Having joined Cater To You in 2012 in the catering department, and working onsite at events, Giuliette Trentacosti subsequently became the company’s VP of Corporate Affairs. Her immediate concentration still falls to overseeing the catering and events team, with a growing focus on strategic planning, building and fortifying client relationships, and providing operational support.
Growing up in the CTY family, Giuliette has always had a passion for hospitality and appreciates the connection individuals share when savoring a good scratch-cooked meal. Some of her best memories involve sitting around the dinner table, spending time with family and friends.
When not at work, Giuliette loves to explore new restaurants with her husband Andrew,
and spend time with their dog Buddy.
Born and raised in New York, Michael’s passion for cooking developed during his childhood as he enjoyed fresh produce from the family garden, and from-scratch pasta dishes every Sunday with his mother. He began working in restaurants at the young age of 14. Michael attended the Institute of Culinary Education, and upon graduation continued honing his skills. He spent time at highly regarded catering companies such as Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs and Mary Giuliani Catering & Events where his culinary creations were enjoyed by high-end clients, celebrities and well-known brands.
He began working for Cater To You in 2012 as the sous chef at The Nightingale-Bamford School and then became Chef/Manager at the Abraham Joshua Heschel School. Today, Michael oversees all culinary projects from recipe development and implementation, to catering standards, and more.
Since working for Cater To You, Michael has been engaged in not only creating an excellent dining experience, but simultaneously supporting local agriculture. He believes that simple, honest food can be beautiful and delicious.
Madison has an eye for design and creativity. She received her Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management at James Madison University. As a requirement her senior year she was responsible for planning a themed dinner for 120 guests, from start to finish, including staffing and budgeting. This was her first foray into in-depth, detail-oriented event planning.
This “hands-on” experience only helped to reinforce Madison’s passion for hospitality and event planning, and solidified the path she wanted her career to take.
Madison joined Cater To You in 2019 after working as an Event Producer for an off-premise catering company in Manhattan. There she was quickly promoted and became involved in all aspects of event planning. Interacting with clients to make their vision become a reality is what Madison enjoys most about her profession.
