Since our wedding was technically off season, we did a small DIY wedding in the Villa. Patti was amazing and accommodating in the process. Everything was beautiful and smooth!

After seeing Chestnut Hill, I cancelled my appointments to see other venues for my son's rehearsal dinner. The setting was beautiful but relaxed, and the service from Patti was more than I ever would have expected. Our caterer easily prepped and served, and we had s'mores for dessert at the fire pit! We also rented the villa overnight for the wedding party. They were thrilled to get to stay together, and the various luxuries made it extra special. As we left the dinner, they were already enjoying the pool and hot tub. On top of all of that, the price was unbelievable. If I had another special event, I would return without question.

The Wedding Of My Dreams and it wouldn’t have been possible without choosing Chestnut Hill Villa for our WEEKEND WEDDING! I wanted my wedding to be a bonding event. Not a few hours after stressful planning and then a rush clean up. We got married during Covid and although we had to postpone our first wedding date, CHV was very accommodating in helping us choose the new date. We showed up on a Thursday night and hosted our rehearsal dinner right there on site- we had all day Friday to prepare/set up and enjoy the process while doing it! My family and wedding party spent the weekend bonding and sharing laughs right up until show time- The wedding was not stressful at all because everything was right there and nothing was rushed! Patti was wonderful to work with. She has this calm about her that is just what a bride needs! Photo opportunities are endless! The house itself is gorgeous- I got lost once or twice, I know I’m not the only one from our party. It’s huge. My wedding party and parents could spend the night comfortably! And guest from out of town had the accommodations of a hotel on site! The outhouse was a huge hit! All over our guests Facebook and snap chat stories- they were heated! Much needed on an October evening… our vendors enjoyed working on this site. The kitchen is nice and big for caterers to utilize. After the DJ played our last song a handful of us lit a fire and continued the party! Going to bed feeling stress free and so overwhelmed with love! We didn’t have to end our day worrying about getting out on time or if the trash was all taken care of. The clean up in the morning was a breeze since Patti and her crew helped so much! Leaving the property was the sad part, it felt like home for the weekend!

We highly recommend Chestnut Hill Villa! Not only is the villa itself beautiful, but so are the surroundings/landscaping. It's a hidden gem! Patti was absolutely wonderful. Our stay was from Fri-Sun for our wedding weekend in Aug 2021. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 2020 & Patti rescheduled our dates without any issues. She kept in touch with us & answered all questions in a timely manner. Over our wedding weekend, she made sure everything was in place as planned for both our Rehearsal Dinner & Wedding Day. Our whole weekend was a dream come true. Even with rain in the forecast, the tents help so much! The pool & on-site hotel are a MAJOR plus. Patti & her team are completely trustworthy,& I would suggest to all couples to have their wedding at CHV! 🙂

Patti made sure that everything we asked for was taken care of, and was super responsive. She was understanding when we had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to June 2021 and did everything to make sure we were happy. Patti gets a 10/10! The venue itself is gorgeous with tons of greenery, and open space. There are two tented areas, the Villa and a little open ceremony area down in the trees. The inside of the villa is super comfy—would highly recommend the wedding weekend to everyone—it just made the preparations so much easier than having to do it all the day of.

There are so many wedding venues in our area but when we saw Chestnut Hill Villa we knew that it was the special place that we were looking for.  It was especially attractive because we could rent the villa with the exquisitely restored farmhouse (which sleeps up to 20 guests) for the entire weekend.  There is a list of recommended vendors provided but the flexibility to use other vendors allowed us to really do things the way we wanted. Patti  was very attentive and helpful every step of the way. She and her staff had everything setup up and ready to go and were helpful before, during, and after the ceremony.  We can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a venue for a wedding or any special event, definitely consider Chestnut Hill Villa.

Patti and the staff at Chestnut Hill Villa worked to make it perfect for my daughter's wedding. Throughout the weekend, we used the openness of the Villa such as the putting greens, the salt water pool, the hot tub, the yard games, patio, and of course the Villa house itself.

Chestnut Hill Villa provided everything we needed to make my daughters dream wedding come true. The beautiful grounds provided a canvas to bring her vision to life. The home was spacious, equipped with everything you needed, and blended our families together for the weekend. Patti was incredible and fun to work with. Her number one priority is the couples happiness. She made sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about our experience!

Patti and her team at Chestnut Hill Villa are absolutely awesome people! Patti stopped at nothing to make our dream wedding weekend come true! We loved the flexibility the venue offered, the beautiful grounds, so many amazing photos opportunities, really fun time for all crowds, our guests will be talking about our wedding weekend for years to come!
