Five-Star Wedding Catering Experience!

We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience and service we received from Red Lion and, in particular, Sandy! From start to finish, the communication was great, and Sandy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and stress free for our big day. She worked within our budget to get us the best deals without sacrificing quality. Her hospitality was incredible! The food was amazing- our guests are still raving about it! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because the experience was just that exceptional. I highly, highly recommend Red Lion!

Impressed Wedding Guests

My son and daughter-in-law had Red Lion Pub cater their wedding reception in August of 2024. The food, the service, the communication was all top notch. Sandy is very responsive and helpful! Our guests said the food was amazing thanks to Sandy and her staff. I would highly recommend Red Lion Pub as your catering company.

Delicious and Unique wedding food

We booked red lion for our caterer for wedding and we absolutely loved working with them. Sandy, and all of the staff were so incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a couple of different tastings, trying to nail down the menu and Sandy did a great job of keeping track of all of our different ideas. We were able to really customize our entree options so that we could accommodate vegetarians/vegans. They had a nice variety of traditional wedding food as well as tasty unique options. We went with curry for one option and were able to do a vegan option as well as a chicken option for all guests. The food was delicious at the wedding and guests kept raving about it, especially the lion's curry. All the staff were so kind and helpful the day of as well. Red lion's prices were more than fair as well, some of the other caterers we looked at were much more expensive. After the wedding Sandy made sure we had left overs to eat in the hotel room.

We used Red Lion for our buffet meal at our wedding 6/21/24

We cannot rave enough about Red Lion and Sandy. From the start, communication was not only very clear but so kind. ANY question we had Sandy answered quickly and so kindly, understanding how important the day was to us. We thought the price was extremely reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious. SOOOO many people stopped us to rave about it. Thank you to Sandy for a seamless experience.

Incredible Experience with Red Lion

We loved Red Lion. We were incredibly satisfied with Red Lion for our wedding catering and rehearsal dinner. We found out that they were a preferred vendor for our venue and their Catering Director Sandy absolutely blew us away with her hospitality and punctuality with quotes and such. We would recommend giving them a try if you are still considering your options and you’ll likely want to sign with them by the end of your tasting. Oh wait, did I mention the food is great too and an awesome value! Our guests were going back for 2nds and 3rds at both meals. Because of the plethora of delicious options we did have to go back for numerous tastings to fine tune our menu which Sandy was happy to accommodate. Highly recommend the Mushroom Tarragon Chicken, Braised Short Rib, Mac n Cheese and if you’re considering a rehearsal dinner spot they have FRIDAY FISH FRY!!! We are so happy with our decision to choose Red Lion, cheers y’all!

The perfect catering for our Milwaukee wedding.

Red Lion was EXCELLENT at everything they did. Communication was amazing, the food was great, and everything ran right on schedule! Sandy was super easy to work with, answered any question we had, and worked flawlessly with all our other vendors. You can't go wrong with Red Lion and we can't speak highly enough of them!

Best Catering in Milwaukee!

We worked with Sandy and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive and great with keeping to our budget, while providing the delicious food to our guests. We did quite a few tastings throughout Milwaukee and LOVED Red Lion's food the best! She also helped us order linen and made sure everything was set up and perfect the day of our wedding. We highly recommend hiring Red Lion for your event or wedding. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, Sandy, and team!

Absolutely Amazing!

Red Lion Pub was absolutely amazing! Sandy and the rest of her team executed the dinner flawlessly. Sandy was extremely professional, helpful and flexible during the entire process. The only difficult part was figuring out what food we wanted because they had so many fantastic options to choose from! We ended up going with the Braised Short Rib as well as the Mushroom & Spinach Penne as our main courses with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables as our sides. Every guest we spoke with said that they loved the food. Red Lion Pub was also able to get us a smaller portion of Mac N’ Cheese for the kids that attended the wedding. Our hat also goes off to the Red Lion Pub for being able to coordinate such a flawless execution on the day of the wedding especially considering it was at a venue they had never been to before. Thank you Sandy & Red Lion Pub for helping to make our Wedding day even more special!

Absolutely phenomenal!

I would 100000% recommend Red Lion's Pub to anyone and everyone looking for catering for a wedding or other event! Aside from the fact that the food was absolutely delicious and well presented and ALL of our guests were beyond impressed, the service that Sandy and the rest of the team provide is exceptional. Communication was fast and incredible throughout the entire process, and really took the stress off of our shoulders. This company knows what they are doing and truly will add to your magical day in the best way possible. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Could not have been any better!

If you are still looking for a food vendor, you can stop! They literally check off every box that you are looking for. We got countless compliments about how good our food was. All the appetizers and the entrees were delicious. Funny enough, our guests kept saying "wow you must have really spent a lot for the food", but really Red Lion was one of the most affordable vendors that we found and it definitely was the tastiest. The BEST part is how flexible they are and how much they help. We can not thank Sandy enough (the one in charge of the food). She literally is the BEST! She was on top of everything, we did not have to worry at all and everything was perfect. Not only did she help with our food, she brought up things unrelated to our food that we never even thought about (common things that couples miss). Seriously, I can not recommend them enough.
