Chef Dion graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York in 1992. He remained in New York for many years and has worked in many famous restaurants. He was named the romantic Chef for creating some of the most romantic dinners anyone has experienced.

Chef at Winston-Salem’s Old Town Club, to an understated country garden party, Chef Dion
