There are LOTS of barn venues to choose from today but we are THE BEST! At Carriage Trail, we designed the 56' x 88' pavilion barn so you have the ability to decorate the barn to make it more rustic or less rustic so it matches your style perfectly! Love wood accents, burlap and mason jars? Great! We have them and you can use them along with any other decorations from our 5 page list and add even more! Not your style? That's okay, too! We have white lanterns, glass, silver, gold and rose gold decorations. You can use all of yours, some of ours, or all of ours so that our venue fits your style! The post lanterns similar to carriage lanterns, chandeliers, and newer wood gives it a slightly different feel than the traditional rustic barn that everyone seems to have! (We even have one of those that you can use for background photos!) Add on the curtain lights and white sheers and you can't believe the beauty as the sun sets behind the barn and the lights begin to shine creating a magical environment for your special night. We designed the open pavilion barn to give you a 360 degree view of the peaceful countryside while allowing cool breezes to blow in. The special design keeps the worry about light rain showers and heavy storms to a minimum! Many people that come to our venue tells us that pictures don't do it justice! We even have a beautifully landscaped flower garden area in which to hold your ceremony if you want! Not a huge fan of flowers? Then we can set it up in our grassy meadow or beside the barn. Whatever your style, wherever you choose, we want you to have the day of your dreams!

Rental includes the bridal suite, grooms quarters, family waiting area, 2 golf carts with drivers, uniformed parking attendants, tables, chairs, beverage dispensers, arbor of your choice, decorations galore, gift carriage, bistro sweetheart table, cake table, the use of our firepit, wicker benches, cornhole, giant Jenga,and more! You even have the option of choosing to add linens. We allow the serving of beer, wine, and champagne with a licensed and insured bartender and a special events policy that covers alcohol. Not serving alcohol? We offer a discount for that! With all this you would think we would charge an outrageous rental fee, but many of our brides and some vendors have even commented they are shocked we don't charge more!
