Blush Boutique makes the bride feel just as special as their wedding day! The owner closed shop during my daughter’s appointment which made her feel right at home. The owner provided several options but never pressured her for a purchase. Howeve, she fell in love with the perfect dress and accessories. Blush Boutique provides a fairytale experience even for “real people” with a budget.

Jeanne was such a pleasure to work with! Her dresses are beautiful. It took a little while but we finally found the PERFECT dress for my fairy tale wedding. She even went above and beyond and found my daughter's flower girl dress. She kept me updated as to the process, prices, and when my items would be arriving. Jean provided an incredible experience for me! I was simply a walk in customer as my mother and I were going around town on a spontaneous weddding dress shopping adventure. Immediately Jean was welcoming and attentive to my ideas and style. She let us take our time and showed us exceptional care. We were laughing and having a great time. Her suggestions on alterations, additions or assessories were spot on. She clearly has an eye for detail! The dresses she has chosen for her boutique are unique and affordable. I recommend any bride visit her place! So thankful she welcomes walk-ins! She takes appointments as well.

Jeanne was so wonderful to work with! I had a vision of what I was hoping my wedding dress would look like and she helped make that dream come true. She made a custom beaded sash with beautiful intricate bead work to match a picture I saw on one of her dresses. She sent pictures of her progress along the way, which helped calm my nervousness about purchasing a custom item. She also finished it incredibly fast. 2-3 weeks faster then I expected. The sash is amazing and I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend any bride to check out the Blush Boutique and their Etsy store!! You won’t be disappointed!

My experience here was more than I could have asked for. We stopped into New Bern, NC on the way to our beach house. I looked up wedding dress shops to get an idea of where I could go in the future (my wedding is over a year from now) and Blush Boutique came up. I decided to just stop in and I fell in love. From the moment I met Jeanne I realized this was the type of place I wanted to buy my dress from. She even offered to go out of her way to meet us on a Sunday to try on dresses (and the shop is typically not open on Sunday's!). I ended up buying one of the dresses I tried on. I knew it was the one. If you are looking for a place that is quaint, has a variety of dresses, a very helpful owner, and reasonably-priced dresses go to Blush Boutique! Blush Boutique is so unique and special to our little town of New Bern. Jean was so helpful with assisting me accessorize my wedding gown with a handmade rhinestone/pearl sash that she made herself. Since I'm a winter Bride, I knew I wanted to wear a fur stole. She had a variety to choose from and I was able to pick the perfect one, for the look I wanted on my wedding day. She has the most beautiful wedding gowns, shoes, veils, & unique and handmade hair pieces and sashes. I highly recommend this for any bride that wants to add some uniqueness to her wedding day look! <3

The extraordinary one-of-a-kind headdress for my daughter-in-laws wedding to my son was more beautiful than the photo! The wedding was planned quickly and the creators/artists assured us it would arrive in time. It arrived as promised and my daughter-in-law looked amazing! It is a treasured heirloom now for generations from now to use because the quality is exceptional! My daughter-in law was a vision of elegance and beauty!

My fiance and I had recently decided we wanted to have a courthouse wedding and I happened to see her in her store on a Saturday. Even though it was outside her normal hours, she opened her door to me and listened to what I had in mind. She skillfully deducted the kinds of styles I'd like and picked out 5, right off the bat. I'll be honest, I'm a picky shopper, but her hand-picked selection of dresses were all beautiful and represented a wide variety of dresses. You must know that she has one of every dress and does NOT have dresses for the rest of the female bridal party - only wedding dresses. This does not detract from the experience, which is highlighted by friendly service and an honest, well-formed opinion when requested, by a quaint, sweet store with a selection created by an experienced and fashion-savvy eye. And she has beautiful accoutrements for the bride, some of which she makes! Jean and her store, Blush, were such a serendipitous find for me! I can't recommend her highly enough.
