The most all inclusive venue you will find!

We could not say enough great things about our venue. We booked pre pandemic and were fortunate enough to not have to move.

The best part was having the lodging on site for our guests. Most of our guest we hadn’t seen in months so having the opportunity to stay with them for more than one night was amazing. We had stellar service from the bar and wait staff and had no issues when it came to the day of our wedding! We were even able to have our dogs with us all weekend!

An All Inclusive Wedding in Missouri!

You know the bride and groom are supposed to have a great day - but you know it is a good wedding when ALL of the GUESTS also comment that they loved the venue!

Our goal was to make our wedding feel like a destination wedding in the sense that all our friends and family would come stay and hang out with us throughout the entire weekend. We started our day on Friday at noon when we were allowed in early to decorate the reception hall- definitally a stress reducer for the weekend. On Friday night we rented out the cariage hall and had a welcome party. It poured rain but everyone loved hanging out and getting some socializing / hellos/ introductions in before the big day!

A good portion of the guests were able to stay on site which meant even more socializing as everyone had breakfast in the morning. As the girls got ready- the groomsmen had organized a morning golf tournoment that many of the guests participated in (or a morning fishing trip to the lake for a few!).

The best part of the venue is that everything is so close together. It is like reserving a hotel but you can be outside in nature in a matter of steps. The cocktail hour to venue transition was easy and there were always golf carts to move anyone around that needed assistance.

The bridal party + parents stayed in the Manor house and used it as a getting ready suite which worked out great! We were able to do our first looks right outside which was a gorgeous backdrop for the morning. The groomsmen stayed in the Little Lodge with the grooms parents in a Gatehouse. This was a great way for everyone to be together and I heard quite a few late night poker games and after-after parties were heald all around the venue!

The staff at Cedar Creek made for a wonderful weekend as well! There was always someone at the font desk or at the venue if we had questions. We got multiple complements from guests who said any question that they had was quickly resolved. Lindsey and Skylar did a great job during the planning process as well answering any questions we had for planning. We had around 140 people at the reception and no one ever said there was too long a wait at the bar either! The food was absolutely delicious - how the chef can cook all those steaks at a perfect medium rare we will never know! The buiscuits and gravy cassarole for breakfast was a huge hit - plus our special request of a breckfast pizza made the night! (and made a lot of people want some!)

Clean up was also a huge plus- the staff took all our decorations off of the tables and stacked it up so all we had to do was load up in the morning. This was a huge stress releaver so we had one last task while prepping to leave!

Overall we had the most wonderful weekend at Cedar Creek - I cannot recommend the venue, their staff, and all that they offer enough! I will forever be directing people their way!

Amazing!!!!!

Skylar, Lindsey, Chef Todd, and the whole staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The venue is gorgeous and they were very flexible in the outside vendors we could bring in. 100/10 would recommend. If you stay at the hotel be sure to get the breakfast in the morning!

Great Venue!

I recently helped coordinate a wedding at Cedar Creek and, couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were very helpful and kind. There are great amenities on-site, including lodging. The western town was such a fun and, unique place for both, the cocktail hour and after party with a bonfire. The couple was very happy!

Words cannot adequately express how much we loved having our wedding at Cedar Creek, but I'll try. The coordinators, Krissy and Jennifer, were fantastic to work with and totally would have gone to the moon and back for us. I did my own flowers and Jennifer stood in the kitchen and helped the groom and I dethorn 125 roses 2 days before the wedding. Setup, the rehearsal dinner and the big day all went perfectly and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Most of our guests stayed at the site, as well, as having everyone able to stay up late celebrating and still safely make it to bed was important to us. Over a month later, family and friends are still gushing over how fun the wedding weekend was, and how beautiful the setting was. We'll definitely come back for anniversaries and beer fests!

We had our reception in The Barn at Cedar Creek. It was amazing! The space held our 300 guests. B/c we so many people we had to rearrange tables and chairs when the it was time to open the dance floor, but this could be avoided if we had less people. They gave us the option to use a caterer or Cedar Creek for food. We used Cedar Creek and it was delicious. The BEST was we had the option to secure the whole property (200 acres) and some of the other buildings/facilities, not just use of The Barn, for an additional cost. They have lodging for ~100 or so, and we were able to negotiate a cost for all the rooms so that a good number of our guests could stay and celebrate with us all night long! They staff was helpful, cherry, and they allowed us to customize our event so that it was perfect for us. They accommodated unique requests. Our band sounded amazing in the space - initially we were concerned about the echo, but a 9 piece band fit and sounded great. Although we only had the reception here (wedding was closer to the city) the property was amazing and if we didn't opt for a church wedding would have loved to have the ceremony outside near the lake. They seem to be able to accommodate a wide budget range - we could have booked only The Barn but loved all the ammenities so much we wanted our guests to enjoy the whole property and have the whole thing to ourselves. Our guests were able to enjoy "cocktail hour" in the Western Town before heading to The Barn for dinner and dancing. Everyone was talking about how great the place was. We had an amazing time, it was everything we wanted.

The perfect picturesque venue for our rustic Fall wedding! The staff at Cedar Creek went above and beyond. They were always quick to respond and very accommodating. For example, I ended up with fewer guests than expected (around 90) and they were more than willing to throw in upgrades so I can make up the difference. We did upgrade the bar package to include local alcohols such as Pickney Bend spirits, Robler Hill wines, and Second Shift Brewery beers. The food--oh man, it was SO good, I made darn sure I had time to eat (lots of people told me that the couple doesn't get time to eat--nope, not here). The rolling hills in the background as we said our vows, the patio lit up at nights with bright stars in the sky, the warm fire pit around which we smoked s'mores (while still being able to hear the band inside), the AMAZING modern barn where we settled in for the evening--everything was perfect! All our guests who wanted to stay overnight were able to do so. Some even stayed the weekend to enjoy all the other things Cedar Creek and the town of New Haven has to offer. Price wise, this was much cheaper than some of the options I looked at in St. Louis. It was about a one hour drive for most of our guests, which is not terrible at all. Most of the drive is through beautiful country roads anyway. I can't recommend Cedar Creek enough. We'll definitely be back to celebrate our one year anniversary next year.

We LOVED having our wedding at Cedar Creek! We chose the barn location, which is perfect for anyone because you can make this space what you want it to be. They are very supportive of having you decorate how you'd like, and let us come multiple times before the wedding to set up. The barn is very charming with the light wood, there is lots of light, and the deck with fire pit is an added bonus. Our contact at the venue (Krissy) was extremely helpful--- always answered emails and phone calls, was very accommodating, and got to know us on a personal level. The prices are reasonable, food great, and we loved that coming to Cedar Creek was such an experience for our guests. The area of the venue is beautiful, and we loved that we got to spend the night on the property the night of the wedding, and they let us stay the next day as long as we liked to.
