Tammy and Jerry are the most wonderful people! I really enjoyed working with them and their company. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I would recommend to anyone in need of a wedding caterer. Tammy went above and beyond for me ( a stressed out bride) I will forever be grateful for this company as they helped my day go just as imagined! -

Where to even begin. GMC catering was very professional, polite and responsive. They showed up on time, and due to rain on our day, they were flexible with dinner start time. We originally wanted 5:45-6, but they were able to kick things into gear and get everything ready by 5:20-5:30! They cleaned up all the guests plates, silverware and napkins left on the table. They cleaned up and cleared out very quickly! Guests absolutely loved the brisket and smoked chicken. We didnt have any leftovers! Highly recommend -

Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable! The food and service were top notch! Jerry was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us every step of the way. The food tasting was so yummy! We were hooked instantly. The meat was so moist and seasoned we didn’t even need sauces! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Your staff was amazing! They were so friendly, very personable and so kind! They helped clear tables, brought out food to me when they saw I had hardly touched my food (too busy greeting people) and they brought me a hot plate of side dishes so I could eat quickly and continue talking to guests. I was so thankful they were there to cut the cake too! We didn’t bring any utensils but they told us not to worry about it and they’d take care of it! We received so many compliments about the food! The food was perfect, the service was outstanding; everything went wonderfully! We highly recommend GMC Catering!!! -

Beth Sent on 12/13/2011Simply the best food!!!! We had smoked turkey and beef brisket. And I can't say enough about the baked potatoes. Everyone is still raving about the food. The staff is wonderful and they went above and beyond to make sure that our day went off without a hitch! -

Marisa Sent on 01/17/2011Tammy and Jerry from GMC were amazing and so was their food! I spoke to Tammy several times before our wedding and she did a great job helping us find options within our budget. At first I was afraid of the term "BBQ", as I imagined red sticky sauce and red and white checkered tablecloths. This image could be no further from the truth!
We were able to come in before the event to "sample" the food. It was quite a sample! We were given full portions of everything we were thinking about ordering and boxes of food to-go. We ended up going with BBQ Chicken and Carved Top Sirloin and of course plenty of side dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Tammy even offered to cut and serve our cake from another vendor at no charge. Tammy and Jerry went above and beyond our expectations!!! -

Catering by GMC was extremely helpful in the menu choosing process. They allowed for any variation and choices we wanted. We also had many Spanish speakers at our wedding so we were able to book a Spanish speaking employee from GMC for our event. The only problem was that when the day of our wedding came, they forgot the chicken which was one of two main courses. Once realizing, they had the chicken brought over within the hour and it all tasted great.
