Chef Aless was phenomenal ! The food was absolutely delicious and she was a pleasure to deal with.

Chef and her team were amazing. We had an expansive menu and it came out flawlessly. The timing was perfect, they seamlessly worked with other vendors to make sure it was not something we had to think about on our special day. Would work with Chef Aless again in a heartbeat!!

We worked with Aless for our small, family-only wedding weekend. She did breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert for 12 people for the long weekend, and the meals were each incredible, with excellent variety. She works with you in advance to understand your guests needs and preferences for each meal, and you truly cannot go wrong (except if you miss out on the Chicken and Pasta, which was absolutely delicious). We had everything from breakfast to passed apps to a sit-down wedding dinner, and all was cooked and coordinated to perfection.

Beyond being an exceptional chef, Aless was a joy to work with. It was very easy to coordinate planning for the event, and she was incredibly thoughtful and flexible over the course of the weekend. Being able to have Chef Aless at our wedding weekend was absolutely one of the highlights, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. You will be thrilled :)

Chef Aless’s service was simply exceptional ! She’s professional, very enthusiastic and her food is simply amazing. She works diligently and is very passionate about food. She’s very responsive, we had excellent communication discussing the menu, and she helped us tremendously choosing. Our guests raved about the quality of food and presentation.
