I had the pleasure of meeting Camila at the Bridal Bazar in San Diego. Not only did her work stand out from any other photographers I saw there, but her passion and dedication she has in capturing her clients most special moments was evident. Camila met with me on two other occasions prior to our wedding which really helped me feel at ease in regards to our wedding day timeline and comfortable with her as an individual. Camila showed great interest in myself and getting to know me, was extremely prompt and organized in responding to emails, and overall was a pleasure to work with. On the day of our wedding her calmness helped ease any nervous excitement I had. She was extremely sweet and caring all throughout the night. She knew exactly when and what she wanted to capture in regards to detail shots, and easily instructed my husband and I. She worked extremely well with all our other vendors and was gracious in allowing our videographer his time to capture the images he wanted as well. Camila promptly provided us with a sneak peak and even provided us our wedding album a few weeks early. We have now looked through our album several times and each time are just as amazed as the first with the quality of the pictures. She truly captured so many priceless expressions and moments from our wedding that we will cherish for a lifetime. She was the perfect match for our perfect day, and we cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I was really nervous when we first started to plan our wedding. I felt like I didn't know much about what to do or what to look for. When we began to look for a photographer, I was lucky enough to happen across Camila's work. It was stunning, so I set up a call with her. I remember our first meeting she was so warm, thoughtful, and attentive it was clear I wanted someone like her as part of our wedding weekend! When the wedding came, she surpassed all expectation. I can't express how important it is to have people like Camila as part of your day-she adds to the love of the day while also keeping you on track! She worked tirelessly to help meet my dreams and goals of the day. Once your wedding weekend starts it feels like a wave that you are just riding. Your pretty much forget all the plans you had made! But, Camila kept me on track and helped remind us of the shots we wanted. She did an incredible job of being attentive/directing us, without being invasive to the day. After we took portraits, I kept forgetting her team was there. They did a great job of capturing the events that were happening as opposed to being intrusive. The experience was a 1000/10 and she really felt like a member of the wedding party. The results-even better! I was really nervous for how the pictures would turn out. I was happy beyond any expectation. I couldn't believe how amazingly the shots turned out and I don't have enough frames or books to fill up with all of my favorite shots. I hope to work with Camila again for her family shoots and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants a creative partner who delivers exceptional results!!!

In our first call, she was so warm and friendly and she genuinely wanted to get to know us and our love story. I got great vibes from her already and knew she was someone we wanted to work with (this was a big contrast to some of the other calls I took with other photographers).

During our engagement photo shoot, she made the whole thing feel fun, natural and it showed in our photos - they were gorgeous! It didn't feel awkward at all and my fiance and I had so much fun.

Leading up to the wedding, Camila was very responsive over email and text. She helped us create our day of timeline based on what we wanted, and I sent her some inspiration photos that I wanted to recreate - she was very easy to work with!

Besides how amazing our photos turned out to be (which all of our friends and family loved), Camila sent us a bunch of photo highlights THE VERY NEXT DAY. I couldn't believe it - they were beyond beautiful and I loved all the photos.

When she was done with all our photos, Camila took the time to send a special box containing physical prints, a flash drive, and a printed card with the URL to our online gallery. I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised. The amount of care and thoughtfulness Camila takes with the details and making sure the whole process goes smoothly is above and beyond. I will hire her again for anything in the future, and definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

We didn’t have a lot of planning time before our daughter’s wedding, and we lived out of state, so we got a referral from a photographer, who knew Camila, and we met with her and hired her without doing a lot of research. It turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made. She was not only professional but patient, easy to communicate with, fun, unobtrusive and took beautiful photos of our daughter and her fiancé, at both their engagement session and their wedding! We will always be grateful for her calming presence and the beautiful and lasting memories she captured for us!

I can't say enough great things about Camila. She has such a beautiful eye for detail and she captures the most stunning photos. Camila took both our engagement photos and wedding photos and she did such an incredible job. My husband and I are both very shy in front of the camera but Camila did a great job with us and helped us to relax. We loved working with her, she's super sweet and we loved the ideas she had for both our engagement and wedding photos. Not only is her work excellent but she is also fast! Her contract states that it takes 6-8 weeks for photos to be ready but she had ours sent by week 5! We highly highly recommend Camila, she was one of our favorite vendors we worked with!

Camila Margotta is an amazing wedding photographer!  From the first time we met, via video chat, I knew I would enjoy working with her. She has such a calm demeanor and sweet personality.  My engagement photos came out fantastic, and she has such an artistic eye for capturing the perfect shots. 

As a Covid bride, my wedding was rescheduled and postponed 9 months, and my reception rescheduled twice. Camila was so flexible and was willing to work with all the changing plans, which reduced my stress.  The wedding and reception photos were beyond gorgeous!  They have an ethereal quality to them and rival the shots seen on “Style me Pretty”.  Honestly, they should be on that website.   I couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to order a customized album as well as additional prints for framing!  Thank you Camila!

Words cannot describe how lucky and grateful I am that we had Camila to capture our wedding on October 31, 2020. Due to the craziness of 2020, we opted for a simple, civil ceremony sans any family or friends. I was on the fence whether to even hire a photographer to capture the day. My sister (a wedding planner) did all the legwork and reached out to Camila. She was so excited to share her findings with us. My sister ended up gifting us a session with Camila to capture our special day! Best gift ever! She was so professional, yet felt like an old friend. She made my husband and I feel at ease and relaxed and the photos show how truly talented she is.
