Our wedding catering was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly executed. The team was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Guests are still raving about the food! We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding day unforgettable. VESH came as part of a package with my venue (Cross Creek), and fortunately they were VERY good. They made tasting a breeze, and when I had a few oddball special guest needs, they made accommodating very easy. Like, way easier than I could have imagined. The food was pretty darn good!

We catered Vesh for our wedding at The Barn at Crescent Lake on 3.14.2024 and was highly impressed! Everything was so delicious, fresh and hot. One of the top comments we got throughout the night was how delicious the food was. Everything was top notch, and I would highly recommend Vesh!

Where do we begin. Everything was AMAZING! Not only were both me and my husband so impressed with all of the food, but ALL of of guests have raved about it! VESH accommodated a few guests that had dietary restrictions with no hesitancy at all which was so appreciated by those guests. The staff was incredibly friendly and everyone was eating in a timely fashion which was so important to us as well. Everything we chose for our menu options for cocktail hour and dinner were delicious! I am a very picky person and was always worried about disappointing wedding food. We have been to several weddings where the food was not good, and everyone talked about it, but not in a good way. We don't have anything negative to say because everything was truly amazing. Thank you so much Catered by Vesh for making our wedding dreams come true with the best food and service. We will 💯 recommend Vesh to anyone looking for catering services! Thank you again!

The food was absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating and let me have a second tasting when I was second guessing my choices. I couldn't have been any happier with Vesh catering my wedding.

We were in a panic when the caterer we had chosen for our wedding was no longer an option of preferred vendors from our all inclusive package. It ended up being the biggest blessing in disguise. Vesh set us up with a tasting 90 days prior, customized our offerings to accommodate our vegetarian guests and our children’s palates. Multiple guests commented that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. And I agree. By the time we got to actually eat on our big day our food was cold, which is a casualty of war when chasing sunset shots, but even then the prime rib carving station delivered the biggest bang for our buck. It was moist and incredibly flavorful. The chicken Marsala was a tad chewy, but likely a result of the fact it had sat at our table for almost an hour. Still great flavor. And they accommodated our kids with chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese which went off beautifully. They were great to work with, super responsive and I’d highly recommend.

There are not enough stars to give this company. When my (now) husband and I were searching for a caterer, we were looking for someone who was affordable, offered high quality food and provided superb service. Vesh Catering had all of this and so much more. My husband and I got married in Sarasota, so during the initial search for a caterer, we looked locally as we thought that would be the best way to save costs. We could not find a single caterer local to Sarasota that would include steak for less than a fortune. Upon going "back to the drawing board" many times, I recalled using Vesh for many company events when I worked in Tampa a few years ago. On a whim, I reached out to them to inquire if they cater weddings. Upon Alex and I reaching out to them and doing a tasting, we both immediately knew they were the one we wanted to cater our special day. Their food is incredible - so much so, many of our guests let us know it was "the best wedding food they've ever had" and asked for their business card to use them for future events. Now 2 weeks after our wedding, I am still receiving comments from people about how amazing the food was and wanting their contact information. Not only was the food phenomenal, Vesh's staff is professional, courteous, efficient and overall a joy to have at your event. We also used them for alcohol that included top-shelf liquor/an open bar as well as two signature cocktails that were delicious! Patty, Mark and team - you all were great and we will be using you to cater all future events! Thank you for making our day so special.

**As my mom, sister and I had to get away from guests for them to bustle my dress, one of Vesh's team members, Maria, had hors d'oeuvres plated for us ready to eat ahead of the reception since we missed cocktail hour due to taking family photos. Maria appeared out of nowhere and at the perfect time - it was as if you snapped your fingers or she just read your mind! Maria and another team member also made sure to find Alex and I (as we were getting pulled in a million directions) to ask what we wanted for dinner as they would plate and serve us during dinner. Their whole team was incredibly attentive to each and every guest throughout the evening and it was noticed by many.

Vesh help make our wedding awesome ! Our guest said how yummy the food was and complemented the staff too. You will not go wrong with Vesh !!
