We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience and service we received from Red Lion and, in particular, Sandy! From start to finish, the communication was great, and Sandy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and stress free for our big day. She worked within our budget to get us the best deals without sacrificing quality. Her hospitality was incredible! The food was amazing- our guests are still raving about it! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because the experience was just that exceptional. I highly, highly recommend Red Lion! -

My son and daughter-in-law had Red Lion Pub cater their wedding reception in August of 2024. The food, the service, the communication was all top notch. Sandy is very responsive and helpful! Our guests said the food was amazing thanks to Sandy and her staff. I would highly recommend Red Lion Pub as your catering company. -

We booked red lion for our caterer for wedding and we absolutely loved working with them. Sandy, and all of the staff were so incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a couple of different tastings, trying to nail down the menu and Sandy did a great job of keeping track of all of our different ideas. We were able to really customize our entree options so that we could accommodate vegetarians/vegans. They had a nice variety of traditional wedding food as well as tasty unique options. We went with curry for one option and were able to do a vegan option as well as a chicken option for all guests. The food was delicious at the wedding and guests kept raving about it, especially the lion's curry. All the staff were so kind and helpful the day of as well. Red lion's prices were more than fair as well, some of the other caterers we looked at were much more expensive. After the wedding Sandy made sure we had left overs to eat in the hotel room. -

We cannot rave enough about Red Lion and Sandy. From the start, communication was not only very clear but so kind. ANY question we had Sandy answered quickly and so kindly, understanding how important the day was to us. We thought the price was extremely reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious. SOOOO many people stopped us to rave about it. Thank you to Sandy for a seamless experience. -

We loved Red Lion. We were incredibly satisfied with Red Lion for our wedding catering and rehearsal dinner. We found out that they were a preferred vendor for our venue and their Catering Director Sandy absolutely blew us away with her hospitality and punctuality with quotes and such. We would recommend giving them a try if you are still considering your options and you’ll likely want to sign with them by the end of your tasting. Oh wait, did I mention the food is great too and an awesome value! Our guests were going back for 2nds and 3rds at both meals. Because of the plethora of delicious options we did have to go back for numerous tastings to fine tune our menu which Sandy was happy to accommodate. Highly recommend the Mushroom Tarragon Chicken, Braised Short Rib, Mac n Cheese and if you’re considering a rehearsal dinner spot they have FRIDAY FISH FRY!!! We are so happy with our decision to choose Red Lion, cheers y’all! -

I would 100000% recommend Red Lion's Pub to anyone and everyone looking for catering for a wedding or other event! Aside from the fact that the food was absolutely delicious and well presented and ALL of our guests were beyond impressed, the service that Sandy and the rest of the team provide is exceptional. Communication was fast and incredible throughout the entire process, and really took the stress off of our shoulders. This company knows what they are doing and truly will add to your magical day in the best way possible. I cannot recommend this place enough :) -

Sandy and the Red Lion team were wonderful to work with. We planned our Milwaukee wedding while living in Tennessee and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The food was outstanding - we received so many compliments on the braised short ribs with horseradish sauce! Red Lion was one of our favorite vendors and we cannot recommend them enough. -

Red Lion helped make our wedding really great. They were super flexible when we postponed a full year due to COVID and they were great dealing with cancellations due to COVID. The food was fantastic - our guests really enjoyed both the quality and variety. And working with Red Lion staff was super easy. I would definitely hire their catering staff again for another event and highly recommend them to others. -

My husband is a huge soccer fan so we decided to do the rehearsal dinner for our wedding this summer at the Red Lion out on the back patio. It was the most perfect venue and meal! Our friends and family raved about the food and planning everything (including drink tickets, menu, and dealing with a year long postponement during a pandemic) was easy with their event coordinator. We were able to play games on the deck and mingle and had plenty of room when a few extra unexpected guests arrived. Would recommend for any event! -

My expectations were high, maybe a 9 out of 10, because nothing is ever perfect, but after they did our wedding I would rate them a 20 out of 10!!!! They were absolutely more than perfect!!!! -

The Red Lion Pub was absolutely the best choice we could have made for our wedding venue! Sandy was professional, helpful, and kind. She knew what to do before we even asked her. She walked us through every step of the process and helped us decorate the day before and day off. The wait staff was so friendly to us and our guests, providing a wonderful atmosphere for our guests. Everyone raved about the food, and we could not have been more happy at the end of the night. Thank you, Sandy and Red Lion Pub for helping us with our favorite day! We look forward to celebrating our anniversary with a meal there! :) -

I could not say enough about how helpful Sandy and her staff were. Sandy was so flexible and did everything to make our menu exactly what we wanted. Kelly Sent on 12/04/2016My husband and I can’t begin to say how happy we were to have gone with Red Lion pub for our catering. This was hands down one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. We both decided that we wanted something unique with our catering. Our venue recommended Brocach, but found that it had changed owners and was now called Red Lion. Thankfully, they still did catering, and even better- they still had the same catering manager with Sandy. Sandy and Red Lion really wanted us to make sure we were happy. They always welcomed us back for tastings to make sure everything was just to our liking (entrees, appetizers, etc.). Sandy is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing since she has it all taken care of.
The food was absolutely amazing. They had a wide range of choices to choose from but if you had other off-the-menu items you want they are more than happy to accommodate. They were also wonderful in accommodating for the dietary needs of some of our guests and as well as last minute changes. Guests raved about the food—from the appetizers to the main course to the late night snack. The portions are perfect, the price is great, and the staff and service is unforgettable. -

The venue is casual, but the staff is professional. The servers were accommodating to the children and overall friendly and welcoming. We were running late from the rehearsal, but the staff was flexible and made it so that the drinks, apps, and dinner still came out at appropriate times. Several guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food - even the next day at the wedding.
