Jerrin and I had the opportunity to work with Holly and Baron for our cultural and reception
photoshoot. Like many couples that got married during the COVID-19 pandemic we had a split
wedding ceremony and reception. Jerrin and I got married on January 23rd, 2021 and had the
opportunity to celebrate with family and friends on August 14th, 2021. We needed a new
photographer for our reception, since we were not completely satisfied with our experience with
the prior photographer. Although I was nervous trying out new photographers for our reception,
those fears immediately disappeared when I had the opportunity to see some of their former
work and even more after speaking with Baron & Holly. Baron was in constant communication
and spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for during our event. I expressed to
him that I never got to do a photoshoot in my traditional attire that I purchased a year ago and
immediately he made that happen!
We recently received our pictures from Capturing Us and I honestly could not think of a more
fitting name. Looking at the pictures I truly felt like they captured us- our personalities, our bond
with our friends and family, and all the emotions we felt that special day. Just like any bride
would be, I was initially disappointed that I had to move my reception seven months after our
wedding, and never thought it would feel the same celebrating much later. However, now I know
it was a blessing. I got to celebrate our love and we got to work with Capturing Us! Everytime we
look at the pictures, we get to experience our reception all over again. From the initial
conversation to the final delivery, Capturing Us was very professional and paid attention to every
detail of the event. They were also very approachable whenever we had questions. Thank you

Holly and Baron were the BEST. I cannot recommend them more. This was the best choice I made in regard to my wedding. They produced photos beyond what I expected.
