Chef David's Catered Events

We catered from Chef David's for our wedding at the DeKoven Center back in July 30, 2022. We had over 220 guests, and Chef David's catered and served a delicious plated meal which consisted of chicken, steak, potatoes and vegetables. I heard stories of how couples barely ate on their wedding day, but I made sure we were able to sit and eat every bite. From the moment we came into their business for the tasting, we felt like family. David and his wife Kathy are so kind, we immediately felt like we were in the presence of family. The food was excellent, the servers were efficient and kind and our guests are still raving about the food from our wedding! Absolutely mouth-watering. They were very reasonable with their pricing and managed the set up and clean up very efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a delicious and memorable wedding dinner!

Chef David is an amazing chef and we were so happy with the food he had prepared for our wedding. The staff were friendly and courteous and everyone did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them for any event.

We LOVED Chef Davids. From the beginning, we knew that they were going to be awesome. Our tasting experience was exceptional. I spoke with Holly on the phone before our tasting and she offered many wonderful suggestions as to what we could have our menu. The tasting was great, chef David sat with us and was very welcoming. All of our guests LOVED the food at our wedding. We are still getting compliments about how good the food was! The peruvian chicken with the lime verde sauce was everyone's favorite!

The food and professionalism of Chef David was awesome! From the appetizers to the dinner it was really well done! They took my love of diverse foods and came up with a menu that went from Tuscan pizza for apps, Roasted pork (lechone) Peruvian chicken and Cuban rice. They would great about making sure my guest were well taken care of!! At the end of the evening, many of my guests specifically mentioned to me that the food served may have been the best food they've ever had at a wedding!

Hands down the best wedding food we have ever had, and all our guests and vendors agree!!! Chef David, Tracie, and his entire staff were such an amazing team to work with. They are very communicative, responsive, and overall wonderful people to work with. I can not say thank you enough for the best wedding food!! From the apps, to salad, and dinner we received endless compliments from all our guests. We served beef and salmon, people who don't like salmon ate it and said it was amazing! We wanted to do a family style service and Chef and his team did a fantastic job working with us so we could choose the family style dinner. Thank you so much for the delicious food and making our day unforgettable. Chef David is so sweet, and he is a phenomenal chef! We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Chef David's catering was amazing. The food was delicious, they were definitely helpful, professional, and nice. Everything was simply delicious and my guests loved their food.

This chef is talented combining and accenting fresh herbal spicy flavors into delicious dishes. If you like ethnic, different, and spicy this is the caterer to go to!

Chef David and his staff did a great job catering our wedding at Byron Colby Barn. Throughout the planning process, they maintained frequent contact covering the million and one details that needed to be discussed. The food at the wedding was amazing, all of our guests were really impressed, some said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The high quality food Chef Davids provided was well worth the money.

Chef David's fell short in many ways for our July wedding. We used them for both catering and for our bar tending services. We encountered MANY issues with them and when I attempted to approach them after our event they were very inconsiderate, unprofessional and lacked integrity. They did not honor our contract and in multiple ways ripped us off. Please be aware before you put your trust in them for your events.
