Amazing, COVID Safe Catering

Chef Lisselly and the Brase team were amazing partners for our wedding. They made our intimate, outdoor wedding feel special and luxurious.

During the planning process, Chef Lisselly was detail oriented, flexible, and personal – ensuring that our vision was realized. On the day of the wedding, the team was fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and safe. Brase had a safety and sanitation plan to address risk of exposure to COVID-19 so that our guests remained safe and felt comfortable during the reception.

And, to top it off, the food was incredible. We continue to receive compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food.

What a great delight!

It is wonderful to work with the folks from Brase catering + events! As an event coordinator, it is so important to work with trustworthy vendors and Brase surpasses my expectations every time. Their food and customer service is outstanding. They are my main-go to for all of my catering and provision needs.

Brase Added so much love and magic to our special day

My husband and I used Brase for our wedding and they were amazing! I've never been to a wedding where guests are actually raved this much about the food but that's what happened. Everything was so tasteful and Chef Lee and Ramona were so attentive and professional when creating the menu, both such joys to work with. Thank you Brase!
