We were very happy with the wedding bands that Campbell & Company created for us. We shopped around at many of the jewelers on Jewelers Row and felt as though Rich and Ed were the best. They are easy to work with, trustworthy and provided a high quality product. I asked them to design a wedding band that would match the setting of my engagement ring and they matched it perfectly! They sent me a CAD rendering of the design before they actually made it and were very patient with me throughout the design process. They are always very helpful every time I have returned to the store to have my rings sized or cleaned. They are also pet friendly and their dog Cody is always in the store to greet you with his wagging tail!

Couldn't be happier with Campbell's Jewelers! We worked with Rich. He was great! We had a ring custom made and he was very patient throughout the process (I changed things a million times!) He stayed within our budget and gave us honest opinions. The ring is beautiful!! We couldn't be happier! We will definitely be going there for our wedding bands. I found Campbell & Co on Yelp while we were looking to have a wedding band made that would match my antique engagement ring. Wow, we were so impressed with Ed and Rich upon meeting them! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they offered good ideas without being pushy. We felt so comfortable with them and were confident that they would do a great job! We decided to trust them with both of our wedding bands within that first visit. The entire process was amazing and our rings are so beautiful! And the custom band matches my engagement ring perfectly! I can't thank them enough!!!

We have nothing but the best things to say about Campbell Jewelers and Rich Campbell. They did an amazing restoration of my wife's engagement ring - an antique heirloom from the early 1900s. They also made a custom wedding band that turned out beautifully. The whole process has been very nice working with them - great jewelers and more importantly great people.

We love, love, LOVE everything about Campbell & Company. From the warm welcome from Rich, Ed and Cody to the fact that they have the best quality and prices in Philly. Rich helped my new husband (!) get through his jitters and design the most perfect engagement that I have loved since the day I FINALLY got it. Now we've added both my band and my husband's band to the mix and love them just as much. Now I just need to convince him that I need another matching band for the other side of my ring....

My fiance took me to Campbell & Co after being disappointed by the service at some of the other jewelry stores in the area. We had done all of the research beforehand and knew that I wanted a modern ring with a small stone. All of the other stores tried to sell us something we did not want. When we walked into Campbell, Rich made us feel welcomed and treated us like adults. He listened to what we were looking for and made some suggestions but did not try to sell us something we wouldn't have been happy with. He made the entire process easy and fun. My ring came out exactly how I envisioned it would and is absolutely beautiful.

This father-son team is spectacular. Their jewelry is beautiful, and their service is amazing. They built my engagment ring, which my husband designed. And they supplied us our wedding bands which are just gorgeous. We love supporting small local business because the quality and customer service is usually unbeatable - Campbell's is no exception.

My family has worked with this company for decades. They did an amazing job with both of our rings and the engraving. They have helped us with anything we needed and usually made adjustments to my ring as we waited! They are a great company.

I visited literally every single jeweler in Philadelphia as well as King of Prussia and Cherry Hill. I encountered jewelers who were outright deceptive, others who preyed upon my lack of knowledge. I encountered jewelers who wouldn't sell me a mount unless I also bought one of their overpriced stones. I encountered "jewelers" who clearly had limited knowledge of jewelery.

Above all, over and over again, I encountered pushy pressure-filled sales tactics.

The Campbells were such a breath of fresh air. They are a father/son team who has decades of jewelry experience. They never made me feel uncomfortable, never pressured me into making a purchase then and there. When I returned to make the purchase, they remembered me. They always kept me updated about my order status. They refused to accept payment for shrinking our wedding rings, which wasn't a small job because of the nature of the rings. Most of all, since my ring was an unusual custom order, I had zero idea about prices, and my ignorance was obvious. The Campbells could have charged anything, and I would have paid it, not knowing better. Instead, they charged a completely fair price.

I can't say more positive things about the Campbells. They are trustworthy, responsible, and honest. You (and your fingers!) are in good hands with them.
