We were thrilled that Carroll’s recently started carrying Gabriel & Co settings which was the main reason we went to visit. We knew exactly what we wanted - or so we thought. Tried on my top setting and there were a few details I would have changed. Suzanne shared that they have a great partnership with Gabriel and could accommodate any customization we wanted. My fiancé loved the service and professionalism we experienced with Suzanne and the free resizing that we ended up needing. Carroll’s is definitely going to be our primary jeweler!

I knew nothing about engagement rings before I walked into Carroll's Jewelers. When I walked out over an hour later I had every one of my many questions answered. I worked with Joel and was awesome. He knows almost everything about diamonds and rings and what he can't answer off the top of his head he'll research to get you a real answer. I told him my price range and we cycled through options until I found what I wanted. There was no pressure, and I always felt that he was trying to help me get the best value ring for my money. When my new bride-to-be shared that while the ring was beautiful, it was not what she wanted, Joel didn't flinch, exchanged the ring, then spent time with us while we designed a custom made ring that was truly one-of-a-kind. We couldn't be happier with the result and I won't buy jewelry from anyone else -- and we didn't! We also bought my wedding ring from Joel, and when my bride had a jewelry crisis the day before the wedding, she picked up the perfect earrings from Carroll's Jewelers to wear down the aisle.
