Carpe Diem Weddings and Events was incredible to work with for our July wedding. Natalie was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind—she embraced our vision and helped bring it to life seamlessly. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and her attention to detail was unmatched. She guided us through every step so we always knew what to expect before, during, and after the wedding, which made the entire process stress-free.
On the wedding day, everything flowed flawlessly. Our guests continue to comment on how beautifully the day was coordinated—they’ve truly never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Natalie’s calm presence and expert coordination allowed us to relax and simply enjoy our day.
Even our families noticed and appreciated the care and professionalism Carpe Diem showed during teardown and cleanup. From start to finish, Natalie had every detail under control. While I’m thrilled to be married, I’m genuinely a little sad that I won’t be working with Natalie anymore—that’s how lasting an impression she leaves.

We were able to communicate with her at any point and time leading up to the wedding and she was always resourceful when it came to advice for decor and wedding/reception ideas. The wedding day coordination and set up went very smooth and Natalie did not disappoint when we arrived to see the venue all set up the way we were wanting it. Natalie at Carpe Diem was there with me from the beginning. If I did ONE thing right planning my wedding, it was hiring Carpe Diem for my coordinator service. I am very type A, a planner, a control freak, so I thought- I’ll be fine without a coordinator. Let me tell you-I WAS NOT FINE WITHOUT A COORDINATOR ! Natalie not only made the day go by as smooth as butter, we had emails, chats over the phone, and meetings before my wedding. She was a huge part in my planning process and cared about every last detail. Her experience in the wedding industry, her contacts of vendors, and the knowledge she has was so beneficial and so incredible. On the day of, she helped me find table numbers when I lost mine, she made sure I was doing ok, filled with food and drinks, she fluffed my dress, she handled any family or guest drama I had. She so expertly and artistically made my vision come to life. She stayed and cleaned up and boxed up everything so my family could also have a great time. My day was so absolutely 100% perfect, and it would not have been as smooth if Natalie wasn’t there. Natalie was absolutely incredible to work with, and I would give her a trillion stars if I could.

Natalie was so great to work with! I was originally on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but I am so glad I did! Natalie made the entire planning process so much easier, and had so many great ideas when we got stuck with some of the decorating. Also, she has a lot of her own decor items that we were able to use without any extra charge, which saved us a bunch of money. She set everything up before the ceremony and reception (which looked BEAUTIFUL), and cleaned everything up at the end of the night. Such a great experience!

We purchased the bronze package through Natalie, and had our wedding at Postlewait's (her family's venue). She went above and beyond for us in every way. Her knowledge of the wedding world was so extensive - she already had worked with almost all of our vendors and gave us phenomenal recommendations for others. We felt like part of the family working with her and her sister Jacque. We had monthly check-ins and she was so helpful with her communication, which kept us on track in our wedding-planning process. She thought of details that we didn't even know to consider. We felt in every conversation like she was truly there to make our wedding day as special as it could be. Natalie is the best. She was so easy to work with and was always there whenever we had questions. She had great communication and definitely helped make wedding planning and the day of a lot less stressful. As a bride who wanted everything perfect and just so, Natalie made that happen for me. I was very worried leading up to our big day that I would be so stressed out with all the little details, thanks to Natalie I didn’t stress out once on our big day. Not only did we get an excellent coordinator, Natalie, who went so far beyond our expectations, we also got a great DJ! My wife and I have been to a couple of weddings where the DJs weren't all that awesome at letting folks know what was going on, so we were a little worried, but Dan sure delivered! I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie and Dan. Our wedding was originally supposed to be in March of 2020 but it got postponed to September 2021. Natalie is an amazing coordinator and was a dream to work with over 20+ months. She was so accommodating and kind with our postponements and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She has beautiful decorations and decorated the barn at Postelewait's so beautifully. She did so much work for setting up and keeping the day day running so smoothly, it went perfectly. Natalie is so talented at what she does and takes so much stress out of the planning and day of logistics. She was great at communicating with us and the vendors and always responded to my texts and emails very promptly. The photo booth was an absolute hit with our guests! We would highly recommend using Natalie for coordination, Dan for the DJ and using their photobooth. Our experience could not have been better and we are so thankful for all their help!

Carpe Diem provided DJ services and bartending at our wedding. I could not have been more pleased with either one of those services! All our guests enjoyed the bartending and the champagne was served to the tables in time for our toasts. I think the best part was Dan!! He is so kind and kept me informed throughout the night. He asked questions, even making sure that it was okay to play pop music that was requested by other guests. He found all the songs that were requested and played them at appropriate times. I would definitely hire Carpe Diem if I had another event. Your expectations will be blown away if you choose to hire them.

A Must Hire
I would highly recommend Natalie & Dan for any wedding. Natalie is an incredible wedding coordinator and helped us as we navigated a wedding during 2020. Natalie went above and beyond with her coordinating duties. She took any pressure off of us leading up to the wedding (she provided checklists and decor items), the rehearsal time, and day of the wedding. We had our wedding in 2020, which meant a lot of uncertainties, but Natalie stayed flexible and helpful along the way. I never had to worry about a thing. She spent the whole wedding day decorating for us exactly how I envisioned, and once wedding time came, she made sure we were following our rough timeline of the things we wanted done. She even stayed late for us. I can't imagine what the day would have looked like without her. I certainly can say that it would have been unorganized and stressful for both my fiancé and I, and our families too. Her incredible service enabled us all to enjoy our time together. They say it takes a village to pull off a smooth wedding, but in our case it was a village of one! This is one wedding service I would buy a hundred times over. Thank you Natalie!

We worked with her through the planning stages amidst the dreaded pandemic and she was incredibly understanding, flexible, and did all she could to help us figure out what would be the best option for us, in an impossible situation.

Natalie was AMAZING! She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She answered all of my questions and was always quick to respond. She did a phenomenal job the day of the wedding, even all our guests were commenting on how well organized and helpful she was throughout the wedding. We used their DJ services as well, and Dan was great!
They were completely accommodating of any last minute change or requests we had.
Natalie also had TONS of beautiful decor that we were able to use, and did a great job setting the space up. It looked even better than I imagined. She made sure everything was sent home in the cars that we designated. We ended up forgetting the flower girl's basket under a table, and made sure it got back to us afterwards!
I would definitely recommend working with Natalie to anyone who is planning their wedding!

Everything was perfect for my wedding day! Natalie took care of every detail on my wedding day. From our first meeting she was always checking in to see if she could be of any help. She then made sure all the details were on point the month of the wedding with the vendors , timeline and made a detailed layout of my vision. On the wedding day she was first to arrive and decorated everything just as we discussed. Every thing was perfect, everyone kept saying it was the smoothest wedding they have ever been too. Natalie also took care of things I did not think a Planner would, She kept our drink station full, replenished and put out our aps, even helped clear tables- basically picking up the slack that our caterer was not doing! Also, My maid of honor had her baby with her but forgot her diapers! Natalie had some on hand for her! We were all blown away. She was just amazing. We also got the photo booth and that was such a fun addition! Guests loved it, and it was 1/2 the price of all the quotes we got from the other photo booth companies! Thank you Natalie and team! She found vendors for me but also would reach out to them to fully coordinate. She takes her job to the next level of service. In previous experience (with a planner right before natalie) I was just sent some websites to do my own searching and reaching out. Flawless experience!
I could not recommend Carpe Diem more! With a few exchanged Pinterest pics and emails, we had a wedding day that was more incredible than we could have imagined.
Communication throughout the process was easy and responsive, and all the right questions were asked (some I would have never thought of) to make sure everything was seamlessly crossed off on our checklist, and we were stress-free leading into the day. Carpe Diem are true pros in the industry as well, so I not only appreciated being able to gain a ton of inspiration from past events (from decor to event flow), but also all of the great vendor recommendations or coordination (e.g. DJ, bar service/selection, etc.). Most of the vendors we reached out to separately also had already worked with them, so the familiarity made things super easy for setup, delivery, etc.
To add - I LOVED everything about the day-of coordination and was so impressed by the setup. Even in spaces where I forgot to mention how I wanted things laid out, things were done just right. We were also running pretty late for our arrival and somehow the run-of-show never went off track. From start to finish - this was an amazing experience and the ease of the process truly allowed us to enjoy every single part of the big day.

Daughter's Wedding
Natalie was the coordinator for my daughter's wedding at Postlewaits, Saturday, August 17, 2019. Everything was Perfect! I can't say enough about Natalie. She was awesome, great, professional and made sure everything was just what we wanted. I highly recommend her business and service.

Natalie and Dan are amazing! They do a great job of anticipating your needs even ones you didnt realize you needed! They are very easy to work with and are really fun, energetic, and professional. Outstanding service!!
I had the pleasure of having Natalie as my coordinator. Leading up to the wedding our meetings helped put me at ease and know what I needed to still get done. On the wedding day she was constantly checking in with people making sure I was happy. Her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and creativity was outstanding! She did an amazing job! The wedding ran SO much smoother than I could have hoped for. When anything went wrong, she was on top of it and making it work while also keeping me away from the problem. I know my dream wedding would not be possible without her and my DJ, Dan. Dan was an incredible DJ, he did a great job at feeling the crowd and getting people on the dance floor and staying there! We ended up having a blast at the end of the night dancing and singing our hearts out! These 2 were truly the best thing I spent my money on for our wedding! I cannot thank them enough!

I literally did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. We had so many compliments on how everything looked and Natalie was SO helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, answering any questions or concerns I had. Awesome experience
I had such a blast at my wedding, and all the credit goes to Natalie for making sure things ran smoothly and all I had to do was enjoy the day. She was awesome about how long it took me to get back to her about what I wanted the day to be like, and she made sure it happened. Dan totally knew exactly the kind of music I wanted, just by talking to me and giving him a few songs I liked. Loved all of it!

A Coordinator is a must!
Natalie was incredible. She was so responsive from day one and answered all questions that I threw her way. She was flexible with my work schedule when we needed to meet and all around helpful. Day of, she hit the ground running. I did my best to label all of my boxes, but honestly, with very little direction from me, my vision came to life through her ideas and I couldn't be happier with how everything looked. It's been a week since we got married, and when my husband and I look back, we wish we could have that day to do all over again, not to change anything but because it was so seamless, we had the best time. I couldn't recommend Natalie enough.

Natalie went above and beyond with her services. I wasn't sure if I needed a day of coordinator, but after meeting with Natalie I quickly knew I needed one and that she would be perfect! My whole wedding day I didn't have to worry about anything. Natalie did all of the set up and breakdown of decorations, made sure everything got home with us at the end of the day and helped with food. The amount of things that Natalie did for us at our wedding would have been a disaster without her help. If anyone is thinking they dont need a day of coordinator they haven't met Natalie yet! I completely recommend Natalie for anyone getting married! She saved the day!

My wedding at Postlewait’s was fantastic! The venue is beautiful. If you’re looking for an indoor barn or outside wedding, I would highly recommend this place. Jacqueline was great with getting the venue set up for us. Natalie and Dan were also fantastic with coordinating our wedding and being our DJ! 5 out 5 rating. No complaints.

The wedding was perfect thanks to a beautiful venue, and everyone at Postlewaits being flexible and listening to what we wanted for the evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Natalie!! From beginning to finish she was helpful, kind, professional and amazing to work with. She really knows what she is doing and truly cares about how your big day turns out. She recommended the caterer, cake place, and sign vendor we used! Plus the flowers! (thanks Jacque) she answered every question I had and continually helped with anything I needed. The day of was so stress free for me it was wonderful. She took care of everything and stayed on top of everything happening. I could go on and on about her services but if you are debating about a coordinator she is well worth it!!

Natalie was AMAZING! She handled all coordination with our other vendors as soon as we gave her their info. She was extremely helpful and relieved all our stress that came with wedding planning on top of our busy schedules. Our only regret was that we didn't hire her sooner in the process to help take some of the work off our hands.
Natalie took care of everything on our wedding day and made sure to have everything set up the way we had planned with her, and was the point of contact for all our vendors as well so we were able to just focus on getting ourselves and our wedding party ready. Throughout the evening, she continued to monitor and take care of things and coordinated cleaning up with her team, all while making sure we had wine in our hands! We ran into an issue with our DJ and Natalie was the first to take notice that something was wrong and she resolved it without much effort on our part.
Natalie is very friendly and personable, she is organized and quick to respond when we reached out to her during the planning process. We cannot recommend her enough!

Natalie coordinated my wedding day and it was a dream come true! She made everything effortless. Everything went so smooth and exactly how we wanted. She knew exactly what to do in times when I didn't, or didn't have the time to worry about it. She did whatever should could to make sure you didn't have anything to worry about! I would recommend Natalie without hesitation. She was a day planner for my daughter's wedding and she did everything she said she would and more. From our first meeting, until our wedding day, Natalie made it happen. We honestly could not have done it without her. Her endless support, ideas, and resources, made our day absolutely enjoyable and stress free. I have been apart of weddings who went without a coordinator and it was a much different experience. If you are looking for a stress free wedding planning experience, a beautiful day, someone to keep you on budget, who has the resources, and to set up and clean up for you, then this is the girl for you. Natalie did a beautiful job. It was so helpful having an extra eye on things. She kept the entire day running smoothly. I even got to eat and enjoy the day. She had things to borrow and helped make the day come to life. So lucky to work with her.

Natalie is absolutely AMAZING! I reccomend her to absolutely everyone I meet who is getting married. Before I hired Natalie, I thought I really had a good idea of all of the details of our day. After meeting with her, I realized how many details we forgot about or didn't have planned. She took care of everything on our day. I got to just be a bride and enjoy every minute of the day. There was not one vendor who asked me a question on my day. She is so creative! We got so many complements on how everything was set up and it was all Natalie! We are so thankful we hired her for our day!

Natalie was awesome she was so attentive to everything. She worked with my budget and helped me save a bunch with Last minute changes. She was awesome I can't even begin to go over all the extra things she did and how smooth it went with her. She decorated the day of exactly the way I had pictured it. She even brought the entire wedding party drink periodically throughout out the night couldn't have been happier. Very affordable too!!

Natalie with Carpe Diem weddings is amazing! I tend to be slightly anxious and I will say the day of I was completely calm knowing she was there to handle everything. Our DJ ended up not showing and she was able to call in a favor and had a back up DJ at the venue in an hour; everyone kept commenting on how smooth everything was. From helping me plan, organize vendors, answering questions, and giving us the perfect day she is your girl !

I was in a wedding that Natalie helped coordinate 3 years ago, when I got engaged I knew I wanted her help! I have been involved in many weddings and the two she helped with my friends and then my were without a doubt the most flawless smooth days. She knew all the questions to ask and how to create my vision. She is truly wonderful to work with. And her prices are 1/3 what other bigger companies charge.

I knew when I got engaged I was going to need to find a wedding coordinator. I was referred to Natalie/Carpe Diem and was very pleased! She is so sweet and was super helpful through the whole process. I definitely would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a compassionate and hard working planner.

NATALIE IS AMAZING!
I was super stressed out during the planning process. A friend of mine suggested getting a planner but I was a little skeptical. After meeting with Natalie all my concerns were relieved. She was very organized and contacted all of my venders and got everyone on the same page. She was the first at the venue and the last one to leave on the day of. I don't know how I would have done it without her. THANK YOU NATALIE JOHNSON!
