At Emerald City Catering, we strive to create an event that meets your heart’s desire. Our passion is providing delicious food and memorable customer service. We will work with you to customize your event. That may mean using family recipes, traditions, or special drinks, whatever has meaning for you. We not only want to feed your body, we want to feed your soul.
All off-site wedding catering packages include:
- Standard China, silverware, white linen napkins and water goblets. Additional charge for table linens, specialty china, napkins, silverware or chair covers.
- White linen tablecloths provided for buffet tables and/or appetizer tables, if applicable.
- All set-up/clean up pertaining to the serving of food will be handled by the staff of Emerald City Catering.
- Event food service staffing.
- Cake cutting
- Quotes available for numbers of people other than standard packages.
In addition to our standard packages, we offer completely customized
menus & extras to make your dreams come true!

Steve and Laurie were so helpful. the food was delicious. when they asked what we wanted we simply said " to get drunk an eat tacos"
the taco buffet bar was exactly what i wanted. they were accommodating. they made food to our specific tastes an diets. to the point they were sweet enough to make left overs for my husband and i to have later that night. if i were to do it again id hire them in a heartbeat
