storyline and filled with emotions that anyone could feel. This is the main reason why I decided to hire Jason and his team to film my special day. What's even better was that Jason and his team were so pleasant to work with. They're very organized with the emails they send to keep you on top of your to-do list, as well as after the wedding, to keep you informed of the progress of the film. Jason and his team are super sweet and professional, and worked flawlessly with my photographers on the day of the wedding. Many of my guests thought they were the same vendor! If you've seen how photographers and videographers can clash and fight for time & scenes, you'd know how important it is for these two vendors to work well together. Cloud 9 may be more expensive than average, but trust me, it was worth every penny. I absolutely love our wedding film! Thank you, Cloud 9!It's very rare for me to watch a stranger's wedding video, and be touched by it. However, Cloud 9 Cinematography is the only one who could make me feel all the emotions of the bride and groom, even though they're strangers. Cloud 9 doesn't do wedding videography, but wedding cinematograpy, and there's a reason why. They don't deliver a video with random clips from the wedding, but they deliver a short film, composed with a storyline and filled with emotions that anyone could feel. This is the main reason why I decided to hire Jason and his team to film my special day. What's even better was that Jason and his team were so pleasant to work with. We could not have been happier with how the team worked with us from the initial contract phase all the way through the wedding day and the editing stage afterwards. Without a doubt, the best decision we made was having the team at Cloud 9 film our wedding! We intially weren't even planning on having a cinematographer because we felt that our pictures should capture the day just fine. We are SO happy that we happened to see one of the videos filmed by Cloud 9 on a wedding blog and we decided right then and there that we had to have a video of our own to enjoy for years to come!

My wife and I were engaged in February of last year and set a wedding date for early Aug which only left us only 7 short months to plan the wedding. It hadn't crossed our minds to have video at the wedding until we randomly ran into another company online and was impressed with the production of their work. We contacted the company (which at this point was just a few months before our wedding date) only to find they were already booked for the day which left us a little disappointed.
Hinds sight, I am so glad they were! We continued our search once we determined that a videographer was something we were open to which brought us to Cloud9. After reviewing their work, we were completely sold on having them be a part of our special day. We had to move some budgeting around to make it work, but this was by far the best investment we made. Having the Cloud9 team on location was so seamless, they came early, dressed appropriately and were extremely professional in how they handled their work. The only negative I would say was the wait to see the finished product since these guys take their time to really get it right. I can say in the end it was well worth the wait as our video came out amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the decision to bring them on. What a great memento to relive a day that seemed to end as quickly as it got started! Thank you Cloud9 I hope we get to work together again in the future!
