Originally for my wedding I was contracted with a different coordinator, due to unforeseen circumstances in her life, my original coordinator had to transfer my services to Caitlyn a few months before my wedding, which was definitely nerve wracking being I hadn’t heard of Celebration Event Planning before and was now entrusting them with one of the biggest days of my life….I could not have been left in BETTER hands! Caitlyn quickly made sure had all the details for my big day down in notes, we zoom called, she did weekly check ins month of, I was sent a detailed questionnaire, and she even went and bought a outfit to match my color pallet for the wedding which was so cute and felt above and beyond!! She made all of this happen while she was getting married as well!! She got back from her honeymoon the DAY BEFORE my wedding yet she never skipped a beat on fast replies, checking in, and really memorizing all the little details. I absolutely could not recommend a better coordinator for your wedding day to any prospective brides looking!!
