Congratulations on your engagement! It’s a very exciting time for you right now, and you have a lot of work ahead of you. One of the most important decisions you will have to make is choosing a wedding photographer.

Today’s bride and groom have access to many photographers, and it’s important to find a photographer whose style you like, and someone who will do everything they can to make sure your photography is one thing you won’t have to worry about on your wedding day.

When you hire Chris Diset Photography, we start working long before your wedding day. We contact other wedding services to find out about the day’s events and design our photography to fit a timeline that is suitable for all involved. This includes the ceremony and reception venues. And if it is a venue that we haven’t shot before, we will tour the facilities days before your wedding.

You may also have an engagement shoot before your wedding day. This is a great way for you to get to know your photographer, and for your photographer to get to know you. It will also supply the images that may be used in your guest signature album.

Be assured that Chris Diset Photography arrives at your wedding with a plan. There is a specific set of creative shots that will always be taken, so you can be sure that your images will tell a story from beginning to end. In between those shots is where we separate ourselves from other photographers. It’s the moments. It’s the smiles, emotions, reactions, and interactions of everyone that you might miss. Those are the images that you will look at in 20 years, remembering how good you felt and how much fun you had on your wedding day.

Chris Diset Photography uses only the best, professional grade equipment and carries extra equipment so if there is a mechanical failure, we won’t even miss a picture.
We are still not done even after your last dance – that’s when the editing process begins. Back in the studio, your images are uploaded for editing, and copies of the originals are stored on an external hard drive, as well as an offsite location. Color and contrast adjustments will be applied as needed, images may be cropped, and special treatments like black and white conversions, may be applied to some images.

Once the editing is complete, your high-resolution images will be burned to a DVD that will be sent to you. You will have ownership of these images for printing and distribution to friends and family. Copies of your images are also stored at the studio for 1 year, in case you require additional copies.

Once you have received your disk, usually 2-3 weeks after your wedding, you will also be able to visit a password-protected website where you can view, order, and share these images electronically with anyone you choose.

Your package may also include a flush mount leather bound wedding album, and you can choose the images to be included, or you can have Chris Diset Photography choose the images that best tell the story of your special day.

Also available for your wedding package are enlargements and custom framing, parent albums, press printed photo books, gallery wraps, and digital slideshows.
