  Incredible food and service!

  Where to even begin. GMC catering was very professional, polite and responsive. They showed up on time, and due to rain on our day, they were flexible with dinner start time. We originally wanted 5:45-6, but they were able to kick things into gear and get everything ready by 5:20-5:30! They cleaned up all the guests plates, silverware and napkins left on the table. They cleaned up and cleared out very quickly! Guests absolutely loved the brisket and smoked chicken. We didnt have any leftovers! Highly recommend

  Very Satisfied!

  Jerry and Tammy were super attentive and were only concerned with serving us and guaranteeing satisfaction! Very personable and friendly. They even set up a fun taste testing appointment where they answered questions and came up with budgeting solutions. Thanks Catering by GMC!

  Catering By GMC made my wedding day run so smooth. They gave exceptional care with fantastic food. They went above and beyond at our wedding, from setting up tables and tearing them down to cleaning tables! Would highly recommend them!

  Absolutely the best

  Jerry is so personable, quick to respond and just made the entire catering planning so easy! We went for a tasting which was amazing and the food the day of was top notch! Service was great and would highly recommend and use them again if needed!

  Delicious Food and Friendly People

  Catering by GMC catered my wedding last month and they did a great job. We had pulled pork, brisket, and chicken along with several sides. The pulled pork was my favorite. The workers were very friendly. I was in contact with Jerry a lot before the wedding and he was very helpful and answered my long list of questions patiently. We did a buffet and had quite a few guests. Originally I was told it would take about 45 minutes to get everyone through the line. It ended up talking a little over an hour, so I was a little disappointed in that, but part of that was due to my guests chatting in the line. If we did it again I would probably opt for plated. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.

  Great food and service!

  I would highly recommend Catering by GMC to anyone looking for great food for an event! Their food was very reasonably priced and I loved how each main dish and side dish we wanted was priced seperately, so we got exactly what we wanted on each plate. We catered food for 100 people and there was enough food for whoever wanted seconds and leftovers after that with the option to pick it up after the wedding. The owners are wonderful. Very responsive, flexible, and willing to work with you. We did a tasting and got to try the exact food we had at our wedding, which was wonderful!! I would highly recommend Catering by GMC!!

  Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable! The food and service were top notch! Jerry was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us every step of the way. The food tasting was so yummy! We were hooked instantly. The meat was so moist and seasoned we didn’t even need sauces! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Your staff was amazing! They were so friendly, very personable and so kind! They helped clear tables, brought out food to me when they saw I had hardly touched my food (too busy greeting people) and they brought me a hot plate of side dishes so I could eat quickly and continue talking to guests. I was so thankful they were there to cut the cake too! We didn’t bring any utensils but they told us not to worry about it and they’d take care of it! We received so many compliments about the food! The food was perfect, the service was outstanding; everything went wonderfully! We highly recommend GMC Catering!!!

  I loved everything about our caterers we were so blessed to have them at our wedding food was so delicious and there professionalism and there timely manner!   They catered my daughters wedding and people are still talking about the food. Their wait staff was so friendly and helpful. They cleaned up everything and left nothing at the venue. They even took our left overs back and kept them for us to pick up the next week. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Best food I have tasted!!!

  Best catering service around! Food is amazing. All my guests just loved the food. Jerry was so awesome. Their bartender had car trouble so he stayed to bartend. Then we closed the wedding down earlier then we thought and he stayed to help clean up! I forgot something the day off and he had the supplies! Just an amazing company with real home grown kind of people.

  Everything was just perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and so many guests raved how good it was. Also, guests commented how nice your staff was and what a great job they did. They really worked their butts off!
  
  I loved the fruit kabobs and the display with the pineapple was so awesome. The sirloin was tender and juicy. The display of the food on the buffet was arranged nicely and looked beautiful. The staff did a fantastic job making sure our food was readily available. I would hire GMC for my next event for sure!

  Tammy and the GMC staff were AMAZING. They were wonderful while they were attending to your wedding guests and they made the dinner at our run very smoothly. Our guests RAVED about our food, especially the beef brisket. They thought that the food was awesome, and some of my guests are very picky when it comes to wedding food. Tammy was wonderful to speak with throughout the planning process and I would recommend her, and GMC, to everyone!

  The food was amazing. Tammy was super friendly and prompt in returning emails. They have a large variety of food to choose from. The only set back was that our baked potatoes weren't precut, so guests had to do it themselves to put toppings on, which slowed down the line.

  I had a destination wedding in northern Michigan (which all the food was provided by family) but I made sure to order the Beef Brisket! I had tasted it twice at bridal shows in Kalamazoo and I couldn't get enough of it! The staff was always helpful and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs any catering! My only wish is that they would open a restaurant so I can get it all the time!!! YUM!

  This place is PERFECT. The food was the talk of our wedding. Tammy and Jerry are perfect people to work with. The are super flexible and willing to change things as needed. Very professional. I can't say it enough the food is incredible. They also take the leftover back with them and you can pick them up the next day. Don't pass them up you'll regret it if you do!

I was thrilled with and highly recommend catering by GMC.

  Simply the best food!!!! We had smoked turkey and beef brisket. And I can't say enough about the baked potatoes. Everyone is still raving about the food. The staff is wonderful and they went above and beyond to make sure that our day went off without a hitch!

  I do not have the words to express how good a job the Galesburg Meat Company did. We got lots of compliments on our food. Plus we had a lot left over for the next night and even more to freeze!!! Thanks a ton!!!!

  The beef brisket was amazing. GMC brought the food in pefect timing and it arrived nice and hot. They are very helpful with any questions that you may have. I highly recommend them.

  Catering by GMC has catered many events at Riverside Receptions Etc in Centreville, MI. We as owners of a reception hall, who see many caters, highly recommend Jerry and Tammy.
