My god, we are so happy that Jess at Cheers Babe photographed our wedding. We absolutely couldn’t be happier with the results.

When we were looking for a photographer for our wedding & engagement, Jess’ work immediately stood out. She had a fun, vibrant style that we immediately loved. But more than that, we noticed she captured special & candid moments between her couples. And that’s exactly what were hoping for when we chose her.

And boy, did she do an amazing job. We are two awkward, nerdy people. We were very nervous about taking photos, but Jess made us feel at complete ease. At both the engagement shoot and wedding, Jess captured moments that felt unique to US. And each photo was beautifully composed and gorgeous. The turnaround time was impressive — she sent a generous selection of sneak peeks the day after each event, and we received the final sets of photos much earlier than expected.

On top of that, Jess and her team were professional and lovely at the wedding itself. Many guests commented on how much they liked the photographers. Also, Jess photographed our wedding while almost 9 months pregnant! We were very impressed and so touched that she was able to squeeze us in.

Cheers Babe is the best photography team and we could not be more thrilled with our decision to use them for our wedding and engagement photos. Jess was incredible to work with, from start to finish, and her photo editing is unreal. Her regular and clear communication is VERY special in this industry and made our lives so much easier. She even helped me pick bridesmaids dress colors when I asked for design help! Jenny was our photographer and she was absolutely incredible at both our engagement shoot and wedding day. My husband and I aren’t super comfortable in front of cameras but Jenny made the photo sessions so genuinely fun that we are candidly smiling or laughing in most of the photos. The photos are absolutely beautiful. Jenny even got our dog Oatmeal to pose for minutes at a time and the photos of him are unreal. We wanted cheerful, colorful, real photography that captured our love and Cheers Babe surpassed our wildest expectations.

Jess, Julia and Renee all did a fabulous job with our engagement and wedding photos!! Jess is just exceptional, so professional and fun at the same time, so much good energy, and amazing at coordinating the experience and editing photos. She takes care care and pride in her work and with her team and it shows! Julia took our engagement and wedding photos and was so kind and easy to work with. She is experienced and gives good promptings while allowing you your own creative juices to flow as well! Renee was our second shooter for our wedding and has great energy, creative ideas, and is very skilled behind the camera as well! Jess is AH-MAZING! I hired her for a combination session with portraits for my 30th birthday and also portraits with my husband celebrating our five year wedding anniversary. From our first call together, I knew we were the perfect fit for each other! She's so much fun and really makes you feel at ease the whole time. Something no one tells you... you are with your photographer for a lot of your wedding day and in some pretty emotional moments (good and bad!). Jess is the ultimate hype girl, who keeps you calm and on time all while taking the most beautiful pictures. She is organized, sent us an adorable gift when we booked her, and really made us feel like she really wanted to be there! She is incredible, book her!

Jess was AMAZING! Picking a great photographer for our wedding was the hardest vendor decision we had to make - because we knew this would be our greatest treasure to remember our day and share photos with our children and grandchildren one day....So it was such a hard choice. As soon as we met with Jess all my fears were gone! I knew she was the perfect person and would give us the most amazing photos. Doing an engagement shoot with Jess was the second best decision we made, because we were already familiar/comfortable with her on the wedding day. We LOVE our pictures. And I have never felt more comfortable having my photo taken (because I am usually super awkward) than I did with Jess. I highly recommend her!

About 6 months later I got engaged to my best friend and the first thing I did was reach out to Jess to check her availability for our big day! She was flexible, professional, and so so sweet. As we dealt with COVID and so many changes to our wedding day, Jess was always a calm presence and was so helpful with her expertise as we jumped thru hurdles and made changes.

When I got engaged, the first thing I did for wedding planning was book Cheers Babe to capture our wedding day. Outside of marrying my husband, booking Cheers Babe was the best decision I made when it came to our wedding.

When COVID hit, we went from having a destination wedding for 200 people to a 10-person wedding at my husband’s childhood home. Through all the ups and downs of planning our original dream wedding, cancelling that wedding, and re-planning another wedding, Jess was with us every step of the way. When you hire Jess, you are hiring more than a photographer. You are hiring a caring, passionate and empathetic human being who truly loves her couples.

It can be awkward posing for photos. Jess takes all of the awkwardness out of it and makes it feel natural and fun. We booked an engagement photoshoot with Jess before our wedding and I am so glad we did. She taught us tons of tips for taking photos that she referenced again on our wedding day. It made the whole thing so much more natural. Jess has a way of making her brides and grooms feel so beautiful and at ease, which shows in the end result. You can feel the joy and happiness when you look at her photos because that’s how she makes her couples feel!

Jess is AMAZING! If you are considering her for your photographer, HIRE HER. Jess was the photographer for our engagement and wedding photos, and she was fantastic. Jess is kind-hearted, fun, and has an incredible knack for making you feel at ease while she’s taking photos. My fiancé and I can get a bit camera shy, but Jess had us moving around and laughing the entire time. Jess is also a total wedding expert, and saved the day with her advice when I had several last-minute wedding dress issues. Finally, her photos are gorgeous. Many of our family and friends have commented on how beautifully our wedding photos turned out, and we have Jess to thank for capturing the joy and love around us on our wedding day. We highly recommend working with Jess!

Normally I don't write reviews, or really take the time to summarize my thoughts. Working with Jess and her team this weekend felt like it warranted a review. You should know I did almost zero planning for my wedding (yes, I'm very lucky), my wife did pretty much everything from interviewing vendors, to negotiating pricing, etc. Cheers Babe, and Jess came to us a referral of sorts, my wife, was the Maid of Honor at another wedding that was being photographed by Jess. One of our favorite photos of us as a couple was a candid shot on the dance floor taken at that wedding. With all the background said, when my wife, approached me about hiring a photographer for our wedding and that she wanted the same one from her friends wedding. I just nodded my head and went back to watching cartoons (probably). Flash forward to our wedding this last weekend, and I can easily say picking Jess and Cheers Babe was by far our best decision. She worked really well with our Videographer, which I will say is surprisingly important. They worked together to plan out shots, didn't get in each others way, gave us the direction we needed and kept us on schedule. Not only did she help us plan out our shot list to ensure that every family photo we could have wanted in every combination possible was shot in the most organized way possible. She was realistic in her expectations, and expertly dealt with the larger personalities of our extended family members. We received about 10 of our photos the next day, and can't wait until our entire package is sent over in the near future.
