I have been going to Classics for everything for years so there was no question that I wanted to use them for the wedding! Mrs. B was there the day I picked out my bridal gown and I love her! Amanda and Kayla were also very helpful and sweet! We got everything there from bridesmaid dresses to my veil and they were very quick for everything and made all of us feel very special. Everyone at the wedding said that the bridesmaid dresses and my dress was amazing groomsmen tuxes fit them very well! ( The price listed below included my gown, bridesmaid dresses, and all tuxes) I will definitely continue to recommend Classics to anyone!

We went looking for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses in January 2015 (Wedding 10/17/15) and had a great experience. I had all 4 of my bridesmaids, my mother and stepmother with me and they accommodated all of us every step of the way. I found my dress and ordered it, it actually came in a week later (as luck had it, the warehouse had one in stock that was my size). I ordered a beautiful David Tutera gown and still love it to this day! The bridesmaids dresses had to be ordered and came in a couple months later and looked amazing on the girls!

The dress was more than I wanted to pay but it was beautiful. The young lady that helped us was great The only thing I would say. If you want to take pictures in your dress before you buy it you can't. they do not allow any pictures.

I (the bride) had a wonderful experience purchasing my dress and veil from Classics - along with my groomsman tuxes - and am not one to write bad reviews. Unfortunately, my bridesmaids did not. Out of the four, two of the dresses were correct. One of my bridesmaids dresses had to be completely altered due to measurements being taken wrong. The other bridesmaid received a wrong style of dress....luckily in the correct color. We contacted Classics and they said it was on our end...which was untrue since I had a picture of the sheet the nice lady filled out at the shop with the styles for the dress that was submitted to Mori Lee. They said they would look around for the dress we were looking for (same color/style/size as originally ordered), and call us back in a week. After over a week of waiting, we had to contact them and they simply said no luck and good luck and offered us a $100 store credit (3 weeks from my wedding)...coincidentally, after calling all around NC and SC, my bridesmaid ended up finding exactly what we were looking for in a small used wedding boutique in Wilmington. This went to show me that a solution for our big issue was not at the top of Classics priority list as it should have been being a bridal boutique and being a huge part of a couples big day. It seems like a small issue but when all but one of your bridesmaids (and not the MOH at that) has a completely different style dress, it looks terrible. I would have handled it a bit better if the customer service had been more understanding and helpful instead of placing the blame on us instantly.

High priced, limited selection, and very rude service! Took our business elsewhere!

I WENT IN THERE WITH MY FRIEND "JUST TO LOOK." HER AND I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND WE WERE IN COMFY CLOTHES. THERE WAS ONE REALLY RUDE BLONDE CHICK WHO THEN BASICALLY WROTE US OFF AND DIDN'T ASK IF SHE COULD HELP US. I THEN ASKED IF I COULD TRY ON A GOWN AND SHE ACTED ANNOYED. THE BRUNETTE GIRL IS NICE I CANNOT REMEMBER HER NAME. ANYWAY I ENDED UP BUYING A $1500 GOWN THAT DAY FROM THEM. I DO NOT FEEL IT IS RIGHT TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE MAKING SUCH A BIG PURCHASE. I LOVE MY GOWN BUT IF YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE AND ENJOY YOUR DAY DRESS SHOPPING. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY TIME.
