Delicious food!

Carl Anthony was a great choice for our wedding caterer! Nikola was wonderful to work with throughout our planning process! We had 5 stationed hors d’oeurves for cocktail hour, and a pizza truck & buffet for dinner. Everyone loved the food! It’s delicious! And the service was terrific too! We would definitely recommend Carl Anthony Catering! Thank you!

My dream food!

I'd always wanted a Lobster Bake/Clam Bake...and Carl Anthony's offered that and made every accommodation we needed. We offered guests a choice between Lobster/Steak for their main course and did a buffet style for the remaining items. They also did a coffee service. The steaks were huge, the lobsters were tasty. We also did the bar service through them and it was perfect. And affordable, considering the menu.

Carl Anthony's has catered many of our corporate events and they are amazing. We have very high end clients and they are always impressed with the food and the staff. Carl Anthony's is the best in the business and a must hire!!!

Carl Anthony's has catered a few events for me and they've always done a spectacular job! Better than I could've ever asked for!! If you haven't had them cater any of your events then you're missing out! The best of the best!

Everyone is still talking about how delicious all the food was! They transformed my venue to look exactly like I wanted.
I highly recommend the team at Carl Anthony's as they were all incredible to work with. We hosted multiple events over a few days- all facilitated by Carl Anthony's. I was completely at ease and able to enjoy every moment knowing Jet was on hand!

The Carl Anthony staff was awesome. Michele, who helped us plan our menu and coordinated many of our rentals was a pleasure to work with. She worked with us to put together the perfect menu to go with our theme and desired feel for our wedding day. On the day of, her and her staff worked seamlessly with my day-of coordinator and everything worked out great. We never did a tasting beforehand but the food was great and many of our friends complimented on how good everything was. Would definitely recommend them and would consider them for any catering needs in the future.
