Our musicians have years of experience playing together which ensures the best performance for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or other special event.
We are one of the only FULLY licensed AND insured groups in the Tri-State area-- we carry general liability insurance & workman's compensation insurance and can provide COI's for your venue!
Ceremonious Strings is also NOT a booking agent---
we are an established team of musicians! We are a legitimately operating company that employs 20 musicians who have countless hours of experience performing together. Other companies take your event and contract it out to any available musicians in their network. At Ceremonious Strings, you are getting a specific "Ceremonious Strings" vetted musician.
With our years of experience at weddings and other special events, Ceremonious Strings will ensure that the music for your special day is perfect!

On the day of the wedding, the trio was very timely, and they were fully set up and ready to perform with plenty of time to spare. Their mix of our requests and their own catalogue of songs worked beautifully. Their custom arrangement of "Come What May" really stole the show during the ceremony! Our cocktail hour was really enhanced by their playing as well, and so many of our guests let us know how great they were.
We highly recommend Ceremonious Strings for your wedding, they are the best!

We ultimately had them arrange our first dance song for live strings, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire wedding. Hearing the song performed live was so beautiful and made the moment even more meaningful.
Our wedding day also had an unexpected storm, and the team handled everything so seamlessly that you would never have known there was even an issue. They adapted and figured everything out without us having to worry or be contacted, which was such a gift on an already busy day.
