Deep in the Heart Farms

My daughter got married at Deep in the Heart Farms last weekend and I cannot wait to tell everyone about our experience with this AMAZING venue.
From the very first tour that we took, we knew this place was something special. The warmth that we were greeted with when Morgan gave us our personalized walk through and thorough explanation of what services they offer was beyond what we had hoped for. She was intentional, professional, informative, caring and kind. She embraced my daughter and I with the experience that we needed, as we were somewhat nervous and certainly inexperienced with hosting a wedding. She explained to us that Deep in the Heart was a family owned and operated business and you could FEEL that they cared about us as people… we weren’t a number to her, we were about to be part of their Deep in the Heart FAMILY.
We had toured several other venues and felt like everything we asked was an up-charge or an “extra”. Deep in the Heart was straightforward, honest and fair. It was SO refreshing to deal with a vendor that wasn’t trying to price gouge you or force you into an event the way they wanted it to be, but rather, they were somehow privileged enough to be on OUR journey to creating the wedding of my daughter’s dreams… all while doing so within a very intentional and NOT UNLIMITED budget.
I feel like they catered to us at every opportunity. Allowed us to come more than once to walk the property, scheduled bridals last minute because our dress was so delayed, ALL with warm “you are welcome to be here” as the answer.
Venue: STUNNING!!!!!! Our guests could not say enough how absolutely amazing the venue was… the chapel and the reception space… the property. Driving up to the venue simply takes your breath away. What an awesome canvas to start with when we were planning. The convenience of having the ceremony and the reception steps away from one another… yet completely and independently beautiful… priceless.
Communication: Always timely, accurate, thorough and warm.
People: Austin and Morgan are simply the best of the best. They made us feel like family. They are so professional and you can tell they truly appreciate that this is one of the most important days of your life. I have never met more professional, kind and hardworking business owners who value us not just as a client, but somehow, future family. Characteristics like these in people are NOT the norm these days and they are truly AWESOME.
Day of coordinator: Kendall was incredible. She was prepared, available, timely and efficient in everything we needed her for and she handled things before we even had to ask. Our Coordinator LOVED working with her.
Bartenders: Efficient, friendly, fun.
Flexibility: They never told us no. Anything and everything we asked for was met with a “yes” or a “how can we help figure this out for you”.
Kitchen: Our Caterer told us multiple times about how much they LOVE this venue because the space they have available for preparing and serving the food is INCREDIBLE. Clean, spacious and everything they needed to make our cocktail hour and our dinner PERFECT.
Value: Without hesitation, YES. You cannot put a price on working with such honest and caring people with such a BEAUTIFUL venue that truly has everything you could possibly need for creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience for your family & friends.
We would recommend this venue 1,000,000%. We are SO VERY GRATEFUL that we chose Deep in the Heart Farms!!!!!!

I can't express how much we loved Deep in the Heart Farms. It was just absolutely perfect! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff were amazing. They truly exceeded my expectations!

This venue is seriously stunning. It’s elegant with rustic vibe. Everywhere you look is a great photo spot, especially around sunset. The bridal suite is massive, gorgeous, and hair and make up ready!
The separate chapel was a must for us, and Deep In Tge Heart Farms delivers! It’s stunning, with a beautiful tall wooden cross and large floor to ceiling window with allows for a beautiful back drop. It’s so pretty anbd anb perfect. The Andersen family was incredible to work with.

Our venue was everything we dreamed of! Morgan, Austin and the day of staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. The space was stunning, and the attention to detail made everything feel magical. We couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate our wedding!

We fell in love with Deep in the Heart Farms the moment we toured the venue. It is stunning, offers so much variety in details and design, so spacious and has a great staff. We felt so welcomed and the communication was great. The price was a good fit for us as well. Our wedding day was a dream and we couldn’t imagine having it at any other venue.

Deep in the Heart was nothing short of perfection. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The venue is stunning and the owners/employees are incredible. Morgan gave us the tour and we booked on the spot. She was so kind, thorough, and was more than happy to answer our questions. We communicated with Austin in the months leading up to the wedding. He was so helpful and timely in responding. We used Allison as our day of coordinator. She was incredible. An organizers and planners dream. She kept us on schedule and made the whole day effortless and clean up a snap.

I could not recommend this venue enough. You will not regret it. Our pictures our gorgeous and I am still drooling over the windows in the chapel.

I do not regret choosing this venue for even a second!! Definitely worth every penny! It was absolutely gorgeous and the people that own/run it are amazing and friendly people. They are so accommodating and they answered all of my 10 billion questions. Everything was very clean and ready when we needed it. The staff day of was great and helpful when trying to set up and take down. The on-staff day of coordinator did an amazing job and definitely went above and beyond her duties. Magical day and magical venue!
