Reasonably priced for the excellent quality of the performance. The forms you fill out beforehand are super thorough and make the whole process very user friendly. Jamie was so helpful in tweaking my song for walking down the aisle to be more bridal appropriate. Overall a very seamless experience.

The strings (cello and violin) played for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was great! They played all different types of music, took requests based on what myself and husband wanted. In addition, if they do not have a song on their list and you give them proper notice, they will add the song for a very minimal fee!

I got married March 14, 2025 at Maritime Parc and wanted a personal and elegant touch for the ceremony music. I was so impressed by their responsiveness, kindness, knowledge and talent. They had an extensive music library and were also able to play a few songs we requested.
As the bride, I was standing at the doors waiting for my ceremony reveal and I heard them begin to play my music. It was so romantic and rich sounding, I was holding back tears. I chose Mia & Sebastian's Theme from La La Land and they played it so beautifully. I could not believe the vision and timing I had for my ceremony was so perfectly executed and I owe so much of it to Jaime and her team. We held our wedding at the Madison Hotel on June 13th. From the 1st time I contacted ceremonious strings they were so professional and clear with their rates and options. They would send periodic emails to follow up and provided a user friendly platform to login to choose your music for the ceremony and create a playlist for the cocktail hour. I wouldn’t walk down the aisle without them
I never grew up picturing my future wedding — I just wasn’t like that. I did, however, know that if I got married, I wanted live strings to play for the ceremony. Whatever expectations I had, were so far and away exceeded. Jaime and the other musicians were so professional, so pitch perfect, and so accommodating. They were even open to learning a new song for me if we had wanted it.
I went with a rather non-traditional song for my walk with my dad. It was from Lord of the Rings and could have easily been seen as funny, but they played with so much emotion that I had comments all night about how absolutely beautiful the song was.
At the last minute, I was even able to extend their playing through cocktail hour and they didn’t balk at all. Again, just amazing.

Ceremonious Strings were truly PHENOMENAL!!! I found them through my venue (The Ashford Estate) and am soooo happy I had them play for my wedding ceremony. They are INSANELY TALENTED and can play nearly anything. Live string music is gorgeous no matter what, but Jaime and her team took it 10 steps further. The Best Choice
Ceremonious strings made our day so special! We first heard them play during a tasting event at our venue, and ended up booking them to play at our ceremony that evening! A Beautiful Trio + Harp
My husband found Ceremonious Strings through Facebook when we were starting to plan our wedding. I reached out to Jaime in June of 2021 for our December 2022 wedding, from the start she was a pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and kind to speak to and communicates everything promptly via email or through their portal. She is also very fair in her pricing which is why this became an easy decision to book Ceremonious Strings.
We booked the Trio + Harp for our ceremony and then the Trio for our cocktail hour. The portal they give you access to is so user friendly and easy to work. It allows you to enter all your details and then choose some songs you would like requested or not played at all. I really enjoyed using that platform as it made for no errors of communication.
This ended up being one of our most favorite things to have at our wedding even though we did not get to enjoy their beautiful music as much as our guests. We only hope we get to attend a wedding they are at one day so we can fully enjoy all of it.
If you are debating hiring string musicians for your event, look no further. This is your company.

The Ceremonious Strings team was an incredible addition to our wedding day ambience. The entire process was easy, stress free and FUN! (Yes, the planning portion for this was SO much fun!) Jaime was a pleasure to work with getting all the details organized. Closer to our date we went through all the songs we'd like for each portion of the day and filled out some forms online and hit submit! Simple as that! Easy and Perfect!
Jaime was easy, helpful, and fun to communicate with during the entire wedding planning process! All our guests love the live music and were blown away with how elegant our wedding was thanks to Jaime and her team. They truly made our wedding extra magical :)

The perfect final touch!
I had the honor of being a former student to two of the most amazing musicians who now work for ceremonious strings, Sue and Mimi. So I knew I had to have them play at my wedding. I believe they were the first vendor I hired. They played both cocktail hour and ceremony, and played every song I asked for, including a requested arrangement of “dearly beloved” from kingdom hearts. Sooooo many of the guests raved about them to me. Jaime was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond. They were perfect and I 1000% recommend them!

The perfect touch to our ceremony
Incorporating ceremonious strings into our ceremony and cocktail hour was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a string trio and they played a beautiful assortment of traditional, classic, and modern music. We were able to hand pick what songs we wanted and when from their library and hear their versions prior to making a decision. Multiple guests commented on how they loved the music. It certainly added to the timeless romantic theme I was going for. Great to work, responsive, and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering having live music!

Amazing and Wonderful!
Jamie and Ceremonious Strings were absolutely perfect for my 6/19/21 wedding! They played such gorgeous music during my ceremony and cocktail hour. All my guests raved about it! Jamie was so easy to work with. She accepts venmo, and is super responsive with email. She allowed me to make changes leading up to the wedding and was patient with any questions/requests I had. I highly recommend using Ceremonious Strings for your special day!

Amazing! Highly recommend
We hired Ceremonious Strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour music, and they were so great! Jaime was so quick to respond. Their list of songs to choose from was extensive, and when I couldn't find a sample of a song that I wanted to hear, they went above and beyond to record themselves and sent it over quickly, which was so nice! Guests were saying they loved how they played modern/pop music and they recognized all of the songs. I would highly recommend hiring Ceremonious Strings! I will forever cherish walking down the aisle to one of our favorite songs thanks to them.

Absolutely perfect!
Jaime and her musical team are absolutely wonderful. We used Ceremonious Strings for our cocktail hour and our guests are still raving about their wonderful performance. Playing a combination of rock, pop and classical tunes, they helped keep the guests entertained and kept the hour interesting. Both my husband and I wish we weren't so busy during the cocktail hour so that we could enjoy more of the music but our guests were sure to fill us in and let us know we missed a spectacular performance. Thank you guys so much for sharing your amazing talent and for making our wedding day that much more memorable!

Ceremonious Strings/Jaime was great to work with! They also learned a new song for our ceremony and were so flexible to work with when we had to reschedule our wedding twice because of COVID - I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
