We worked with Mike at Carey of Austin, and it was a great experience! We rented a limo and trolley car from them. Their service was great, and we really enjoyed working with Mike. He was flexible and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

I am very dissapointed with the services of this vendor. They are very hard to get ahold of, very disorganized, and you have to tell them what you want several times and they still do not deliver correctly.

Things that went wrong on my wedding day:
1. The bus that had me, my bridesmaids, and mom went in the wrong direction (away from my church) for about 10 minutes before my friend noticed and told him to go the correct way. The driver didn't know where he was going, and we got to the church late.
2. Because the bus that dropped of off were late, they arrived to pick up my guests late. Half of our guests depended on that bus (and some of them panicked and ended up driving because they didn't want to miss the wedding) and it came EXTREMELY late, and caused the wedding to start late.
3. I ordered a certain type of transportation for after the wedidng (for some of our guests to use to go downtown) and the wrong thing showed up.
4. The wrong credit card was charged for the after-party transportation
5. I've been trying to contact the liason since the wedding, and she ignores my emails and hasn't responded to my complaints.

Overall, I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

I booked a Towne car as my getaway ride for my wedding based on a recommendation from my wedding coordinator. The prices are reasonable but the service was terrible. They showed up 45min late and was not able use the ride. I was out of a getaway car and had to leave the venue. My wedding coordinator had to make some last min adjustments due to the late arrival and we ended up losing our wedding gifts, guest book and few other items because of it. If that wasn't bad enough, when calling to get a refund they said they will look into it for me and call me back. A week later.. still no call back. Wow. Very unprofessional. Thanks Carey!
