Her ceremony is an experience for everyone present.

Let me just start off by saying Cynthia was I N C R E D I B L E, wow. As a videographer from Hawaii who got the chance to capture her beautiful ceremony for Brittany and Zac’s wedding, I was blown away. Her professionalism, kindness and whimsical spirit is the first thing I noticed when I met her and is what drew me in. Not only was she an extremely pleasant person to work with and be around, but she carried herself in such a way that created a calming presence around the wedding.

Every speech that Cynthia writes is tailor made from the heart, working intimately with the couple to make sure it’s exactly what they want. She is incredibly talented at being able to piece such a story together, especially since she befriends every couple and takes the time to get to know them. By the end of the experience you can tell Cynthia is not a stranger, but a friend to the people she works with and that connection alone is priceless. I can't help but want to recommend her again and again to whoever is thinking about hiring her! YES!! The answer is YES. Hire her!!

Her ceremony is an experience for everyone present. Many of the guests that I talked to after agreed that it was a spiritual experience for them as well through the way that she was able to touch their souls with laughter and tears. Her words gave me my own realization of just how special my partner is to me. Listening to them solicited such strong emotions and tears of joy reminiscing of all the beautiful moments we’ve shared together in our own journey.

Cynthia is not your average officiant. You can tell she puts a lot of energy, love and pride in her work, outshining any other officiant I have ever worked with personally. Besides being a phenomenal writer, stringing together phrases and words so poetically, she also works with a whole team on the wedding day to ensure everybody is ready with sound systems set up. WOW. I have NEVER in my 7 years of filming weddings have seen an officiant bring their own team and sound system. The coolest part to me was the way her crew blended the music into her speech so seamlessly. When Cynthia announced Brittany and Zac married, her crew started to slowly fade in an extremely cinematic song, and as Cynthia pronounced the two families becoming one, the sound intensified and it felt like I was watching a movie unfold in front of my eyes!! It was seriously so cool.

Later on when I was editing Brittany and Zac’s film, I listened to Cynthia’s ceremony for inspiration and felt so inspired I wanted her voice to be what told the story from start to finish. Everything was pure magic. She is such a lovely, kind and creative spirit. I loved her ambitious character and understanding to ALWAYS do a great, amazing job and deliver the best product you possibly can each and every time. Cynthia is the type of person that really inspires and leaves an impression on you. I really hope our paths cross again one day and we get to work with each other again soon!!! ;)

Wow - amazing

Wow......amazing. I do not know where to start and they only have limited amount that can be written. At 6:30 pm, the night before our wedding, the Minister cancelled due to not feeling well. A friend of a friend knew Cynthia and called her. She is very, very busy but happened to have available the next day at 2:00 pm. They say God sends angles when you need them the most.......GOD SENT US Cynthia and our guardian Angel.

Things happen for a reason and so glad Cynthia officiated our wedding. She is very talented, organized and her energy is electric, personality witty, and attitude is positive. When she arrived under the Tree of Life in Delray, she had curlers and Croc shoes and we thought, "What the heck did we get into". Then she let her hair down, put on heals and wow.........an absolutely stunning person inside and out.

Please please please do yourself a favor and hire Cynthia. It will be the second best decision you make for your wedding (besides your spouse).

She’s Amazing!

I can’t begin to say how amazing this woman is! From the minute we met her to the minute she married us. She was nothing but professional and sweet. She took care of every detail from beginning to end, and made Scott and I feel so special! She’s worth, every single penny, that we spent. our guest cannot stop talking about how wonderful she was at the wedding! Do yourself a favor if you’re on the fence about hiring her to join your beautiful day don’t question it … if you can afford it, do it! If you can’t afford it find a way. we loved having you Cynthia and thank you so much for all that you did for us .

Our ceremony could not have been better!

We hired Cynthia to officiate our wedding and are so glad we found her! After our wedding our guests kept raving about Cynthia and were telling us how they want her for their own weddings one day. Cynthia spent hours upon hours crafting our ceremony, from processional to recessional and wrote an amazing, touching script. Our guests cried, and laughed, and left knowing us as a couple better than they did before. Cynthia brings high tech equipment with her and honestly we didn’t realize how much an officiant does until we met with Cynthia during wedding planning. Please do yourself a favor and hire a professional officiant for your own wedding, particularly Cynthia.

A perfect ceremony to suit us

We worked directly with Cynthia, and had her as our officiant. She created a perfect ceremony for us, that both captured our relationship like she had known us for years and had everyone in tears. More than that though, her positivity is through the roof! That positivity (especially around the stress wedding planning can bring) and joy for her work truly helped make our wedding planning process and wedding day happy, fun, and full of love. She really delivers 5 star service, with her attentiveness and ability to be reached easily, so you can actually feel at ease every step of the way!

There are so many wedding ceremony styles out there... as a couple you're sure to be picky. The best part about working with Cynthia was being able to have your dream ceremony - whatever that means to you both specifically, there are no constraints as I noticed with others we spoke to prior.

Amazing start to finish!

Phenomenal wedding ceremony, a night to remember! We hired Cynthia to perform our wedding ceremony and help us write our vows, from the beginning she really took the time to know us by requesting a very detailed questionnaire from both of us and tailored the ceremony script to exactly reflect what we wanted. We worked with Cynthia to incorporate dedications to our parents and MOH/BM and even our family friend who handmade our wedding rings. She managed both of our wedding vows separately, giving us just enough freedom and direction so they were equally balanced in tone and length. Our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and some said it was the first time they cried watching a wedding because it was so personal and special. When Cynthia showed up on wedding day she was extremely professional, and looked beautiful in a long black dress. Can’t recommend her enough and I’ll remember her the rest of my life! Thank you Cynthia!

The most personalized wedding ceremony you could dream of

If I can give any advice for future brides, it would be that you need Cynthia to officiate your wedding. We officially met Cynthia on a zoom call that lasted 2 hours where we talked, laughed, and even cried discussing what we were looking for and how to make our wedding ceremony special to us. Cynthia has soooo many ideas to make your day uniquely you and how to incorporate different religions, readings, family members, literally anything you want she will make it happen. When we started the process of writing our ceremony script, I will admit I thought Cynthia had lost her marbles sending us this questionnaire. But after answering all her questions and seeing the end product, it works, and she truly knows us more by that questionnaire than I ever thought she could. Cynthia gets to know you and your partner on a deep level, not just about your relationship and how you work together but about you individually, your beliefs, how you grew up, your desires, literally everything you could think of she gets down to the nitty gritty. And after all of that, she uses your responses to write your ceremony script using your own words and what you said in your answers to her! She also helped us write our vows using our own responses to these questions as well! All of our guests were in awe about how personalized our ceremony was and how our vows embodied our personalities and thoughts about each other so well. We could not have asked for a better wedding ceremony and only wish we got to spend more time with Cynthia! She is so fun, caring, easy to get along with, and is not only an amazing officiant but a beautiful person and friend as well!

Our Ceremony was Perfect Thanks to Cynthia

Cynthia is simply and unequivocally the best. When we first met and spoke with her eight months prior to our wedding, we were scheduled for an hour meet and greet online. After two hours and much laughter, we knew we had found an officiant who could make our dream ceremony a reality. Absolutely incredible!

Cynthia is by far the most amazing officiant & made our wedding day extra special with her customization & expertise! Our entire ceremony focused on our story & love for one another including personalized vows.. it could not have been more magical. Everyone could not stop talking about how “whimsical” her voice was & how heartfelt her delivery was. She was by far one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. Cynthia is super responsive, professional, funny, lighthearted, & smart. We were a postponed wedding in 2020 & she made the experience way less stressful. Dream Wedding Ceremony!

While choosing an officiant for our wedding, as soon as we spoke with Cynthia, we knew we had to have her! Our ceremony was SO amazing, perfect, more than anything we could have dreamed of. We wanted it to be all about our love story, and she nailed it. Our guests RAVED about her and the ceremony all night! They all said how unique and special it was. More than you could wish for!

So for me the ceremony was a big part of my wedding. I always hear how half the time people don’t even know what was said at the ceremony or pay attention because it’s always the same droning things. One of the hardest parts of planning was picking the officiant. To me, how are you supposed to pick somebody online and that you’ve never met but yet you want somebody that’s going to click with your personalities? When I came to Cynthia‘s page I instantly got that feeling without even talking to her that she would give us something different that I was looking for. And I was right, our first meeting was a Skype chat just to say hi and get to know one another. We ended up talking for three hours. It felt like she was part of my family already and I knew that this was the right person to marry us. One of the most important things she offers is that she will listen to you. She will listen and make sure to give you what exactly you want. Everything I asked her whether it be opinion or something I was certain on she provided. I love her method for helping us with our vows, she made sure that we were equally balanced and not one person out shining the other. She is there for you the entire way so if one of you is not as good at writing as the other or being romantic she’s there to help you through everything. We would chat and go through the entire step-by-step process of the ceremony and every time we did I would get goosebumps by the end of it. The day of the wedding I couldn’t help but feel like I was in a fairytale. The way she speaks and provides information to the guests it was perfect. It was romantic but yet had some funny moments that made it all feel real. She offers so much more than you even thought you were looking for. I am truly grateful I found her because she gave us the perfect ceremony. Not only did I feel this but my guests did as well, because afterwords almost every single person came up to me telling me how much they loved the ceremony and how different it was. Thank

We cannot express how happy we were with the ceremony, and every day building up to it. You were the very first Officiant we spoke with and that’s all it to. What was supposed to be an hour get to know each other meeting turned into a few hours and it seemed like you have already known us for years and we’re just catching up. Best Ceremony Ever!!

"Best Ceremony Ever" - This was heard over and over again at our reception and for weeks after. I didn't think that hiring the perfect officiant at my wedding was something that would be important, but after attending a few weddings together, hubby to be and I realized that we wanted something different from the typical officiant. We wanted our guests to feel all of the emotions that we had shared with each other over the past 4 years - all bundled up in a 15 minute package. We wanted everyone laughing through tears and butterflies and joy, makeup smeared on faces while cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling. After meeting with Cynthia, we realized she was the perfect candidate for the job. She is enthusiastic, and creative and most important; genuine. Cynthia took the time to get to know us and our relationship so that she could create the perfect story to share with our guests. We had complete control over the script and Cynthia made as many edits as needed until everything was exactly how we wanted. Our ceremony was like a mini-play that shared exactly why we were gathered there that day.
People couldn't wait to tell us how amazed they were by our ceremony and vows.
Do your guests a favor and don't leave them snoozing during the most important part of your day. Hire Cynthia, she is worth every penny, and then some!

Theres no better choice

Hands down, best investment, best person, best company. Cynthia has a talent that isn’t easily explainable without sounding too good to be true. She truly is an expert at her craft and has the most story book voice along with the best methods of pulling out YOUR completely customized BEST vows. The highlight of the whole night. So many tears from everyone, let her do the music..trust me! She’ll plan everything out perfectly. Oh and no passing a clunky mic around! We were individually mic’d and the whole crowd could hear every word. I could keep going but you get the point! Don’t settle for bland and boring officiants on your special day, we didn’t and it was the best decision we made! (Aside from choosing eachother ;) )

Do yourself a favor and Hire Rev. Cynthia as your PROffciant

Hiring Rev. Cynthia has to be the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Her services were as good as advertised and she delivered everything we expected and MORE! For our destination wedding we knew that hiring an officiant would be one of the greatest challenges we faced. How can you be sure that a person you likely won't meet in person until the day of is as good as advertised. If you read no further just know Rev. Cynthia was everything advertised and more!

My wife initiated our search for an officiant and came back with a list of one vendor. Ceremonies With Cynthia was her only choice. I took a look discussed with her what our budget was and said there was no way we could go with Cynthia but perhaps we could go with one of her other PROfficiants. From our first conversation it was clear that Cynthia offered a level of professionalism, experience, humor, wit and skill that could not be matched. I am embarrassed to say that I insisted that we try to shop around and the vendors that I found didn't even come close. Cynthia gave us an initial consultation in which she took notes on literally every detail of what we knew up to that point about our wedding. She asked what our stated goals were for the atmosphere we wanted to create, how we wanted to feel and what we wanted our guests to experience. She answered every question we had thoroughly and even made suggestions for other aspects of the wedding that we were still trying to make decisions for. We spoke for well over 1 hour via google hangout so that we could all get a read on each others personalities. At the end of the call we let her know what our budget was and she suggested we work with one of her PROfficiants. She assured us that although she wouldn't be with us the day of she would help us craft our vows until we were 100% satisfied with them. She helped coordinate our second consultation with the PROfficiant she would contract for our wedding.

That call went very well.They we just as professional and courteous as Rev. Cynthia but admittedly newer to the scene. By this time we had seen enough out of Rev. Cynthia that we had faith enough to secure our date with a deposit. From that point on she gave us all the resources we needed to write our vows and plan our ceremony. Unfortunately, the young man that was booked for our wedding had a conflict come up for our date but we did not panic for a second. Rev. Cynthia reached out and gave a honest and transparent explanation of what occurred and explained that she would be his replacement for the day at our contracted rate. This was a significant difference in pay and I believe the contract states that she would do her best to find an alternative but Rev. Cynthia is a woman who cares about her word and a true professional through and through. She made it clear that she stood by her work and that the best way forward was for her to assume all responsibilities for our day. Looking back on our wedding day I honestly could not imagine anyone else officiating our wedding!

She amended our ceremony to fit our needs; places to highlight deceased loved one, scripture, introductions of honored guests and jumping the broom. I'll take some time here to say that Rev. Cynthia is well versed a wide array of cultural customs and competent enough to know how much space to take up in culturally specific customs. For us that meant her helping to craft the language for our jumping the broom and helping to identify the right family members to preside over this portion of the ceremony. Every aspect was thoughtfully crafted but our vows were the best part!

If you or your partner are concerned about writing thoughtful, original and inspired vows this is the vendor you need! She worked with us tirelessly to perfect our vows. We received more compliments on this aspect of our wedding than anything else. I'm not one to fall back on using gender stereotypes but fellas do yourself a favor and cough up the extra dough and save yourself a headache. Rev. Cynthia will lightly prod you to get your vows done all while holding your hand. Ladies, rest assured that you will be blown away by what your man says to you.

Now, to wrap up a very long review, I'll say that day of Rev. Cynthia went above and beyond. She brought energy, humor, wit and levity to our event at all the right moments. She was onsite early and helped put us all at ease. She worked with all our other vendors, the DJ, photographer and wedding planner to make sure they were all on the same page. She delivered the ceremony of our dreams! During cocktail hour ahead of our photos my wife spilled sauce on her beautiful wedding gown. Rev. Cynthia sprang into action with a tide wipe and erased the stain! She goes above and beyond at every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with the services we received.

Amazing isn’t a strong enough word!

Last year Cynthia was amazing. From the beginning to the ceremony she catered and guided us on our wonderful journey. She kept in throughout the process, sought feedback from us, and wrote is the most wonderful and unique ceremony, and made the ceremony the most magical experience in the world. Phenomenal services from start to finish!

I am not one to write reviews but this is beyond deserved. From start to finish Cynthia made us feel like family. She takes the time to meet with you one on one and really get to know you as a person. Our guests are still raving about how amazing and unique our ceremony was. Everyone was in tears and laughing which really represented what I wanted in a ceremony. The week leading up to the wedding Cynthia was right by our side helping us every step along the way. She also was able to give me honest recommendations about other vendors which also ended up being AMAZING! The best part about everything is that Cynthia comes hours before the ceremony to help with last minute needs. She talks to your whole bridal party as well as family to help them nail the ceremony. She helps take care of everything included the marriage license! She also was able to incorporate two religions into once ceremony which was ideal for us. I felt all of our guests were engaged during our ceremony which is not typical. I wish I could give her 10 stars for the amazing memories she created for us! Easy going, authentic, and unique!

We knew we didn't want a cookie cutter ceremony. Thanks to Cynthia it was genuine and represented our journey. We got lots of laughs, but I was surprised to hear it was so moving that some of our guests cried lol. As a bride who was doing all the planning myself, it was helpful that she included DJ services as an option and even advised on the perfect song with timing for the big kiss. She has an extensive questionnaire. Trust me, it's worth it. I didn't understand it at the time, but every question has a purpose and by the end of it all, we practically wrote our own ceremony and vows, but Cynthia was the mastermind to weave it all together.

Cynthia is not your conventional officiant. She puts alot of research, energy, and time into the ceremony beyond the script, from thoughtful mic'ing to positions and placement at the altar. For example, when threatened by looming rain, she was prepared ahead of time with a shorter version of the ceremony that still hit our key points. So my only advice is to make sure everyone involved with the ceremony including planners have her contact info ahead of time and can be on the same page on the proceedings.

Best Day Ever

Cynthia married us and it was by far the most amazing ceremony anyone had ever heard! Everyone is still talking about how unique and heartfelt it was ❤️ She told our love story so that all our families and friends could laugh, cry and relive the greatest moments of our relationship. What can we say about Reverend Cynthia Capaccio that hasn’t already been said?

Her warmth, her heart, her loyalty, her HUMOR, her pure essence - it all embodies the work that she brings to your wedding.

My husband (ahhh, he’s now my husband) and I had the absolutely honor of having Reverend Cynthia Capaccio Officiate our wedding.

She doesn’t just grab a hold of the guests and tells their truths, she poetically finds every piece of your relationship - the good, the bad; the heart.

We knew we’d be in good hands but we didn’t know the emotions we’d feel. I’m usually the one in the relationship that is known for being dead inside. But. I cried. I laughed. sermon. I listened. You can’t help but hear every single word, acknowledging every aspect that she brings to life in telling YOUR story

She didn’t just capture my story. She didn’t just capture his story. She captured OUR story.

But Reverend Cynthia Capaccio is more than just your officiant. In many ways she serves as a wedding planner for your ceremony. She was there to remind us of many points that we would never have thought of - from when to take our family portraits (“the sun will be down after the ceremony - do it before”) to what songs worked for the walk down the aisle, giving us the largest impact of response from our guests.

A ceremony is a performance in many way and she helped us design the set, direct the actors (Wedding Party, etc) and musically direct our DJ.

There was not ONE person out of our 86 guests who didn’t tell us that this was the BEST ceremony they had ever been to. EVER. And I believe it. Cause I felt it.

Reverend Cynthia Capaccio made our day one that we won’t ever forget. And I will forever be grateful to the true star of our wedding.

My husband and I both agree that our ceremony with Cynthia was the most favorite part of our wedding day! We often look back at the ceremony script and vows she created/edited for us and every sentence still tugs at our hearts and brings tears to our eyes. She is such a kind, genuine and passionate person and all of that translates to the end-products she creates. To say we “clicked” from the first FaceTime call would be an understatement. She is such an incredible listener and picks up on all the nuances and little things and incorporates that into her work. I don’t know how else to say it other than she just gets it! I can’t even begin to count how many compliments we have received on how original, touching, engaging and perfect the ceremony was! There was literally not a single dry eye in the crowd, including my father-in-law who has only been seen crying twice in his 68 years of life! We’re so grateful I stumbled upon her when looking through the hundreds of other options and it was definitely the best decision we made. I have no doubt that she can turn any love story into a ceremony that is pure magic! It’s impossible to go wrong with her. We feel like we gained a friend for life and we’re all the way in Texas!❤️

We did not want a boring, cookie-cutter ceremony so finding Cynthia was such a blessing. Our ceremony was so beautiful! It was engaging, personailized, and romantic. Cynthia is FANTASTIC. She was the first officiant that my then fiancé and I met with and we knew then that we needed to have her do the ceremony. We clicked with her right away and loved everything that she was about. We loved that our ceremony was hand crafted using our love story. Every time she would send us a piece to review, I would cry because it was so beautiful. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. All right so to start this off I don’t normally EVER write reviews.
I had a short time with Cynthia because I waited to the absolute last couple weeks to hire somebody to marry us. So I looked her up online we had a consultation over the phone and I immediately fell in love with her, no questions asked I didn’t even want to tell my future husband but she was already hired. Upon the phone interview, we had lunch together and still after the lunch I was in love with her and her professionalism. We completely clicked. she met all of my needs and I felt like we were on the same page and she would deliver exactly what I wanted for my special day. She is a very caring person with a loud personality that is just beautiful all the way around. If you want to have a very special unique wedding that is catered to your needs and wants only, you need to hire this chick because she’s absolutely amazing. She help me with ideas that I didn’t even know at the time I needed help with. She treats her clients with the upmost respect and delivered it exactly how she promised. I put off finding an officiant for a very long time, went through the church and they require ridiculous amounts of counselling and with planning a wedding and us been together for about 8 years prior to deciding to get married this was ridiculous. So I searched and searched and prayed that the right person for our very special event would come along, I wanted someone who would not only entertain my guest but make them feel happy with tears of joy and full the room with love and all that represented my husband and I. I also wanted someone to have the necessary equipment sp that my guests wpuld feel like they were not missing a thing even from in back of the room. Well, I found her through Google and fell in Love! I know this seems crazy but she didn't look like the typical boring old guy or woman standing with us, and for thatbinwas greatful. She is beautiful, spunky, full of love and laughter, very intelligent, patient, will go the extra mile, and has the voice of an Angel! We did a video chat with her to meet her and I felt like we had known her forever and just had not seen each other in years. She was amazing. She was helping me get ready, helping my husband and my boys get ready for the ceremony. She had just what I needed, extra hair spray, extra bobby pins, and all that I needed to help me get through all the nervousness of our wedding. Simply amazing. During the ceremony she was prepared with cutely folded tissues which were much needed. She delivered an amazing story of my husband and I. Everything was smooth sailing. Small details were rehersed so that we wouldn't make any mistakes. It seems so easy but it's like a play, you need to be prepared and have everyone in the party aware and on board prior to the ceremony. She did Everything! I recommend her for anyone who wants to have an amazing ceremony to last in your memory for a lifetime! We love you Cynthia. I will come looking for you when my boys are ready to get married!

We were referred to Cynthia by a friend, who raved about her! Upon meeting Cynthia, we knew she was the one! My husband is Jewish and I am Catholic but neither of us are religious, we just wanted a ceremony that was truly about us. She stayed in contact with us always, helped/pretty much wrote our vows for us, reached out to all of our vendors, etc. On the day of, she ran back and forth to make sure our ceremony site and reception site were all ready to go and looking perfect. Our ceremony was pure perfection! She has a calming yet energetic way of officiating but
to call her an “officiant” doesn’t do her justice, she is so much more! Definitely recommend 1000 times over!

My husband (Joseph) & I just got married on October 7 and from the start Cynthia was incredible. She was one of the most responsive vendors I had. Anything Joe & I needed was done within a day. The ceremony was incredible. Grown men were crying! They had no shame about it either. We were told our ceremony renewed love back into our guests relationships. Joe & I have an incredible relationship but it wouldnt have come to life with out Cynthia. I am so thankful for her & I would highly recommend her as an officiant for a wedding. There are very few details of a wedding that can compare to the memory of the ceremony. Retaining Cynthia to produce our ceremony was one of the most critical and validated expenses we incurred. I never though in a million years a ceremony could be so touching!!! Cynthia had our guests in tears of joy during the ceremony!!! Where do I start? Cynthia is such an amazing person. I happened to come across her instagram one day so I started following her knowing I needed an Officiant for our wedding. So I looked her up and scrolled through her instagram and I knew we were going to love her. So I contacted her and we set up a Skype meeting. I never even thought of wanting to look for anyone else to marry us. By the morning we were already signing the contract. Cynthia makes sure your cermony is everything you dreamed of. Where do I even begin!? Cynthia was one of the B.E.S.T. decisions we ever made for our special day! We fell in love with her the moment we met with her at Starbucks almost a year before our wedding! We immediately connected and knew she would be the only person who could tell our love story in a magical way!! The ceremony script writing process is incredible, she makes you think about every little aspect of your relationship and she makes you realize how really really in love you are with the person you are about to marry!

If 10 stars were available I would have given that as my review. Cynthia just did our daughter's wedding on 10/23/2016. She was simply BRILLIANT!! She immediately put everyone at ease with her calm and almost "lullaby" sounding voice. She told the love story of the couple, she spoke of the loss of my father/grandfather in a respectful and meaningful way, and added humor at every appropriate moment. My daughter and son in law were nervous when they began their vows, but Cynthia took the time to stop, give them a moment, reassure them, and then they were able to deliver their vows beautifully. She takes control of the ceremony without being controlling or intrusive. The service was an absolute highlight of the wedding. Our guests could not stop commenting to us about how absolutely beautiful it was. I know that Cynthia has performed hundreds of services, but she made us feel like she was a lifelong friend that was doing this just for us. She spoke in intimate detail of the couple, their love, their loss, their cherished dog Bentley, and their love for their family. She is an inspiration in her field, and a true artist. When our friends and family ask, "What was your favourite part of your wedding day?" my husband and I reply, "Our ceremony, hands down!!!". Cynthia created such a beautiful and unique ceremony for us from our own words using her skills to weave together an epic story. There wasn't a dry eye at the ceremony and even our nearest and dearest learned more about us that day.

Our first meeting on Skype was 90 minutes and we both knew she would be be amazing as our officiant. We had the sense that she really cared and wanted to truly get to know us to make an impactful event. Cynthia helped coordinate from a distance as we had a destination wedding. It was super helpful and she referred us to some awesome vendors as well.

Cynthia helped design an original, intimate ceremony and was open to our non-traditional ideas. She also shared some great ideas from her experience to help set the tone we wanted. We couldn't have done this without her. She was very respectful of our wishes and had great communication with us throughout the process. Cynthia provided us with every resource we needed for our part in the ceremony development, including some encouragement to open up ??

On the wedding day, she was there early to get set up and organized. She helped keep us comfortable and at ease. She had extra support staff on hand and great equipment for clear audio. Cynthia delivered a dialogue on our wedding day that exceeded our expectations and it was perfect. We truly felt the magic that this rite of passage has to offer as we became husband and wife because of her expertise and charisma.

If ever there was someone passionately pursuing what she was born to do, it's Cynthia. Her spirit, sense of humor, creativity and high energy created an unforgettable atmosphere that we and our guests will remember for a lifetime.

Cynthia is the most. The mostest!

I'd long felt the ceremony was the part the guests sat through bored dying for it to end so they could eat. I never expected I'd receive SO MANY compliments on our ceremony.

The vows she wrote were very personal and like she had known us our whole lives. Her voice is very soothing and musical. It's not just that she did a wonderful job with our vows, but she goes above and beyond to make the bride and groom feel at ease, no matter what their comfort level (or complete lack thereof) with speaking in front of people.

She is true joy to be around and I cannot recommend her enough.

My wife found Cynthia through her website and once we met her, we knew she was the one for us. She was always helpful, attentive and very into details. We live in the United Kingdom and planned our elopement on South Beach, Miami. We were recommended Cynthia by our British travel counsellor, Lorraine Beeby and were introduced to Cynthia via Skype. Instantly there was a rapport, a connection and both myself and Ian knew that we wanted Cynthia to be our celebrant. She is a truly warm, caring, genuine individual and exudes passion, fun and love . We felt so lucky to have met her. Cynthia wrote our ceremony which was simply exquisite. She invests a huge amount of effort and time to find out as much as possible about myself and Ian. In doing so she created our bespoke vows that truly touched our hearts and made our day so amazingly special and memorable. Cynthia is an incredible officiant. Her energy, attention to detail, captivating and engaging tone, and her level of personal service went so far above and beyond our expectations, it left us speechless. The ceremony was the highlight of our wedding, and our guests still come back to us and mention that it was the most memorable and unique service they have ever attended. From bringing her own professional grade sound system, to arriving early to put all the pieces in place, to her color coded bride and groom scripts, everything about Cynthia was meticulous and flawless.

Cynthia spends a great deal of time getting to know her clients and their preferences. This ultimately translates to a ceremony that perfectly represents your dream experience. There is not one thing we would have changed in working with Cynthia. The process was thorough, seamless, and a great deal of fun.

When dealing with all of the tasks and stresses that can come with a wedding, the last thing you want to worry about is whether or now your vows will be heard or whether your guests will lose interest. I could write a book about how much my husband and I LOVE Cynthia! I knew I wanted to work with her the second I spoke with her. We were so happy to find out she had our entire wedding weekend available! After we spoke with her for our initial call, we booked her immediately the next day. Cynthia takes so much time to get to know you as a couple, and wants to hear your entire story. Her initial consultation is like no other officiant consultation we've come across because she TRULY cares. You are not a number to her, and she is CURIOUS and GENUINELY excited to get to know YOU as a couple and as individuals.

Cynthia sent over a lengthy questionnaire that my husband and I filled out seperately. She then went to work on it & after 4 drafts, yes you read that correctly, 4 drafts, she sent us the MOST perfect ceremony script I have ever laid my eyes upon. I cried the moment I read it, and everytime after. Cynthia will work endlessly & tirelessly to ensure you are happy with every little detial. I truly feel blessed that we found her. It was very important that my husband and I felt our marriage was blessed by God, and that our guests got to know our love story, and she did it perfectly. There was not a dry eye during our ceremony. Friends and family members who simply do not cry at weddings, cried at ours. It is not your typical boring run of the mill wedding, as one cousin stated and then followed it up with, "I was shocked I paid attention the whole time!". She made sure it cinematically worked, and looked great! We also upgraded our package to have Cynthia join us for the rehearsal, and it was so worth it. We highly recommend! She tests the sound, and makes sure everything visually works, so you are not wasting time on the day of. She then makes you practice twice!! I also cried during the rehearsal beacuse I am a big baby, but it was all just working so great. I would chose to work with Cynthia again if I could. She gave us the wedding ceremony of our dreams!

I don't know where to begin! Amazingggg! Cynthia is truly a breath of fresh air. My husband and I met with Cynthia about a year before our wedding, usually love at first sight is with your significant other; well for us it was with Cynthia too! Against her suggestion for us to meet with other officiants and think about exactly what we wanted, we hired Cynthia on the spot! We weren't looking elsewhere, she was exactly who we wanted to share our day with. One who we knew would make our day a memorable one! And that, it definitely was! Her professionalism, character, charm, and humor don't even begin to describe the incredible person she is. Our ceremony was everything we ever wanted and more. Our family and friends are still raving about our wedding! Said "they had never witnessed such a beautiful ceremony"! She allowed my husband and I to really open up about who we truly were and what we really saw in one another, this is what came through most during our heartfelt vows that we exchanged. There is nothing worse than a drawn out, dry, typical wedding ceremony! My wife Kimberly and I met with Cynthia once and knew she would be the best fit for our special day! We clicked within the first few minutes of sitting with her. When my husband and I began planning our wedding, we knew that our officiant would be one of the most important choices we were going to make. We had been to quite a few weddings in the past that were long, drawn out and just plain boring! We were in the market for an officiant who would create a non-religious ceremony made just for us, and that is exactly what Cynthia did! When we first met Cynthia, I knew right away that she was "the one!" We didn't even need to talk it over, we just knew it was a match and that we were in good hands. Cynthia took the time to get to know us, and she really embodied our personalities in the ceremony. She is professional, organized, sweet, funny and caring... everything you could ask for in a vendor! She helped us pick out or processional and recessional songs, and even created a document for our DJ to follow along with in order to make sure that the music was timed perfectly. Cynthia was one of my favorite vendors to work with. We had met with a few officiants before her, but didn't really "click" with any of them. My husband and I knew within minutes of meeting her that she was perfect for us. She is friendly, professional, and talented. She has a great energy about her. She helped us through the entire process and created a one of a kind ceremony for us. The ceremony ended up being our favorite part of the night - we felt like we were in a movie! She helped us with the vows, the music, everything. We got more compliments about her than any other vendor. She even had my tough Boston cousins crying!

Cynthia was referred to us by an acquaintance and we are so grateful and glad that we used her services. She was absolutely amazing from the first consultation all the way through to the rehearsal and completion of the ceremony. Her upbeat, positive and caring attitude made the entire process enjoyable but relaxing at the same time. We felt so comfortable that she had everything under control that we didn't really worry about anything. Cynthia was extremely instrumental in helping us with our vows including the "numerous" changes that we wanted to make, even right up to a couple of days before our ceremony. Literally everyone that came to our wedding shared with us afterwards that it was the most amazing wedding ceremony that they have ever attended. When I began planning my wedding, I wasn't sure where to begin with searching for a complete stranger who would be able to speak about my husband & I and about our relationship as if they've known us for years. After reaching out to a few people that I found online, we stumbled upon Cynthia.

In the two hours we spent with Cynthia during our first meeting, she went from being a potential vendor to a close friend who genuinely cared about us. We knew instantly that she was the officiant for us and were ready to book her on the spot.

Through a questionnaire that she made my husband & I both fill out separately, Cynthia drafted a ceremony and vows for us both. She used our own words but pieced them together to create something magical. We would suggest changes and she would revise until we were 100% happy. Throughout the ENTIRE process, Cynthia was quick to respond, helpful, and provided many great suggestions and tips without being pushy or overbearing. She works through every aspect of the ceremony with you (down to the music!) to make sure it reflects the type of couple you are and the type of atmosphere you want to have on your wedding day.

During the rehearsal, we ran through the ceremony as many times as needed to make sure everyone knew their cue. On the day of the wedding, Cynthia arrived early and was there to make sure everything was in its place. I did not have to spend a second worrying myself.

To say she was worth every penny is an understatement. The ceremony was BEAUTIFUL, touching and truly captured the love that my husband & I have for each other. There was not a dry eye in the audience. EVERY SINGLE guest made it a point to find us after the ceremony to tell us how it was THE BEST wedding ceremony they have ever witnessed. The personalized ceremony and the straight-from-the-heart vows definitely made it one of a kind.

Cynthia was so much more than just an officiant. I would recommend her over and over again. Thank you, Cynthia!

Of all of the vendors we worked with for our wedding, Cynthia was by far the BEST! We had to save extra money to have Cynthia as our officiant, but let me tell you she is worth EVERY penny. She goes out of her way for you, helps you have a truly unique and custom ceremony, and she replies SO quickly. Her bubbly personality is infectious! She is just a doll. Joe and I absolutely loved Cynthia and would hire her over and over again. All of the guests from our wedding were talking about how beautiful and different our ceremony was. Basically, it was everything we ever dreamed of!

When we were looking at officiants to officiate our wedding we came across a beautiful website of a young lady and our first impression gave us chills as we saw a video of an emotional wedding celebrated with so much love . We became intrigued by cynthia's proffesionalism and many achivements we send her a message instantly. Her response was quick and by the next week we were talking discussing our relationship with her. Im not going to lie it felt a little weird talking about our private lives to a person we just met but quickly we realized the way cynthia expressed herself and talked to us inspired us trust and love . We told her how we met and how we felt in love and all she will say was "awww" . It was an amazing interview , and it felt like i was talking to a friend. She was so warm and perfectly proffessional with her words , we felt in love with her and all she was planning for our wedding. When it was time to say the price we were automatically sad. We were planning a very small wedding and we couldnt afford her but we told her we will think about it. A week later i received a message from cynthia saying she needed a response because she had another possible wedding for the same day. I fell down the chair and started crying as miguel my husband was telling me we could not do it. I remember it was 12am at night and we started talking to see how we could be able to do it . The real deal is we wanted her to preform our wedding and no one else . And so i responded cynthia with so much hapiness that we will give her the deposit . I was soo happy because i knew with her help i could get the wedding of my dreams. During the whole planning cynthia was by my side like a friend , sister . I miss her now , she became like family guidding us every step. Omgshhhh on the wedding day she was amazingggg couldnt stop thinking about the way she said all our story was so warm and with so much love. Cynthia was the officiant for my wife and I's wedding on September 5th, 2015. For any readers, please note, there is no exaggeration in what I write. She was AMAZING! It would not have been such a perfect day if it was not for her. We looked into several different officiants, and could not be more over joyed with our decision to go with Cynthia!

Our wedding consisted of around 130 guests, and More than half the attendees made it a point to come up to us, and tell us just how amazing our officiant Cynthia was. Her voice was literally compared to a "Disney Princess" by some of our guests!

Cynthia is one of the nicest and friendliest people we have ever worked with! She continuously cared for our concerns and our feelings, constantly trying to better our special day.

She made the day fun, and romantic, and much more meaningful than we could have dreamed of! She customized our ceremony from start to finish, and integrated real life stories about my wife and I to connect our guests better with our love story.

Cynthia also helped us write/organize our vows for each other, and we are STILL receiving endless compliments!

I had hardly been to any wedding before my own, so I really had no idea what I was looking for in an officiant, but I knew for certain I had found it when I met Cynthia! Cynthia created a completely personalized ceremony that really told our story. And she helps you write your own vows too! There were no dry eyes during our ceremony! We received so many compliments on our ceremony. Before meeting Cynthia and my own wedding, when I thought about wedding ceremonies I thought they just needed to have the essentials to get the job done. I am so happy though that I met Cynthia and learned how beautiful a wedding ceremony could be.

And even more than the delivery of an absolutely amazing ceremony, Cynthia is so helpful with the wedding process as a whole. She recommended other vendors, music, (Oh, and Cynthia can work music into your ceremony as if you were in a movie!), and is just there for you! Which for me, as someone with not a lot of wedding experience and someone brand new to the area, this was really important. Cynthia is someone you feel connected to the moment you meet her. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm are so radiant and contagious. All of my bridesmaids were saying even before the ceremony started, but just by meeting Cynthia before, how they wanted her to marry them too, even if they were still single and from out of state!

Oh, and if you’re on the fence about doing your own vows—do it! Speaking as a bride, I can’t express how beautiful and touching it was to hear my then-fiancé read his vows to me. They were so genuine and from the heart, and I know he would not have had the courage to have done that without Cynthia’s help. In his words, “No I wouldn’t have, there’s no way!” without Cynthia. When you're looking for an officiant, you might be thinking anyone can be ordained online or you can use a notary or justice of the peace to save money, but trust me! Our wedding ceremony was the most magical moment of my life so far.

Hiring Cynthia as our officiant was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the very first time we spoke, we connected. Cynthia is one of the greatest people we have ever met and is even greater as an officiant. She was so attentive and responsive (always answered emails within the hour!) and really made us feel special. Our ceremony was one-of-a-kind and super personal, which was exactly what we wanted. Everyone who met her raved about how much they loved her. We had a beach wedding and Cynthia was kind enough to chase off men in speedos to help ensure that we had the most perfect wedding ever. We had issues with speakers because the hotel would not allow electricity on the beach. Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure we had the right speakers and everyone could hear her gorgeous words. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone wanting a sweet, personal, and BEAUTIFUL ceremony. Please give Cynthia a call, I promise you won't be sorry! She is truly gifted!

We cannot say enough of wonderful things about Cynthia! We immediately felt at ease with her. Her warmth and happiness was abundantly obvious in every interaction we had. I cannot imagine anyone else working as hard as she did to ensure that we had the perfect ceremony. She had us fill out questionnaires about ourselves and our relationship. Our answers helped her create our ceremony, and the result was fabulous, but I think the process was even more important. It gave both of us an opportunity to sit down and focus on our relationship, which is surprisingly difficult in the middle of wedding planning if you don’t force yourselves to do it. It gave us the time to appreciate why we were making the commitment we decided to make, consider what, exactly, we were promising, and why we had chosen one another as our other half. Cynthia helped us keep everything in perspective and focus more on our relationship than on the random events that grate on people’s nerves before and during a wedding. On our actual wedding day, Cynthia was there early to calm our nerves and ensure our happiness. The ceremony was perfectly us – Cynthia opened with quotes from our favorite movies and books and tailored the ceremony so that it had the balanced vibe of humor and sentimentality that we wanted. In addition to the ceremony, Cynthia’s assistance with writing the vows was priceless. She drafted vows for us from the questionnaire answers, and we tweaked them to match our exact desires. All of our guests raved about the ceremony and vows at the reception, and over a month after our wedding, they are still raving about them. Cynthia worked wonderfully with all of our vendors, and even already knew the people at our venue. We don’t just recommend Cynthia to our friends; we tell them they have to meet her. If you can sit with her for five minutes and not feel the energy, love, and passion she brings to her craft, then you should have yourself checked for a pulse.

The first time we met Cynthia, we were absolutely in love. Her energy and spirit made us feel so comfortable, like she had known us forever. She was extremely organized and knew exactly how to break down the ceremony process with lots of custom options. For me in particular, this was my saving grace. I had no idea how to plan a ceremony, let alone one I wouldn't be bored with. She has a wonderful way about finding out what you'd like, and putting it together beautifully. I had known we'd made the right choice, but when I read the first draft of the ceremony she'd written us, I did cry a little, and that just solidified our choice. We got married almost 2 months ago, and I still have family and friends telling it was the best ceremony they've experienced and asking how I found our officiant. Lots of research on the Internet, interviewing a few people and lots of luck that she was available the day we were getting married :-) She is fun, extremely professional, has a great sense of humor, and very graceful and eloquent while performing the ceremony. I could probably go on and on about her, but bottom line: if you are looking for a personal, beautiful ceremony, of any kind, do yourself a huge favor and hire Cynthia Capaccio!

Beyond five stars!! We can't even explain how happy we were with Cynthia!! We wanted a non-traditional ceremony and thought that it would be hard to find someone who would truly understand our vision. The minute we met Cynthia we knew she would be the one to help us create our unique ceremony. Tim and I immediately took to her and we spoke to each other like we have been friends for years! Cynthia is by far a master of her craft. She was very accommodating and patient. She truly made us feel special. So easy to work with and just a great person. We felt as if we had known her for years!! I am so happy she married us. EVERYONE was so impressed with the ceremony. Not a dry eye in the house and a few laughs too! Our ceremony was tailored to us and I assure you it was like no other wedding ceremony any of our guests have ever attended. I even had future brides approach me for her contact information. Out of all the planning you will do for your wedding, it seems the reception always gets the most attention. Not with Cynthia. Cynthia was AMAZING. She was so incredibly fun and easy to work with. It was incredible for us to be able to talk to someone we had just met and already we felt so comfortable. She really took the time to get to know us and she ensured that everything we wanted was taken care of. Cynthia wrote us such an amazingly fun and emotional ceremony. Cynthia was amazing in every way! We absolutely loved working with her. After our initial interview, we knew right away that we wanted her to be our officiant. While searching, we were nervous about finding the right officiant, since my husband and I are in an inter-faith relationship and have different perspectives on marriage. We wanted to be sure we were respectful of each other's wishes and still make the ceremony special for both of us. We received tons of compliments on our ceremony and vows from our guests. After our wedding, my husband and I asked each other what the best part of the wedding day was, and both of us agreed that it was our vows to one another. This was coming from a man who would have been more than happy to get married at City Hall! Cynthia took the comments from our interview and questionnaires and somehow put them together into the most beautiful ceremony that was a true representation of our love and relationship. Cynthia is professional and respectful. She responded to every email, text, and phone call immediately. On our wedding day, after driving over 3 hours, she arrived with plenty of time to prep; she takes her job very seriously. She has tons of experience, so she knows exactly what to do. She worked with the other vendors at our venue to make sure they were prepared for every part of the ceremony. Cynthia and I spoke a few days before our wedding, and she made a few suggestions about our timeline that made a HUGE difference. She is incredibly positive and passionate about her work. We are so glad we found Cynthia and would recommend her to anyone.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing, right from the very beginning. She was so personable and fun to work with. Cynthia did an outstanding job officiating my wedding ceremony and made the process of preparing for it a breeze! She acts as both an officiant and a wedding planner! As past-bride and current newlywed, I feel that I would be doing a grave dis-service to my fellow brides-to-be who have yet to get married if they read this review and did not hire Cynthia to be their officiant. Seriously, stop reading this and HIRE HER!

Words cannot express how much having Cynthia as a part of the wedding was invaluable to every part-- from the planning stages, to the month-before jitters and stress levels, to the most important part: the beautiful and touching ceremony. From the beginning to the end (and beyond!) it was clear that hiring Cynthia was the best thing we did for our wedding.

Through the entire process, Cynthia is there with you in communication and spirit, and you feel as though you are the only ceremony she is officiating for the rest of her life. She truly got to know my husband and I, to the point where the first time I read my first draft of my vows to my future husband, I sat there crying reading for the first time the words I've always wanted to say. She put it together so wonderfully!

Our best compliment, though, came from our caterer's servers for the wedding. Individually I was approached by complete strangers who told me that they have worked many, many weddings, and mine was the first that every made them cry. That, to me, is a reflection of how Cynthia can take something you share with your loved one and create an accessible and beautiful ceremony that everyone can enjoy.

If I've ever done anything for you, stranger reading my review, have it be this one thing. Interview Cynthia and let her officiate your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

From a man's (groom's) point of view the ceremony was never the most important part of a wedding day to me. I initially thought of this part to be the one i wanted to be kept very short and contractual. When my new wife showed me our options for an officiant i obviously steered towards the least expensive, no frills version. Then i was forced to take a look at Ceremonies with Cynthia, i said 'NO' without looking, my wife wasn't happy with my answer. Seeing her disappointment i went and did some investigating-the best thing i ever did!! The videos showing Cynthia's ceremonies and her countless exceptional reviews and comments made me reconsider and realise my wife was right, again! Wow!! we were so right. It was more than i could ever have envisaged or imagined, the beautiful videos, testimonials and reviews didn't even do Cynthia justice. She is simply the best, a master of her craft. I am not an emotional guy but i was, Cynthia made our ceremony the most intimate, special and unique experience for the two of us and our guests. Everybody loved it and commented endlessly afterwards, retelling their favourite memories from an amazing ceremony. I was also massively impressed with all the behind the scenes effort Cynthia made, she helped everything run as seamlessly as it did, eased mine and my brides nerves and concerns on the day day, going out of her way to organise the other vendors too. Where do i start. Our day was absolutely amazing and that is largely down to Cynthia and the ceremony and vows she helped us to create. Meeting her on skype i was apprehensive as im not the best at meeting new people but the moment i saw her welcoming face and we spoke and laughed the minutes flew by and we were on the phone longer than the appointment should have been, she never rushed us and genuinely wanted to hear every detail not just to do her job which she is unbelievable at but because she loves love, that much is evident. Cynthia was initially out of our officiant budget but she is worth every single penny and i quickly realised she is worth so much more than her bill. Keeping in touch with her was easy and informal just like i would text or email a friend. I never felt like i was bothering her with my questions or worries (stressy bride! haha). We HIGHLY recommend her and the first chance we get to use her again we will. Guests asked if we knew her because she delivered the ceremony with such love and conviction as if she cared for us. I believe she does care, she's not just our officiant she's our friend and we could never thank her enough for all she has done. We love you Cynthia!

Cynthia can't be beat! By far the best officiant I've seen hired for a wedding! She was so happy and energetic from the 1st day we met her till even afterwards keeping up with us (and our new growing family). When I say she knows her stuff, she really knows her stuff. Her personality made it so much more enjoyable. She helped with everything from start to finish and was VERY professional. She even coordinated with the other vendors at the wedding just to make sure it all went off without a hitch (and I can say not one thing went wrong on our wedding day). She even asked us to look around for other people before hiring her but we knew the second we met with her she was the one. I would recommend her to anyone!! Oh and let's not forget the paper work, she did all that too! We just got ours back in the mail. All we had to do was sign it on our wedding day. She really is the best out there! And all the guest at the wedding and people involved in the wedding party all agree as well.

Cynthia was phenomenal and made our wedding so special. Throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding, she was very responsive, helpful and was there anytime we had questions or needed guidance. Her personalized touch on planning our ceremony and her attention to detail was well worth it. In preparing the ceremony outline, she provided unlimited revisions and suggestions to help make it exactly what we wanted. Our ceremony was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. Many of our friends and family said it was the best officiant they have ever seen at a wedding and could not believe how personalized it was! I would definitely recommend Cynthia!

Cynthia was recommended to us, and from the very first contact with her we knew she was the officiant for us! We live overseas but were marrying in the US, so were slightly in the dark on the official US requirements, formats etc. We needn't have worried - Cynthia explained all of this all for us, even before we confirmed her services. Being overseas much of our contact was over the phone and email. Cynthia is so diligent in everything she does from her couples questionnaires, writing our ceremony, helping us with our vows to creating our beautifully personalised hand-cords.

Weddings can sometimes be stressful, but not with Cynthia - she made the whole experience joyful, fun and most of all, personal to us.

Unknown to us Cynthia took note of everything we said to her, which meant she had such a deep understanding of who we were as a couple, and the things that meant the most to us. She used this to craft a wonderfully intimate ceremony using our words and stories, and the result was incredible - the whole congregation were in tears.

I would highly recommend Cynthia for making our wedding experience one we will never forget. It was heart-felt, honest and emotional without being over the top. I can't wait to see our wedding video and photos to relive the experience over and over again.

Although we have not been married yet everything is set for Cynthia to marry us in 3 months and I could not be more excited! Initially me and my fiancé had a Skype consultation with Cynthia to discuss all the details about our wedding and to get a quote as we were on a budget. Right off the bat she was the sweetest most engaging person I had spoken too. She was a bit over budget for us but she told us to shop around and see what else was out there as she wanted us to be sure with our choice. After the experience that I had at a wedding a week after where I knew the price the bride had paid for their officiant I definitely realized you get what you pay for! The ceremony is the most important part of a wedding and I knew I wanted mine to be special and memorable. The following day I immediately contacted Cynthia in hopes that I wasn't to late. She was very helpful with setting up payments in order to break down the cost for us. It definitely is a stress reliever to know that I am in great hands. I can't wait to share this special moment with my fiancé!!!!!

Oh my where do I begin. From the moment we met Cynthia we knew she was different. Most people at weddings want the ceremony to be quick, (since they are boring) but our wedding ceremony was something the guests raved about! She spent so much time with us, made the ceremony so engaging that people laughed and cried, and at the end, everyone was cheering! I lost my father when I was younger and she did the most beautiful dedication to him and his presence was felt amongst everyone. She is worth every penny and if I had to get married again I wouldn't hesistate without a doubt to have her marry us all over again. The ceremony is the most important part of a wedding, it is why everyone is there and without Cynthia our wedding day just wouldn't have been the same. I am OCD and searched high and low for the best officiant and she is by far the BEST!!!!

Cynthia... was... in one word - AMAZING!!!!
From the moment we first met, my bride and I knew she would be the woman who would marry us. She was awesome. She sat and talked with us for over a hour about what we wanted and the feeling we wanted to portray at our wedding. And not only did she talk with us, she REALLY REALLY listened. She gave us a very insightful questionnaire, that was not just the standard, everyday Q&A but, questions that really made us think. Questions with actual depth and meaning. She then took our answers, and created a beautiful ceremony customized just for us. She gave us complete creative control to make as many changes as we wanted as often as we wanted. However, we didn't change anything, she took our words and conversations and turned then into poetry that told a story of our lives and love. Our family and friends are still talking about the ceremony now a month later. The very best part of our experience with Cynthia, was not making the decision to have her officiate our wedding, not even the words she wrote for us... it was something we didn't even realize until after everything was done. Not only did we have the a ceremony that we felt was personal and meaningful, meant just for us...
Cynthia touched our lives, and gave us the best wedding gift ever - her friendship.

It's very rare in life to find a stranger that just completely understands you, and I am not talking about my wife although she is one of those rare individuals. The one I am talking about is this lovely woman Cynthia, our wedding officiant and now friend. Weddings can be stressful and my wife and I were blessed to have the complete opposite of stress for our wedding planning. Cynthia is a large part of that stress relief. She really cared about every aspect of our wedding, not just her part. She took the time to get to know us as individuals, not just as a couple, bringing the best out of both of us. The greatest gift was after our ceremony walking around saying hello to all our guests and hearing how everyone loved the ceremony and how Cynthia did such a wonderful job. We met with Cynthia one year before our wedding and refused to meet with any other officiant after we met her. We connected right away and fell in love with her honest and funny personality. It was like she was a long lost friend. We booked her as soon as we got home. Cynthia is not the kind of officiant who you won't hear from until a week before the wedding. She is there for support and love every step of the way. She genuinely cares and wants to get to know her couples. Over the year of wedding planning she was there for us via text, email, phone call, Skype, or meeting in person. Because she got to know us so well she wrote the most beautiful ceremony we and our guests have ever been a part of. Every guest had her full attention and the ceremony was genuinely about us. Cynthia runs the entire rehearsal until it is perfect and you are comfortable for the wedding day. She will help you with music, timing, and anything else you can think of. The day of the wedding she arrived earlier than most vendors to make sure that everything was perfect for us. She worked with our ceremony musicians to make sure it was flawless. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Cynthia helped express every emotion that we felt for each other into beautiful words. It has been a month since our wedding; people still compliment Cynthia and tell us how special our ceremony was. We recommend Cynthia for every couple who wants a ceremony that is truly about them, their love for each other, their journey, and their future. She loves love!!

After all the hassle of looking for an officiant for our wedding I came across Ceremonies with Cynthia. Words cannot describe how amazing this woman is to work with. When we met for the first time we instantly clicked and I knew she would make our ceremony one that would never be forgotten. I still have friends and family talking about our ceremony five weeks later. She was there for every late night call, text and email in an instant: always with words of encouragement and reassurance. As cliche as it sounds, I knew my husband was the one for me the first time I met him. The same is true when it came to finding our officiant. We knew right away that Cynthia was the one to help us make our special day perfect! She was exuberant and excited from the very beginning. She really listened to us and took all of the important pieces of our love story into consideration. Cynthia is the perfect amount of professional and organized. Guests of our wedding commented on how the ceremony felt very real and not stuffy. It had humor, emotion, tears - exactly what we wanted. Our guests were intrigued, paid attention and had a great time during the ceremony (when most guests do not!). Cynthia was very laid back and easy to work with which helped keep us relaxed.

Cynthia was an amazing person to work with while planning our wedding. During an obviously stressful time planning the wedding, she was upbeat and responsive and made the entire process wonderful. She is so much fun to work with, but is also extremely professional and reliable. We searched for officiants and wanted someone who was modern (not stuffy) and could customize our ceremony to fit us, and to avoid the cookie cutter ceremonies we had seen so many times. She accomplished this and more! She was able to mesh both our Judaic traditions and Christian traditions seamlessly and both our families absolutely LOVED her. We hope for children soon and we will call on Cynthia to handle any religious events that come along with that joy.

Cynthia made our Ceremony everything we could have dreamed of and more. She worked very closely with us to develop the ceremony that we wanted with multiple rewrites of vows and the ceremony. Everything was printed out and organized very well for a smooth ceremony and our hand fasting cords that she made from scratch for us are absolutely beautiful. We got many compliments on how personal and "us" this ceremony was, we are truly pleased.
