Carpe Diem Weddings and Events was incredible to work with for our July wedding. Natalie was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind—she embraced our vision and helped bring it to life seamlessly. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and her attention to detail was unmatched. She guided us through every step so we always knew what to expect before, during, and after the wedding, which made the entire process stress-free.

On the wedding day, everything flowed flawlessly. Our guests continue to comment on how beautifully the day was coordinated—they’ve truly never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Natalie’s calm presence and expert coordination allowed us to relax and simply enjoy our day.

Even our families noticed and appreciated the care and professionalism Carpe Diem showed during teardown and cleanup. From start to finish, Natalie had every detail under control. While I’m thrilled to be married, I’m genuinely a little sad that I won’t be working with Natalie anymore—that’s how lasting an impression she leaves.

Natalie with Carpe Diem Weddings and Events was very helpful and organized from the first meeting with her, all the way through the end of our wedding and reception. We were able to communicate with her at any point and time leading up to the wedding and she was always resourceful when it came to advice for decor and wedding/reception ideas. The wedding day coordination and set up went very smooth and Natalie did not disappoint when we arrived to see the venue all set up the way we were wanting it. We highly recommend using Natalie and Carpe Diem for any wedding and event planning and coordination.

Natalie at Carpe Diem was there with me from the beginning. If I did ONE thing right planning my wedding, it was hiring Carpe Diem for my coordinator service. I am very type A, a planner, a control freak, so I thought- I’ll be fine without a coordinator. Let me tell you-I WAS NOT FINE WITHOUT A COORDINATOR ! Natalie not only made the day go by as smooth as butter, we had emails, chats over the phone, and meetings before my wedding. She was a huge part in my planning process and cared about every last detail. Her experience in the wedding industry, her contacts of vendors, and the knowledge she has was so beneficial and so incredible. On the day of, she helped me find table numbers when I lost mine, she made sure I was doing ok, filled with food and drinks, she fluffed my dress, she handled any family or guest drama I had. She so expertly and artistically made my vision come to life. She stayed and cleaned up and boxed up everything so my family could also have a great time. My day was so absolutely 100% perfect, and it would not have been as smooth if Natalie wasn’t there. Natalie was absolutely incredible to work with, and I would give her a trillion stars if I could.

Natalie was beyond kind and patient. She was so thorough with her notes and checklists to make sure we were getting everything we needed. She answered any questions or concerns immediately, and helped ease any anxiety that we may have had. We would definitely recommend her to any of our friends getting married in Oregon. She was absolutely amazing!

Natalie was so great to work with! The entire process leading up to our big day made things less stressful and not to mention the day of! If you are debating on having a coordinator, don’t wait and hire her! You will not regret it. The day of went so smooth because of her keeping things on our timeline and not to mention, all of the decor was set up so beautiful ❤️ We’re so thankful to have had her apart of our day!

Natalie was so great to work with! I was originally on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but I am so glad I did! Natalie made the entire planning process so much easier, and had so many great ideas when we got stuck with some of the decorating. Also, she has a lot of her own decor items that we were able to use without any extra charge, which saved us a bunch of money. She set everything up before the ceremony and reception (which looked BEAUTIFUL), and cleaned everything up at the end of the night. Such a great experience!

Natalie with Carpe Diem did such an incredible job making me feel supported, excited, confident and relaxed on the big day. She was extremely responsive with calls and emails and was flexible to meet at the venue despite my work schedule for our 1:1 appointments. She asked questions to really get a feel for our vision and what we wanted our wedding to look like and helped bring that vision to life. I would love to relive the day thanks to Natalie making it feel stress-free!

We purchased the bronze package through Natalie, and had our wedding at Postlewait's (her family's venue). She went above and beyond for us in every way. Her knowledge of the wedding world was so extensive - she already had worked with almost all of our vendors and gave us phenomenal recommendations for others. We felt like part of the family working with her and her sister Jacque. We had monthly check-ins and she was so helpful with her communication, which kept us on track in our wedding-planning process. She thought of details that we didn't even know to consider. We felt in every conversation like she was truly there to make our wedding day as special as it could be. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that!

We really appreciated and could not be more thankful everything that Carpe Diem did for us! We would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a coordinator. They are easy going, professional, help to create a memorable experience, and are creative to help bring ideas together. Again, we’re really thankful for choosing Carpe Diem and would recommend them to anyone.

Natalie is the best. She was so easy to work with and was always there whenever we had questions. She had great communication and definitely helped make wedding planning and the day of a lot less stressful. As a bride who wanted everything perfect and just so, Natalie made that happen for me. I was very worried leading up to our big day that I would be so stressed out with all the little details, thanks to Natalie I didn’t stress out once on our big day. She set every single thing up on our wedding day and cleaned everything up at the end of the night. Everything was PERFECT! My family and I could not have asked for someone better to help coordinate our big day and make everything run smoothly. 10/10 recommend!
