Excellent Catering!

We used CHRG catering for our wedding and they were excellent! The food was incredible. The communication with Kristen was really great from beginning to end. She worked with us to change sauces and provide multiple tasting ensuring that everything was perfect. They checked on us throughout our special day to make sure we had everything we need. And, I cannot stress this enough, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.

The best experience!

We had a fantastic experience with CHRG Catering every step of the way from booking our catering tasting to the day of our top-notch wedding reception meal. The catering tasting was genuinely a blast and Kristen and Lindsay both made us feel like royalty! We received many compliments from our guests about the high quality food served and how friendly and responsive the staff was to requests. To help guests with food restrictions feel more comfortable during our buffet-style reception meal, the CHRG staff discretely served them plated meals to accommodate their dietary needs. Lindsay was a rockstar to work with and truly made us feel special and cared for throughout the planning process and the reception. Following bride and groom portraits in the sunshine, Lindsay noticed my husband and I were feeling pretty hungry and overheated so set us up in a secluded area with plates full of appetizers from the happy hour we otherwise would have missed out on. It meant a lot to us that she checked up on us throughout the night and was quick to help us out when we needed anything. CHRG provided a top-notch experience and the food was AMAZING - their team truly went above and beyond. We are so happy that we went with CHRG and appreciative of the professionalism, organizational magic, and creative eye they brought to our wedding reception. We highly recommend CHRG!

Nothing But The BEST!!!

Our experience with CHRG was nothing but perfect from beginning to end for our daughter's wedding. Their professionalism, variety of foods offered, displays, setups and staff are excellent throughout. We had so many compliments from guests on the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. They stepped up to handle any and everything asked of them before, during and after the event. Even with the cancellation and delay of a year due to COVID, there was never a hiccup in working with CHRG throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch experience for their special event!

Amazing experience!!

Lindsay and her team at Chapel Hill Restaurant Group were amazing! The staff was so friendly at our wedding and Lindsay ensured that both my husband and I were served our delicious appetizers as we were out taking photos during our cocktail hour, which was so sweet! She also ensured we had plates made up ahead of time at the wedding and even sent us home with some leftovers, so we had lunch for the next day! She really went above and beyond!
Lindsay helped us build our delicious menu (which included both vegan and non vegan options) and our guests loved the food!! Our guests have continued to talk about how great the hot apple cider, chickpea fritters, and the steak were at our wedding! Lindsay was very involved in each step of the way as she ensured there was a good variety of both vegan/non vegan options, coordinated and followed up with CE rentals with any additional rentals needed, found creative ways to display the food beautifully, and came to the final walk-through at our venue 1 month before the wedding with our wedding planner and our venue manager. She is incredibly detail oriented, organized, and made this process so easy!! Lindsay and the CHRG were an amazing team and we are so happy we chose them for our caterer! We never had to worry about anything and we were able to focus on enjoying our day!

On top of her game!

I would HIGHLY recommend CHRG catering. We worked with Kristen through out the planning process and she was absolutely FABULOUS! She helped us out in planning with the rental company and the venue. We loved working with Kristen, she was so helpful! Along with that CHRG makes AMAZING food! Our guests were raving about the food. They offered so many options to choose from too and worked with us to make vegan options too which was important to some of our guests.

Fantastic service, and worry-free planning

We used CHRG Catering for our wedding, and I can't give enough positive feedback. Kristen in sales was so responsive, and worked seamlessly with the rental company. Lindsay was our event captain - she was fantastic and I had no doubts things would be running smoothly the day-of. Everyone was great to work with and were very professional. The food was delicious, and we got so many compliments! I definitely recommend CHRG!

CHRG Catering made my daughter's wedding a tasty success!

CHRG Catering made my daughter's wedding a tasty success! Being recommended by a venue, I waited for outrageous pricing, but not so. They were very well priced and believe me I had shopped around. They worked with my budget and provided services that other caterers would charged me for. Unlike most caterers, CHRG Catering supply their only tablecloths for their food stations and will rent anything you need for the reception set-up so you don't need to deal with that additional hassle.
My daughter's wedding mattered to them and it showed. They cared about the little details that make the event special.
But the most impressive thing about CHRG Catering in comparison to other caterers was that CHRG Catering has heart. Not once did they say they couldn't help do something; hence, they were not above lighting a candle at the reception table.
I will definitely be using them for my other daughter's wedding. CHRG Catering is my go-to caterer from now on!
And their payment schedule is so doable! It lets you catch your breath as all those required deposits roll in from other wedding services.

There are not enough stars on this site for Kristen & her staff. From the moment I got in contact with her in the spring I knew we were in good hands. Kristen helped us a plan a perfect menu for our NYE wedding. She made extremely detailed notes at every meeting, tasting, & walk-through we had and listened to all our suggestions. When they say they are a full service caterer they mean it (linens, bartenders, wait staff, coat check attendants, etc). We were a bit concerned that the delicious food we had at our tasting couldn't be delivered so well on a grand scale of 200+ people but we were so wrong! The food at the wedding was amazing and everyone continues to rave about it.

We used CHRG for our wedding. We chose food off of the 411 West menu primarily. It was a small reception (28 guests) and everything was perfect! They set up the rentals and table settings and made sure that everyone had what they needed. The food was delicious (chicken, veggie lasagna, roasted veggies, pear salad, crab cakes, charcuterie, etc). The staff that came to the venue we're very kind and professional. We will definitely keep them in mind for future events as the food and service were perfect!

Kristen and the CHRG staff provided an amazing catering experience for my daughter’s wedding. From the first email, I could tell that CHRG was a very professional company that wanted to help create the ideal wedding memory. Both the food for the cocktail hour and the reception was presented in a beautiful set up. The food was a delicious and plenty was provided for our guest. The CHRG team went over and above what was expected. They took the time to notice the small details and provided special attention to the bride and groom. I would highly recommend CHRG for any needed catering.
