Judith Saraguro was exactly who were looking for for our officiant! She was personable, professional, helpful, and responsive. She worked with us to shape the ceremony just how we imagined it. We personally wanted a simple, beautiful, short and sweet ceremony that allowed us to appreciate our dedication to each other and love for each other and share the moment with our closest friends and family. We did not have any guests perform any readings, and she beautifully read a poem for us during the ceremony. She helped us with our vows and gave us templates and examples to look at or even use if we wanted to. We wrote our vows and she had them printed and ready when it came our time.
Above and beyond: on the day of, our DJ let us down when it came to MC'ing and guiding our guests through the different parts of the day. Judith stepped up and made the announcements that the ceremony was starting/please stand/etc. She also had endless patience with us as we rescheduled over and over again due to the covid pandemic (the actual wedding happened over a year after we first signed our contract).

Working with Judith was one of the highlights of planning our wedding. We originally were searching for a bilingual officiant to help organize our ceremony in order for all family and friends, both English and Spanish speaking, to be fully engaged in our ceremony. Judith is friendly, polite, and very professional. Then COVID hit. We thought about postponing our wedding, which Judith was happy to accommodate. Then we decided to go through with a Microwedding, and Judith had no problems helping us envision what that would look like either. She assisted with vow writing and gave plenty of poetry options in both English and Spanish to choose from as we did not want to have a religious ceremony. On the day of our Microwedding, Judith arrived on time to our new backyard location and helped orchestrate our ceremony very smoothly. Many guests mentioned how much they enjoyed being part of our bilingual ceremony. Judith was also quick to send in our signed marriage license to the correct location, so it put our minds at ease that there wouldn’t be any problems with our paperwork. Judith was amazing from day one. I wanted a bilingual ceremony and a hand tying ceremony and she was able to put it all together so the ceremony flowed perfectly. She was ready to answer all my questions and explained everything step by step. The day of the wedding she was there and went with the flow. The ceremony started late and it was cold but she was very hands on, helping wherever needed. I am so glad we picked her and Ceremony Celebrants. We're extremely happy with how everything turned out. We had an intimate ceremony in Central Park during the peak of Autumn. Before our wedding we planned for everything and had an officiant from a different company, but that didn’t work out. Luckily we met Judith, who was able to commit to our wedding only two weeks in advance. Judith made a great first impression and put us at ease about our ceremony. We asked her to be our officiant after our first conversation. She had great suggestions for a variety of ceremony programs that could accommodate different lengths of time. She helped us put together a ceremony that was perfectly balanced in terms of length and spirituality. She was able to incorporate readings from family members, and helped get us started with our vows. I recommend writing your own. We may have been up until 2AM the night before in an anxiety ridden writing fever, but it was really from the heart. There wasn’t a dry eye amongst our guests. Judith was very communicative during the whole process. She replied to emails and phone calls promptly and arrived at our ceremony well ahead of schedule. She is dependable and professional. Judith made our wedding perfect. We can’t thank her enough!
