Let me just start off by saying Cynthia was I N C R E D I B L E, wow. As a videographer from Hawaii who got the chance to capture her beautiful ceremony for Brittany and Zac’s wedding, I was blown away. Her professionalism, kindness and whimsical spirit is the first thing I noticed when I met her and is what drew me in. Not only was she an extremely pleasant person to work with and be around, but she carried herself in such a way that created a calming presence around the wedding.

Every speech that Cynthia writes is tailor made from the heart, working intimately with the couple to make sure it’s exactly what they want. She is incredibly talented at being able to piece such a story together, especially since she befriends every couple and takes the time to get to know them. By the end of the experience you can tell Cynthia is not a stranger, but a friend to the people she works with and that connection alone is priceless. I can't help but want to recommend her again and again to whoever is thinking about hiring her! YES!! The answer is YES. Hire her!!

Her ceremony is an experience for everyone present. Many of the guests that I talked to after agreed that it was a spiritual experience for them as well through the way that she was able to touch their souls with laughter and tears. Her words gave me my own realization of just how special my partner is to me. Listening to them solicited such strong emotions and tears of joy reminiscing of all the beautiful moments we’ve shared together in our own journey.

Cynthia is not your average officiant. You can tell she puts a lot of energy, love and pride in her work, outshining any other officiant I have ever worked with personally. Besides being a phenomenal writer, stringing together phrases and words so poetically, she also works with a whole team on the wedding day to ensure everybody is ready with sound systems set up. WOW. I have NEVER in my 7 years of filming weddings have seen an officiant bring their own team and sound system. The coolest part to me was the way her crew blended the music into her speech so seamlessly. When Cynthia announced Brittany and Zac married, her crew started to slowly fade in an extremely cinematic song, and as Cynthia pronounced the two families becoming one, the sound intensified and it felt like I was watching a movie unfold in front of my eyes!! It was seriously so cool.

Later on when I was editing Brittany and Zac’s film, I listened to Cynthia’s ceremony for inspiration and felt so inspired I wanted her voice to be what told the story from start to finish. Everything was pure magic. She is such a lovely, kind and creative spirit. I loved her ambitious character and understanding to ALWAYS do a great, amazing job and deliver the best product you possibly can each and every time. Cynthia is the type of person that really inspires and leaves an impression on you. I really hope our paths cross again one day and we get to work with each other again soon!!! ;)

Wow......amazing. I do not know where to start and they only have limited amount that can be written. At 6:30 pm, the night before our wedding, the Minister cancelled due to not feeling well. A friend of a friend knew Cynthia and called her. She is very, very busy but happened to have available the next day at 2:00 pm. They say God sends angles when you need them the most.......GOD SENT US Cynthia and our guardian Angel.

Things happen for a reason and so glad Cynthia officiated our wedding. She is very talented, organized and her energy is electric, personality witty, and attitude is positive. When she arrived under the Tree of Life in Delray, she had curlers and Croc shoes and we thought, "What the heck did we get into". Then she let her hair down, put on heals and wow.........an absolutely stunning person inside and out.

Please please please do yourself a favor and hire Cynthia. It will be the second best decision you make for your wedding (besides your spouse).

We hired Cynthia to officiate our wedding and are so glad we found her! After our wedding our guests kept raving about Cynthia and were telling us how they want her for their own weddings one day. Cynthia spent hours upon hours crafting our ceremony, from processional to recessional and wrote an amazing, touching script. Our guests cried, and laughed, and left knowing us as a couple better than they did before. Cynthia brings high tech equipment with her and honestly we didn’t realize how much an officiant does until we met with Cynthia during wedding planning. Phenomenal wedding ceremony, a night to remember! We hired Cynthia to perform our wedding ceremony and help us write our vows, from the beginning she really took the time to know us by requesting a very detailed questionnaire from both of us and tailored the ceremony script to exactly reflect what we wanted. We worked with Cynthia to incorporate dedications to our parents and MOH/BM and even our family friend who handmade our wedding rings. She managed both of our wedding vows separately, giving us just enough freedom and direction so they were equally balanced in tone and length. Our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and some said it was the first time they cried watching a wedding because it was so personal and special. When Cynthia showed up on wedding day she was extremely professional, and looked beautiful in a long black dress. Can’t recommend her enough and I’ll remember her the rest of my life! If I can give any advice for future brides, it would be that you need Cynthia to officiate your wedding. We officially met Cynthia on a zoom call that lasted 2 hours where we talked, laughed, and even cried discussing what we were looking for and how to make our wedding ceremony special to us. Cynthia has soooo many ideas to make your day uniquely you and how to incorporate different religions, readings, family members, literally anything you want she will make it happen. When we started the process of writing our ceremony script, I will admit I thought Cynthia had lost her marbles sending us this questionnaire. But after answering all her questions and seeing the end product, it works, and she truly knows us more by that questionnaire than I ever thought she could. Cynthia gets to know you and your partner on a deep level, not just about your relationship and how you work together but about you individually, your beliefs, how you grew up, your desires, literally everything you could think of she gets down to the nitty gritty. And after all of that, she uses your responses to write your ceremony script using your own words and what you said in your answers to her! She also helped us write our vows using our own responses to these questions as well! All of our guests were in awe about how personalized our ceremony was and how our vows embodied our personalities and thoughts about each other so well. We could not have asked for a better wedding ceremony and only wish we got to spend more time with Cynthia! She is so fun, caring, easy to get along with, and is not only an amazing officiant but a beautiful person and friend as well!
