I hired C Squared Events as my wedding planner based on a friend's recommendation from her wedding that I attended. I can say that of all my vendors this one impressed me the most. Cathie and her daughter Rachel were attentive, flexible, and went above and beyond what I expected. What initially turned out to be a requirement to have my wedding at the Howey Mansion turned out to be a lifesaver. I changed my decor and placement alot and Cathie was understanding and followed my requests to a T. Please don't hesitate to hire her! I couldn't be more thankful for their help at making my dream wedding come true!

C Squared Events did a phenomenal job coordinating our wedding! As soon as I spoke with Cathie on the phone we hit it off and I knew she’d be a wonderful addition to our day.
Cathie met with us at our venue a few weeks before the wedding. She was very thorough during our walk through to make sure everything would go off without a hitch on the day of.
On the day of the wedding, Cathie and Rachel made sure we didn’t lift a finger, set up everything perfectly, made sure we had an opportunity to eat both appetizers and dinner, and directed all attendees where they needed to be. They also did a great job breaking everything down and packing everything up so it was easy transport back home.
To top it off, Cathie even knew right where things were the next day when we couldn’t find them.

We are so grateful for all the hard work Cathie and Rachel with C Squared put into our wedding! They truely made the day stress free! Leading up to the wedding, Cathie was available to answer questions or meet up at the venue. She put together a plan for the day of and made sure we had all our ducks in a row. On the day of, Rachel and Cathie made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took a few (hundred) candid photos, which they sent our way.

Cathie was full of great ideas as we worked out the details of the wedding. One of my favorites was using a giant jenga tower as our guest book! Our guests had a blast decorating the blocks and it really made a special keepsake.

Cathi at Csquared Events was truly the backbone of our entire wedding day. We looked for a day-of planner that would coordinate the ins and outs so we could enjoy our wedding day and she absolutely delivered. She was in communication with me throughout my planning process and was there to offer suggestions when I needed help or was getting frustrated. We met at our venue for a walkthrough about a month before the big day and planned out the layout of ceremony and reception together and then she took it from there. She took charge of the rehearsal and ceremony day so that we could enjoy our time. Cathi worked hard throughout our entire event and made sure that everything went smoothly. The pricing at Csquared Events was also extremely competitive. When planning a wedding, the cost of everything can add up quickly, but the value added by the services we received from Cathi far outweighed the expense.
We really appreciate and 100% recommend Cathi for any event. While I don’t plan to have a wedding ever again, I would use her services for another event in a heartbeat. I feel like I truly cannot say enough about how essential Cathi was to the success of our wedding. We are grateful for her professionalism and her efficiency was truly outstanding.
