Tammy and Jerry are the most wonderful people! I really enjoyed working with them and their company. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I would recommend to anyone in need of a wedding caterer. Tammy went above and beyond for me ( a stressed out bride) I will forever be grateful for this company as they helped my day go just as imagined!

Where to even begin. GMC catering was very professional, polite and responsive. They showed up on time, and due to rain on our day, they were flexible with dinner start time. We originally wanted 5:45-6, but they were able to kick things into gear and get everything ready by 5:20-5:30! They cleaned up all the guests plates, silverware and napkins left on the table. They cleaned up and cleared out very quickly! Guests absolutely loved the brisket and smoked chicken. We didnt have any leftovers! Highly recommend

Catering by GMC catered my wedding last month and they did a great job. We had pulled pork, brisket, and chicken along with several sides. The pulled pork was my favorite. The workers were very friendly. I was in contact with Jerry a lot before the wedding and he was very helpful and answered my long list of questions patiently. We did a buffet and had quite a few guests. Originally I was told it would take about 45 minutes to get everyone through the line. It ended up talking a little over an hour, so I was a little disappointed in that, but part of that was due to my guests chatting in the line. If we did it again I would probably opt for plated. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Catering by GMC to anyone looking for great food for an event! Their food was very reasonably priced and I loved how each main dish and side dish we wanted was priced seperately, so we got exactly what we wanted on each plate. We catered food for 100 people and there was enough food for whoever wanted seconds and leftovers after that with the option to pick it up after the wedding. The owners are wonderful. Very responsive, flexible, and willing to work with you. We did a tasting and got to try the exact food we had at our wedding, which was wonderful!! I would highly recommend Catering by GMC!!

The food tasting was so yummy! We were hooked instantly. The meat was so moist and seasoned we didn’t even need sauces! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Your staff was amazing! They were so friendly, very personable and so kind! They helped clear tables, brought out food to me when they saw I had hardly touched my food (too busy greeting people) and they brought me a hot plate of side dishes so I could eat quickly and continue talking to guests. I was so thankful they were there to cut the cake too! We didn’t bring any utensils but they told us not to worry about it and they’d take care of it! We received so many compliments about the food! The food was perfect, the service was outstanding; everything went wonderfully! We highly recommend GMC Catering!!!
