Being Cardiff locals, Seaside Market is our go to several times a week for groceries, outstanding deli food, and of course the famous burgundy tri-tip (aka "Cardiff Crack").
Soon after our engagement we began to map out our wedding budget. I checked on several 'traditional' wedding caterers and was shocked at the prices: at $75+ per person our entire budget would have gone to food. That along with the other costs and stress of wedding planning I seriously re-considered if we should have a formal wedding at all.
Before giving up, we thought to contact Seaside to see about their mobile taco bar service figuring it was the only thing we might be able to afford. When we met with Chef Scott, he instead put together a menu for us that included all the foods we most love from Seaside's Deli including: Burgundy Tri-Tip, Teriyaki Glazed Ono-Ono, Vegetarian Tart, Kale Salad, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes, and fresh Bread from Bread & Cie bakery.

I was aghast. I walked out of that meeting confident that we could have a killer wedding without breaking the bank. So Chef Scott basically made our wedding happen!
Their execution on our wedding day was equally outstanding. Not only did they arrive early for delivery with all items as promised, but Chef Scott himself came to ensure proper delivery and set-up.
Most importantly everyone LOVED the food! It was totally delicious, beautifully presented (CAKE WAS STUNNING) and suited us to a tee.
