Services Offered
Rental comes with "all-day" access to the property on your event date. Included in the base venue rental are tables and chairs for up to 200 of your guests and uniformed security. The catering packet includes bartending and linens. A "Weekend at the Ranch" package adder allows you to rent the venue for two days (one for decorating & one for your event) and a two-night stay on the on-site two-bedroom Guest House!
Facilities and Capacity
Circle of Seven Ranch offers you numerous outdoor locations for saying your vows. In one of the two gazeboes or anywhere on the venue lawn! Afterward, the 5,000-square-foot indoor event space can host up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing. This spacious hall features exposed wooden beams, a steeple ceiling, unique chandeliers, antique-inspired lanterns, and glittering string lights draped throughout. The large windows let in plenty of natural light during the day and look out over the pond and pastures, a tranquil backdrop to the reception dinner. You can also enjoy cocktails out on the large 100-foot patio, where you can sit on wrought-iron furniture and watch the magnificent sunset.

Vivian is a native born Texan. It was her love of longhorns that led us to the purchase of our original herd of seven longhorns that has now more than doubled. One look at our venue and you can tell that Vivian loves flowers, landscaping and decorating.
Vivian is 100% Cuban and the proud mother of three boys. As such, large parties and festive events are second nature to her. She loves basking in the happiness of others which makes her a natural representative of our business.
David is a US Navy veteran and is a proud father of two daughters.
David has a love for the outdoors and fell in love with this ranch the first time he drove down its oak lined entrance. It was his love of the property that formed the idea of turning the on-site pole barn into an event venue so that others could come and enjoy the property as he does.
